How can Ukraine want to join NATO that is a sworn enemy of Russia? Tomorrow now US will deploy troops to Ukraine under disguise of them being a fellow NATO ally and from there mount attacks against Russia. If Russia should form alliance with Mexico trust me US will do worse against the Mexicans. The West is not to be trusted and it will be foolish of Russia to allow them have a base in their own backyard.

Unfortunately Russia got it wrong by trying to use brute force to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO. This invasion would only strengthen Ukrainians' resolve to join NATO. Putin should have used diplomacy instead.

No shaking. Russia has done all his risk analysis before embarking on this war. He knows NATO allies has nukes as well and he has warned them of immediate reprisal if any country misbahaves. Sanctions has no power. Russia also has allies even if it is not up to NATO/West. So Paris should keep quiet and watch the movie. By sunday Zelensky would surrender.

On or around 13th November, 2020, the governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, stood history on its head in his interview with Ovation Magazine Publisher, Dele Momodu, when he told the world that he is not Igbo.

Before that infamous interview, Wike had sent a dispatch of military troops to Obigbo to wreak havoc and cause both economic, physical and psychological trauma to residents of that area.

It was in defense of the atrocities committed by the military at Obigbo and his role therewith, that Wike granted the infamous interview and argued that no one should accuse him of killing his fellow Igbos since he was not Igbo himself.

Prior to military invasion of Obigbo and the statement, Wike had found his greatest political support base among the Igbos.

Ndigbo was rallied around Wike because they saw him as one of theirs until he chose to stand logic and history on its head.

But don’t we all know why he did it?

Wike had thought that denying Igbos would ingratiate him to the north and increase his political capital but that didn’t happen.

If anything, VAT war and demolition of mosque has further damaged his reputation up north.

Now, as the 2023 elections draw closer, Wike has been running from Pillar to post shouting with his coarse voice, how things should be in PDP but we all know he wants the PDP ticket.

But the question is, who will vote for him?

Ndigbo will not vote for him. But wouldn’t have minded him taking our slot in 2023 if he had not made that foolish statement.

The north will not vote for him.

Yoruba are queuing behind Tinubu or Osinbajo or whichever Yoruba.

That restricts Wike’s only hope of votes or delegates to Ikwerre or maybe the entire Rivers if they so love him. But that’s even during primaries because in the main elections, Ikwerre and Rivers vote will be shared between him and Amaechi; especially if Amaechi gets APC ticket.

So, there you have it. We said it then that Wike dug his political grave by that statement but some section of the country urged him, now the chicken has come home to roost.

Segun Oni is highly inexperienced politically. Under PDP he was first made a Governor through imposition by OBJ. He later lost the throne via court action. On his way to PDP, Former GoV Niyi Adebayo from Ekiti state was appointed to replace him the as Deputy APC chairman. Same person was eventually made the Minister representing Ekiti state. This man - Segun Oni lost out completely. While on the second trip to PDP, he contested again for Governosrhip primary. Helot to Fayose candidate. He dumped PDP yesterday to go where? If he ever try to join APGA as earluer speculated, that is Ibo party, he is finished for ever.

Oni was the leader of the PDP structure in Ekiti after the humiliation and illegal impeachment of Fayose in 2016. Throughout the tenure of Oni, Fayose was in political wilderness while the PDP was tightly in Segun Oni's hands. In 2013, Fayose came from nowhere and hijacked the party from Oni and even won the party's guber ticket at the expense of Oni, while Oni was looking like a donkey.

Oni will contest under another party and loose woefully. And he will return to context PDP ticket in 2026 and loose again and then decamp again.

Did Ngige provide a proof where Obi made the said statement? If you read the article well, Ngige was only alleging that Obi said it but Ngige didn't say he heard Obi saying it.

as if that's not enough, I caught my bricklayer with a vehicle to the site loading over 4 bags of cement into the little van they brought, I wish I could record the shock all over his face and the way he was stammering .. And decent guy who I thought was reasonable enough to handle things for me, I sacked the motherfucker, the new one I employed is even worse, he thinks I'm a small buy kus I'm 22 and maybe he's feeling Intimidated by the portfolio of work I'm handling....

so many instances I can't even mention, after showing them love and care, allowing them to eat even when you are paying them well, they'll go at any length to rip you off...

Please kindly note that giving them free meal is not the reason for their fraudulent tendencies. Giving them fee meal is actually a good gesture.

But everything is caused by ur incompetence. Average Nigerian is fraudulent if u give them the chance. Your workers have seen through u and they are taking advantage of ur inexperience.

If u must be a project supervisor, u must always be physically present at the project site. If u must give money to a carpenter to buy nails, he must report back to u and show u what he bought before using the nails. You must spell out to them that any worker who goes back to the site to pick anything outside the official working hours would be treated as a thief. And finally u must have a spy on your site.

Like I said earlier, an average is a thief, all he needs is an opportunity to steal. Your job is to deny him the opportunity by keeping a close eye on him.
