I'm going for my medical on Friday, but the problem is that I smoked weed yesterday night.
Is that going to affect things? This the funniest thing I've ever seen in this thread The answer to your question is... You will be asked in the questionnaire if you smoke So in your case say ”YES” Don’t lie |

@sopho what you are doing is very very embarrassing to the firm lets be frank with it. (though they should have responded to you but who knows if they did... Cause you are angry! The same thing they said in that letter that was the same thing peeps in Nairaland has advised you to do. I know it's very painful when the visa is denied. So stop pouring the anger negatively and know what you really want (refire or refund). When you should be displaying this energy is until you contact the school for a refund and they don't acknowledge the tuition fee that you paid.
You no get talk with them so far you paid the school fee through your bank You should have the telex copy from the bank, including school fee receipt, International passport database, cic refusal ground note, and admission letter so why are you bothering yourself with the agent whereas you can contact your school International office, register office, or HOD (you want a refund, meaning you don't want Acsenda School of Management again, so why not go for the refund and forget the login details) even if you want to refire, you can do it without their knowledge all you need to do is contact the school for a new letter of admission.
VISA IS THE MAIN THING.
When you finally get the visa, you will realize the login details is not even important cause las las you go enter the school. |

Godisincontrol: These are not 3rd parties but different kind of notes @Godisincontrol What are you saying bro? An individual can request GCMS notes from IRCC if they are present in Canada as a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada. If you are not currently present in Canada, then you can take assistance from third-party online portals where experts request GCMS notes on your behalf. |

gg4real: Good day to all my fellow N'landers. I quickly want to know if anyone has an idea of what is going to happen to my sister's application, she his eligibility review started on friday and immediately she received a correspondence mail regarding biometric extension but no further mail was received as at now. She is kinda worried and scared not to receive the second correspondence letter which is the refusal.
has anyone experience this before?
note: her application was submitted on September 22 She shouldn't be bothered its just a new process. Has she been called for medical? Or upfront? I think this biometric validation started in August or September application... @makano was right |

@justobserving1 You may want to look into this!!!!!! Frankrobbn1: Hello Honourable Men and Women. Greetings to you all.
I will like to bring to your notice that Children Practice Ikoyi, Lagos is no longer among the accredited medical panel physician's by CIC. Their accreditation is pending until the purchase of all newely required medical laboratory equipments prior to the conducting of medical exam again. If you've completed your medical exam with them in the past, count yourself lucky. I thought to share this vital information with you all. Do have a brilliant weekend. |

Most people know Qlife and IOM but there are 3 different places you can do medicals in lagos. It costs 28,350 because I did mine on Saturday. But usually it’s 28,000 or so They're not recommended by IRCC anymore |

Tnx dr.
Your problem here is nothing but a good and convincing SOP your line of study Nursing and critical care are kinda related. I think you didn't show the relationship between the two courses or you weren't able to convince the VO why you actually going for critical care and after finishing the course, the career opportunity here in Nigeria of getting a job. The VO could also be thinking...Why spending so much on critical care in Canada whereas you can actually do the course in your home country? If we don't offer the course here in Nigeria you gotta write blah blah blah If we do offer the course in Nigeria, you tell them why you chose to do it in Canada Maybe because of the Hands-on projects with real-world applications Blah blah blah In your next application while writing your SOP just go straight to the point and hit the nail Don't make it bogus.
Good luck Sorry to burst your bubble I am not good in reviewing SOP Thanks for your understanding |

Bolamike: Hello everyone, my name is Michael and I've been following this thread for some time now and I pray GOD intervenes into the matter of those still looking to get their visa issued. What brought me here is that I am looking to get my undergraduate degree in Canada be it diploma or BSc so I want to apply for some schools there. I already applied for a community college in the US and I've been accepted for the Summer program (this is a plan B as Canada is the main place I will like to study). As for my personal details, I graduated from Secondary School in 2016. I currently work remotely for a Software Agency based in Washington as a Web Developer for almost 18 months now and my salary is good. My brother and myself will be the one sponsoring this! He currently works at a Sahara-owned power company in Lagos; has also worked remotely for a US auto enthusiasts company that own and BUILD cars and bikes (I could have sponsored myself but I decided to include my brother also as I might not be able to afford the tuition for the whole 4 years). I applied for a US B1/B2 visa this year August and I got denied; I was meant to speak at a conference. To cut the lengthy post short, I am looking for a someone like a mentor to guide me through this whole study permit process. I hope to get response from someone very soon. Thanks in advance! Please go through the thread from page 0 to 15 at least, Then come back and ask anything you don’t understand. if you feel you don’t have all the time to go through all the stuff, you should use an agent. I think we have an agent here that can lead you all through @canadabyfire So those of you that are very busy with work and all Look for canadabyfire handle and dm him. (the guy sabi) Straight up! |

During the process I emailed and requested for my login details to at least have access to my online profile they declined all the request. They were only updating me with the information. At a time I requested to have access to my online application profile so I could be mailing the CIC because of the delays since JULY the application was made. All my request was not accepted. On the 27th of this month they sent me me the a mail containing the PDF file of my refusal letter. The refusal was so heartbroken because I waited so much for it hoping it woulb be a good news.
Now that I have been refused I am still asking the to at least give me the login details for record and reference purpose and may be if I have to apply in the future. The issue am facing now is that I paid my tuition fee from my bank . My bank made the payment to the school at that time it was paid. And I need to apply for a refund from the school now that I have been resfused the Visa. My issue is my uncle intends standing as sponsor for me with his chambers (law firm) fixed deposit account of 3.2m and a rental property. Will this slide. I need opinions. Note he's standing as a sponsor to take care of just my flight itineraries and miscellaneous expensess during the course of my studies Can your dad, mom or sibling be your co-sponsor? Any amount from 2 million should sail through cause you full funding Only fixed deposit of 3.2m from your sponsor, I don't think it's enough You got the full funding, just bear it in mind that they Usually refuse full funding visa, so please get a co-sponsor or put some money into your account You go dey alright |

Qtip: Hello house,
How do I reach CIC London/Nigeria via phone call I’m tired of this unnecessary wait since June. I just don’t even understand it, they are quick to respond to those who fool them and want to run away to Canada but are so slow to those who will definitely return. If not that my husband insists on Toronto because we have a place there, I won’t even bother with this. It’s even worse when some people had waited for so long only to get a refusal letter. They don’t even reply to messages. I will call them to blast them because I’m tired so someone please give me their number. One bad thing about Nigerians is, they don’t mind their business Biko why would you say such rubbish? (bolded) You sound more like a snitch. We all have different goals in life So please go and drink enough water I have a brother in Winnipeg, he graduated (under g) he came back to the country but he couldn’t adapt in Nigeria cause of the stress, baba ran back in two weeks... he’s doing pretty well, working in an insurance company So my brother fooled IRCC? Abeg waka pass You just dey yan balls Mind you, what made you think IRCC didn’t know 99.9% of Nigerians are not coming back to their home country Abeg waka pass and take your frustration elsewhere Stop hating!!!!! |

123abcclown: Everything you said is absolutely true.
The only but is that there’s no one fit all rule to this Canada Visa.
I got approval last week and I can say that I didn’t prove enough ties/relationship with my sponsor.
For perspective, I can tell you I submitted 1. Sponsor Personal SOA 2. Sponsor Company SOA 3. Proof of part Tuition payment $13,000CAD of $26,000 from my sponsors account. 4. My sponsor’s company website homepage saved as a one-page PDF document (because I couldn’t get his CAC) 5. Family tree to show the relationship 6. Letter of sponsorship on sponsor’s company letterhead signed and stamped. You're correct, everything listed mustn't be readily available, That's why G factor is very important. |

Toobie: What if sponsors are not parent. And the sponsor isn't bearing the same surname what can one do .Thanks in Anticipation As for me, my dad was my sponsor So for the best of my knowledge about using a sponsor that is not your parent... You should show a very thick bond between you and your sponsor sometimes it's not about writing only stories Of you and your sponsor in the sop Make sure your sponsor paid your school fee through his bank account (commitment) He can also send some reasonable amount of money to your bank account Make sure you do an affidavit of support of your sponsor, the affidavits must be signed by him with his passport photograph Make sure you have a photo of you and your sponsor together (old photo preferably) In your SOP or LOE write the bond, relationship of you and your sponsor and why he's sponsoring you to a western education Your sponsor should also write his letter of sponsorship and it must be signed by HiM The statement of account of sponsor and letter of recommendation Those are the documents to prove On your sponsor If you have the following documents below you can use it, if you don't have it, get it from your sponsor Certificate of incorporation of your business. Recent of payments (most recent contract payment) Memorandum and article association Landed properties Shares certificate, Treasuring bill, And G-factor (God first) These are the documents for sponsorship, personal documents are excluded. The gurus in the house can correct me biko |

Nuel182: if it comes in 4months time Can the person go immediately? 4months b4 resumption You cannot! One month before resumption is a considerable cause if you're asked at the port of entry why... You tell them you want to acclimatize the environment. If you resume 4 months before resumption they will definitely bounce you back to MMA and it may even affect your issued visa |
