If Nigeria gives all the 1.5 million barrels to the refineries, how will the government secure forex?

Now that Buhari used some part of the 1.5 million barrels daily production to service loan, how will Nigeria meet up with all local refineries crude need?

The only solution is for Nigeria to quit OPEC just like Angola did. This was why Tinubu held meeting with OPEC to increase the crude daily production to 1.5 million barrels.
