Please don't advise anyone to stay in Lugbe. Lugbe is an unhygienic slum and govt needs to go demolish all the buildings there. Better to stay in another state comfortably than to come stay in Lugbe all in the name of staying in Abuja.

There are better and cheaper apartments in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and other cities compared to that dirty slum called Lugbe in Abuja.

From Ojodu Berger to Ojodu Abiodu directly to Agbado, then they demolished many house started the construction, they even construct a bridge in Agbado, only to leave the project.

Ogun state has not done much to harness the advantage of their promixty to Lagos in this area. I only see Lagos Ibadan expressway being given much attention. Many Lagosian are coming to work from as far inside as Sango, Adiyan,Opeilu, etc

The roads in those areas are in terrible condition.

People are even leaving their houses to live inside Lagos. Is well.

That is why is always good to maintain good name.

Weekly people do BVN, international passport, driving license, national I'D card, voters card,SIM registration, etc, if all adults above 18 is mandated to go through at least each of these process of data identity capturing and have his or her biometrics on the system, and all the systems are in sync, they speak to each other, you don't need to promise anyone a dime to get the culprit. The other day about 8 young boys were captured by a CCTV jumping a fence to rob a building in Abuja and till date, those boys were not caught.

Daily people vandalise people's cars, take away batteries, brain box, and other valuables. Even attempted car theft, all these people are supposed to be arrested and easily prosecuted via collecting their finger prints. Just get one person, he will call the others.
