My mum is my sponsor and affidavit of sponsorship from her was included. I graduated with a second class lower that’s why I’m going for pgc.
Then in my CIC family information, i included the names of every member of my family,address and occupation. Then for my sop I will try and do better.. thanks

Family tie (In as much as we know that the visa officers are not custodians of knowledge, you need to provide sufficient ties that can compel your return back home like : Landed properties, business assets, investments, shares certificates etc. Go further by listing out the obligations you've here in Nigeria which you can't abandon for a foreign education. While doing this, provide documentations to support your claims).


According to that reasons and comments, make a strong sop justifying all the reasons/comments made by VO in your GCMS notes.
And for other docs, as you are telling they all r perfect and professionally checked, so u need to make a new strong sop.
We have peeps here that are very good at reviewing SOP
After you must have finished writing your SOP come back here and ask for will proofread your SOP

What he going to benefit from you in his company after the completion of your studies
And why he sent you the 10 million naira
Let him explain the close relationship between him and your father and the vows he made to your father to help you.
Tell him to do affidavits of support
He should get letter of recommendations from his bank
If you have old picture with him or him and your dad very good, if you don't have, take a picture with him (just do anything to prove the closeness)
You can as well wait for your gcms note so that you will pieces everything
You can also tell your dad or mom to acknowledge him (letter) of what he's doing for you cause he's a good family friend.

The 10M didn’t come in a lump sum, it came in pieces and it was sent from my sponsor's account (my employer)
How do I send you my SOP and letter of sponsorship to go through? it will answer some of your questions

The issue here is from your sponsor no too much talk
He didn't write a sponsorship letter
No letter of recommendations
No affidavits of support
No close relationship has proven between you and him (he's just your boss)
Why should your boss send you 10 million naira to your account whereas you're not his son, brother or close relative
Why should he sponsor you to western education that is very expensive (just like that?)
That's suspicious my guy.

The supporting document for the sponsor that I’ve submitted are:
• CAC Cert
• Tax Clearance Cert
• Statement of Account
No letter of recommendation from sponsors bank, just the bank statement and, no affidavit of support
Meanwhile, in the letter of the sponsor, it is stated in there that the sponsor has paid the tuition deposit and have sent in a reasonable amount into my account

I think that's where your problem came from
Letter of recommendations is very very important just as a statement of account
And affidavits of support is also important but a letter of recommendations is more important
So let's talk about the 10 million
Is the 10 million a lump sum? (did you receive 5 million, 4, 6,7 Etc in your account?

Or you got it through your job or business cause if you have 10 million naira, and you've paid your tuition fee, you absolutely don't really need a sponsor
So what documents did you use to back up the 10 million naira if you got it through your salary and on.

What again did you submit as a family tie?
Are you married? Got kids?
Any landed properties from you or from your father or mom? Or any thing that might bring you back home like are you so important in any organization (and back it up with proof)?
Did you discuss your family in your SOP?
Did you submit a family picture or picture of you and your sponsor?
Your sponsor needs to write his own letter of sponsorship (not from his bank) signed by him preferably letterhead from his business.


10 million naira on your account and sponsor is a good move though
Gcms note will give us a good and clear idea of how to tackle it.

You didn't mention SOP

If you submitted personal account of 10 million naira
Did you show them all your work experiences, and for how long have you been working?
Payslip, salary, promotion letter of your work etc or personal CAC certificate If you're into business, or is the 10 million a lump sum that entered your account?

It could be you didn't prove it enough how you got the 10 million naira
These guys deal with Nigerian applicants so they know what they should be expecting from your account especially if you've not been working for 5 years and above

To know the original reason of your denial is gcms note
I hope you've ordered it
Don't rush to reapply But if you feel you can tackle the issue at hand
Then reapply real quick

in some cases lesser and in some more but never heard it take more than 45 days

After so many research bombarding then with emails after your processing time isn’t desperate.. sometimes files are forgotten in storage section due to long waiting time so repeatedly bombarding them with emails abd Csc help to bring their notice to such file if that is the case ..

But why would the VO be confused about your LOA whereas your school is in the list of designated learning institute
They can easily use the DLI number and admission number to do their verification

Only when you're called for medical > medical passed> validity of biometric then its a sure bet for an approval.
Base on what we've been seeing in this thread lately

@chiamaka18 the best move for you right now is to order your gcms note and defer your admission to spring term...that's if spring entry is still open.
Your application is tight!
Answer the following questions
Who's your sponsor?
What Do you graduate with? (it could be the VO were expecting you to do MSc) though am not sure of that... cause countless peeps have gotten approval with pgd/pgc

Another thing I found out in your application is a family tie (red alarm beeping)
There's nothing to show for your family base in the application you submitted.
Another thing I noticed is your SOP
I didn't feel the contentment in the sop
To me, your sop was as if you're lifting from the internet in every paragraph and you just add a little flair of you.
I didn't feel you (zeal) in the sop I was just reading and reading

I am not a guru but those are the loopholes I could pick out from your application.

It can come in either way so far your visa has been approved.
But if you haven't gotten your own, email CIC for it
You've got to remind them if you've haven't seen yours for a week.

It's very important you get that note cause you will be asked to show immigration officer at the port of entry in Canada.

Congratulations
The correspondence letter Is the letter whilst you will get after your visa has been approved.
It is used at the port of entry in Canada airport.
If you haven't received yours, try and email cic for it and you we get it real quick.
The letter is important and its different from the biometric correspondence letter.

Make sure you get it before traveling!

It's a pity some of you are quick to ask for questions and seek for answers about visa application but as soon as you get approved of the visa you guys find it heavy and difficult to share with us the documents and timeline of your application. it helps to calm the nerves of others, it encourages us and it make us to understand better on how to tackle IRCC.

I've seen 5 people that did that in this thread.

Hello all, so I arrived Toronto just now, passed border, immigration, collected SIN and waiting for RobertQ bus to take me to London.

And a wonderful Nairalander offered (infact 2 people) to take me from the bus park in London to the hotel provided for me by my school for 2 nights.

I will give full details of everything when I settle in my hotel later today. God bless nairalanders, the show of love is out of this world. Infact someone even offered to drive all the way from London to Toronto to come pick me from the airport to my hotel.
