How? I never heard anything like that.

If really it was, it'd have been reported in the news.

Hi folake4u
Sorry i had to quote you here. Been following your dairies and i must say you keep us verrrry entertained!
Saw you are interested in real estate from one of your entries. My inlaws have a 3 bedroom semi detached duplex with bq located at gaduwa estate in Abuja they want to sell.
Please any tips on how to go about getting a buyer and also, if you would be interested in helping out, businesswise of course.
We are in lagos and its been difficult trying to get buyers from here.
I'd really appreciate any advice you can give.

Family / Re: Strange Sand In My Kitchen by ayeesha: 8:14pm On Jan 12, 2023
[quote author=Sweetopia post=119968049]I'm almost going out of my mind right now.)

Before I left the house, I made sure the whole place was very clean like I usually do. On getting to my apartment this evening, I saw a heap of sand by the kitchen and I live alone. I'm very scared cos I don't know how the sand got there.

Those are not sand but wood shavings.
Your kitchen door must be wooden and has termites in them, eating and leaving a heap beside the door or door frame.
I know cos i have the same experience with most of the wooden doors in my house.
Infact, the did soo much damage to a particular door that i was forced to change the whole door, including the frame to an aluminum one.
Don't be scared cheesy The annoying thing is that even after spraying with insecticide, they will resume work after a few days.
Very destructive insects!

I like to think it's a ceramic bowl.
Beautiful white bowl by the way.

Yeah. I think the one for the pap is ceramic but the one for the moin moin is what I'm not sure of.
Kinda looking like these plastic take away plates and was also thinking of trying them out for moin moin, if thats what it is.

Aside from spiritual stuff, those women are just on a mission of getting pregnant and having their own kids.

To them it is more beneficial than going the normal way, in the sense that:
1. They don't have to worry about the fate later on because the probability of the man coming back is very minimal.
2. They spend less and get it easily.
3. And so on...

But it is all rub bish, because they form queens and royals online and go offline to do all sort of rub bish.

Without caring if they contact hiv or other stds along the way? Really?

The major problem of Uniabuja is leadership. Since professor Nuhu Yaqub, the school has never seen anyone close to the man's performing levels, not even half.

A very very useless university.

You just hit the nail on the head. Good leadership ended with that man's tenure. We got our statements of result long before camp. Such a shame that students have to protest before getting the results now. Oh well......

Once you've added salt to whatever grains or seeds (corn, beans, whatever) before they're cooked, you don find trouble be that.
Your gas/kerosene go finish that day!

Ukwa na another story on im own.

Really? I usually add salt and all other ingredients including palm oil after I've parboiled my beans and it's cooks very fast and very soft as well. Maybe it's cos I parboil and change the water first Sha.
