Yes he is but sometimes we relapse and forget to trust him for directions. How do you cope with yours bro? For my I try to stay indoors as much as possible because I know I may do something crazy if I’m out too long

Firstly stop fapping ( I could have had numerous medals and awards if fapping was a competition) and I can tell you it worsen the already present issue

Don’t do drugs ADHD or BD people are very likely to do drugs ( i was one who fell to such for my comfort … it only postpones and compounds already present problems )


For the forgetfulness just try and remember as much as you can. You can use a notebook ( probably on your phone ) and write down necessary details that can help you remember .
Set alarms and reminders too
Try and be focused as much as you can

I dunno if you do wander away to dreamland / imagination land occasionally regardless of how important the situation ( class or church or an important meeting … I do that often so that how I know ) it’s a major ADHD symptom ( I think that’s what you mean by DELUSION OF GRANDEUR) lol I learnt to catch myself before I go far far away

And for the anxiety part just learn to trust in the lord and be sincere in doing it … life itself is a gamble. You can win or lose just never forget to learn from your mistakes


I’m still trying to beat the narcissist thing but just be humble and polite it will go a long way

When the bipolar thing set in ( depressive episodes) I sing my favorite songs ( Sia , the weekend, ETC )and some cool and inspiring rap song (Eminem & pac )
DONT entertain ANY suicidal thoughts ..
Learn to smile for No reason ( it will help in making you feel better )
understand that life is beautiful and we are pretty much intelligent and talented just figure it out

The paranoid thing is cool to me since it regulates how you flow or merge with people .. most people are shitty anyway and will try to take advantage of you.

Lastly a psychiatrist prescribe meds that can help ( but the thought of me walking into a psychiatric hospital is embarrassing lol )

Work on your confidence ..too forget perfectionism

Why do I overthink everything? I am extremely paranoid and very delusional and I am officially accepting it that I’m not sane.
I don’t know why but I know now that very few people see the world from my perspective and most people don’t even know what feeling like this can be like.
