All wall screeding jobs I have seen are very distasteful. Eventually the screeding peels off with the paint on it. Is this how it always is?

With good plastering with brush finishing you do not need POP wall screeding except for washable satin paint which requires POP screeding by manufacturers standard. I have succesfully convinced some of our clients on this and they never have any regret as they have the same satisfaction they were envisaging while proposing the screeding, after we painted without the POP screeding. This is one of the recent painting we did without POP screeding underneath.

In any case if you are not too satisfied with your plastering finishing you can do some surface preparation for the critical areas. Apply screeding with the combination of portland cement and top bond then sand paper it thoroughly.

Normal foundation as the land is dry, not a water logged area, I need cost for the carcass, materials, labor, Paraphet, roof cost ( aluminum and stone coated) including plastering in and out

Adventures, please am about to start this project, so soon, please can you help me out with the total cost of this plan, i will appreciate if you will list it out stage by stage and materials, like how many blocks, iron road, cement and cost to roof, deck only, windows and doors if possible
the first is ground floor and second upper floor, is a duplex and a wing of 2 bed room flat. the drawing is not out but this is how the building plan will look like and measurements

what type of fdn are u proposing fir this structure, knowing that I can only give u a budget fir the carcass.

Our room sizes are 10ft x 12ft, 12ft x 12ft, sitting room is on average of 15ft x 18 ft.

Concerning the decking you ask budget between 2.5m to 2.8m

i promised to give out the summary of stages expenditure on this project, kindly find this below:

A. Foundation (strip and Pad fdn with some special attention) = N= 2,907,100: 00 K

B. Ground floor pillars, suspended floor slab and beams = N= 4,0006,500 : 00 K

C. First floor pillars, first floor and grd floor block work, roof
beam, roof tank slab and wall (2Nrs) Grd and first floor
lintel work = N= 3,276,400 : 00K

Total sum for the structure Carcass (excluding roofing) = N= 10,190,000: 00K

Initial Budget at the inception of the project = N= 11, 147,500:00K

Several other works as taken place and still ongoing, such as roofing and its covering, window fabrication, burglary fabrication, Procurement of paragon PVC ceiling from Amoula ventures, POP casting ongoing, plastering ongoing, wardrobe frame and steel doors fabrication ongoing.

For the benefit of those that has been asking for the cost of roofing in particular pls find it below:

Roof wood carcass and Noggins (Melina wood) procurement and labour = N= 853,500:00 K

Roof covering 0.55 gauge Aluminium long span step tiles
(Qualitec Product) = N= 1,072.936.56 K

Total =N= 1,926,436.56 K
