My wife has been disturbing me for our child dedication, we have done the first one for our first child but the second child, I don't feel nor see any need to go specially for child dedication. I feel Sometimes people dedicate a child just because everyone else does it.

I don't need unnecessary attention now.

So I happen to lost my Dad when I was much younger , though I new what a bank was then but I pay no attention to his savings at all I knew was he banked with UBA .
But recently, after 14years of his demise it occurred to me that he actually have a bank account which he was operating before he passed on.
Now the issue is I would love to access that account but I have no Idea the account number, all I know and remember is the name of the account holder and UBA.

I bought some land from a man sometime in 2021 ,this man refused me of doing the agreement paper through my lawyer, he imposed his own lawyer on me to do it, he's even the one bargaining the price on behalf of his lawyer 500k. For 10percent price of the land. Something my lawyer will do for 30k.

Now I'm trying to develop the place he's also insisting I will do the survey, and it must be through his surveyor , who is demanding 250k .

I tried to probe him, he's threatening to return my money.

Please guys to survey land reach that price?
