This levelling instrument looks more like telescope LOL, dumpy level of those days very good and accurate if well used within the range of its magnification power range

Roof carcass taken to completion, but we decided with permission of the client to improve on the aesthetic.
Roof Tank slab and the block wall around it
Spiral staircase form work
Deforming of the decking woods.

block work is still on going we re using both 9 & 6 inches block , as at now we've used close to 4800 blocks of both

lump sum for our roof carcass and noggins =N= 853,000 and we ll soon get to roof covering, i will equally update as well, mean while from the pics you posted i found out that your building looks wide
er than ours and so to achieve a high pitch as ours yours may cos a little higher than this, because the basic determinant of roof cost is the pitch and the kind of roof covering you intend to use

dawn of a new day, roif work continues., while preparation to put civering is going on, also plastering will soon follow. , we are committed tovdeliveringvthe finished building by November ending by God's Grace.

Today marks 19th day work after casting the decking and 2 days into roofing work

18 days after casting the decking, we continued working and now we are at roof level. Roof wood carcass in progress while we await maturity date of the decking before removing the form work and supports.

We commenced block setting immediately after the casting. Here are more pics of the block work of the first floor.

So many odds against the decking casting but to God be The Glory all were surmounted and the day was succesfull.
