Nothing wrong making it a point of duty to say thanks baby, thanks sweetie, thanks darling whenever you are served... I mean few seconds words huh. She made it a point of duty to cook and even served you...You think cooking is a child's play? Try cooking for a week and come tell us how fun it was for you.

Why do Nigerians live there, affordable housing good school, temporary place till they find a good home ?
What are the people in government doing to curb the crimes...?

Girl, time for strategy number one: silent treatment till he apologize...and promise never to insult you again. Next time he verbally abuses you, do gang style for him with Jay-Z or some Eve style grin
Again, watch out cuz he might be going to the next phrase which is hot slap etc. See if you continue to act cool and quiet, he will take it as not painful enough.

What your wife did was so wrong. You don't pass info back to anyone outside about your spouse. Unless in the case of abuse. She should have been protective and use some other excuse. In this situation, put it on yourself not the other person. Mama, i have a training to attend on the 23 blah blah story.
Op, get police involved and it is also wifey responsibility to undo it all now. Wifey should call mama and ask her to warn her children to leave her hubby alone sort of.....

grin grin. It is natural and really easy to maintain. But I'm thinking of enjoying some of those fancy styles I'm being tormented with while still enjoying my working out. No longer in service but I still have to keep up.
lol to the tapping of hair grin and pinning. I read guys don't like the tapping grin thing.

Chillisauce:
Sweating is natural. You should be worried of you don't sweat. In Nigeria during nysc days , after sweating it out in the sun, we tap our hair gently or hide a pin in it for scratching grin. We don't wanna waste the money too then. You can apply same method otherwise you join the natural hair club.

I'm natural for almost 2yrs now, anytime I do a very high intensive I jump in the shower . Wash every part well. Jump out and role up my hair . Most times usually at night.
If during the day, I wash and blow dry the curls on very low or no heat. (Takes longer time).

If I'm on braids, I wash it when required and use gel to hold the tips. It usually last me for 1 month.

Join the natural hair club and free yourself from weaves, tapping of hair etc.

Anytime you feel like getting weave done just put on your brazilian wig and you are good to go. smiley

Speaking of hair, how do you guys maintain/manage hair while working out...i mean serious workouts. I am about to completely transition from low cut waves to doing twists Senegalese or kinky. Or maybe relax it but i can't imagine spending a fortune only to see it waste away from sweating. Undecided though lipsrsealed.
So please ya'all share.

I just don't get the daily tutorials. OP, I think you nagged your babes too much. After coming back from 14hours work, a leg massage, good food cooked by you and a well made bed was what you should have done. Not waiting with koboko of words about following all UK bad gals.
I hope you learned something to improve your next relationship.

i am very poor in the kitchen - it's a skill i never thought i needed. if i am hungry, i will buy food rather than waste my precious time adding derivatives to cook nkwobi & egusi stew.
Lol, I thought I have heard it all grin
Anyway, I like your style man, Ruth Chris please.
You are so right, African women do waste too much time cooking this and that when they could easily order take out or dine in for their spouse.
