@ Walata the each of the flat is 3 bedroom all ensuit with visitors toilets, dinning lobby 2 balconies.

@ egin the POP charge us 600 per square meter (mat and lab) for wall screeding and 3000 per square meter for POP ceiling, cornice and center designs. on the ground floor where we have just ceiling screeding and cornice only, he charged 2300 but where we have centre design on the grd floor like sitting room and dinning he charge 3000. Eventually we negotiated evreything down 1.3M

No Vex pls, I am still a student In Professor syder Research Institute of daily post, I am already a reader i ll soon bagged my my professorship, Prof. Brabus and Prof. Segcymore are looking into my final thesis, help me beg them to favour me. LOL.. I hope to do better pls just take me as i am.

We had a little break after completing th foundation block and the capping. Work commenced recently with the foundation in filling, excavation of septic tank, and superstructure block setting.
