Bro, the issue here is not SOP please (if you write another banging SOP as you said, with same documents, you’re likely to get the same result).

Work on your home tie and kindly follow what frank and justmellow said regarding to it.

From another point of view, There’s no issue on using more than 2 or 3 sponsorships
But none of your sponsors are directly related to you please work on that too cause it also boils down to home tie.

There is a difference between layover and stopover especially if you're travelling across the Schengen countries or Europe
If it is UK/Ireland and the US it's for sure a transit visa.

In which Lufthansa is the regular guy that fly to Frankfurt and maybe they want to transfer her to Meridiana which are known to fly to Milan then Aircanada to toronto

Lufthansa doesn't fly student anyhow, they will carefully go through some of your student documents before being accepted.

If the girl is in Lufthansa I am pretty sure she doesn't need a Schengen transit visa.

More so, the country she's travelling to also determine if a transit visa is needed or not. Canada and I presume a student visa not even visiting..., she doesn't need a Schengen transit visa.

Its good to know you're still here with us, I believe maple land is already colouring you in red. However, you said well in your post, but I felt the need to add to your valuable contribution esp on the SOP topic.

My take is that, the case varies and most times an application esp for a study permit is determined by the SOP upon an airtight application. I have no doubt that you've seen quite many SOPs for a SP application that lacks depth even though the applicant submitted the necessary documentation including funds, but still gets refused for the purpose of visit, which mostly comes from failure to relate and connect certain information in the SOP.

I for one believes in the relevance of the SOP even upon submitting an airtight application. I understand that so many people have gotten favourable decision in the past without an SOP, but the SOP is still the utmost document as far as SP application is concerned. An applicant can't be claiming to go for studies and can't present a well detailed SOP that reflects the needful.

For every average applicant that tends to try to achieve same academic aim as the well-to-do irrespective of the submitted documents, the SOP should be a paramount part of their application.

This SOP is a powerful something for as long as Canada SP stays. Everybody might have different views, but I am a believer.

My buddy, apparently I am not saying we shouldn't include SOP in our application.
Just that Many folks here believe SOP is the ultimate success for a visa to be approved. People are putting more energy in SOP than submitting a good application. and they end up getting the same result even after writing the almighty SOP.
All the necessary requirements for Nigeria applicant are in this forum.

SOP or LOE is paramount important for a study visa NO DOUBT.

(1) Have you even confirmed if the agent actually used fake statements? That CIC suspects an account is fake does not actually mean it is fake, reason they gave you 15 days to respond.

Tell the agent to tell you the truth so you can know steps to take. Time is ticking...

There could still be a way out. Even if the agent confirms the statement is fake, write a letter to CIC telling them your truth. Don't just sit down and assume it is the end, fight.

Explain your truth and everything that transpired between you and the agent. You may be surprised you will not get a ban but rather a refusal.

Tell the agent to give you a copy of the Zenith bank statement he submitted, take it to zenith bank and confirm directly from the bank if it is fake or not. Don't just take the agents word for it.

If you submit an account statement from uncle, aunt, friends or from someone you don't know, you're prone to get the procedural fairness letter.

If that would be the case, a lot of people would be in the US and Canada by now cause it takes nothing to look for a good writer or someone that would orient you (for interview)

See, your issue here is finance. (finance also balls down in purpose of visit. If you like write heaven and earth SOP and don't work on your finance same result will happen.( let your documents speak volume if your SOP). more so, if you change to MSC it will help too. You see, pgd/c is quite easier for fresh graduate. I am not saying pgd/c is impossible
(pgd/c, diploma should always come with strong application).

What you should have done for submitting such amount in your application is, you should have analyze the breakdown of your finances using Oanda in CAD by including your mom's money, aunt money, tuition fee paid and your account EVERYTHING All TOGETHER.

your aunt should have been your primary target cause moms account is 5m

She should have submitted a very good and detailed sponsorship letter explaining how committed she is.

(US citizen) they would believe her easily than those people that use distance uncle, aunt, Inlaw etc in Nigeria

She should have submitted anything that shows she has a good job or business.
Even if she submits $500 it may pass cause in Canada and US, ”you're richer than you think” . Only a few people would understand that statement.

Your next application is either your mom top up her account, or your aunt should be your primary target even though she would stand as the co-sponsor in your application.

PS: I am not against SOP but if you submit a very good, reasonable and convincing aapplication, even half page of SOP will pass.

Your application is not airtight and your solution is not SOP.

In Your case, background checks and eligibility review are running simultaneously (even if you get the ER update later), I am pretty sure of that.
If you resume 1 or 2 weeks late, it's ain't bad.
Just be prepared!

A school that does not have a DLI simply means you are not eligible for POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT upon graduation,that is of you are given the visa.bless up

As for Niagara college,
If you withdraw or request for a refund before 10 business days (2 weeks) the start date of your semester, you will be refunded in full.

If you don’t, a non-refundable fee of $1000 or $1500 would be deposited from the fees paid.


{(this applies to all school in Canada)
Now, lemme tell you the truth, if you want to be refunded in full, request for it before your time table is out. Cause once your time table is out, you have been registered to take all those courses. Forget 10 or 15 business days things (best time to do it, is 1 month before the start date.}

For Niagara college, it's boldly written in the admission letter that if you submit fraudulent documents to IRCC and you get a ban, your money is gone (not true but don't submit fake documents).

CAC certificate ain't just the RC number and your full names. It's a digital document just like your international passport and it also carries the Registrar- general signature.

Chill bro or you go and sort things out yourself instead of waiting for CAC. Make it real quick!

So now, send <EMAIL> To lagos and Nairobi and address this issue.

Tell them your medical has been booked for (date) and you won't be able to meet up with the 30 days whatsoever.
They will extend your date.

You can't do that (if it is your application)!
Your application is in the final stage.
You will get automatic refusal because you've been called for medical..., that's if you haven't done it.
But if you have done your medical, it would hasten up the final decision.
