Your doubt is a self inflicted problem actually not that there is any reason to doubt. Whatever information you need on whether CSU uses public vendors or not is in the public domain already. Shattuck: I'll wait for the supreme court to interpret tinubu's action first if they allow him, then they have no right to hold any one found with marijuana who have been a resident of a nation where it is legal, even if I carry weapon they have no right because in America guns can be purchased by from third party vendors, and btw the whole third party vendors thing, is not just you walking into any cyber cafe to Photoshop document, these vendors are registered entities with authorization and affiliation with the schools. Which vendor did he then use . 2 I doubt if CSU use third party vendors because they offer replacement diploma directly. |

The institution have affirmed it repeatedly that it contracts certificate replacement jobs to third parties and obviously it is not an illegal thing to do in the US. What is wrong with someone going through legal means to get something? What is being ignorant about that? Or english language is hard for you. The only way does not have to be your way. Everyone does not have to think the same way you think. Legal means are there for everyone to exploit. Your marijauna example does not apply here. You can try out your example to see first. Go to the US and try and smuggle marijuana to co firm something the court will be there to interprete your actions. You people should rest please. Shattuck: it's ignorant to say it is legal to do a third party replacement, when the school ofiicically can do that for you. Secondly the only reason why US has loose laws about certificate is because often times certificate are not used in official capacity, transcript are rather used, but in Nigeria certificate are used majorly for official purpose, now answers this In America it is legal to use, cultivate and sell marijuana, now if I cultivate marijuana in America and intentionally smuggle it into Nigeria knowing fully well marijuana use and distribution is illegal in Nigeria, and I am being arrested, did I commit a crime in Nigeria? Remember the marijuana is from America and in America marijuana use is legal? |

No nothing is clear. The law is what the courts say the law is Manfromlasvegas: Honestly this was my first thought on the issue. But based on the constitutional extracts he presented here, it is clear that the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria abhors forgery of any kind even 'forgery' of a genuine qualification possessed by a person. Frankly I await the interpretation of the courts |
Politics › Re: The Outcome Of Atiku's Appeal At The Supreme Court Is Predictable - Jafar Jafar by Ayo25: 7:24am On Oct 06, 2023 |
If it is legal to do a replacement certificate in the country where the institution is located, what is the offence here?
Jafar is getting in the excuses early. He knows rightly there is no case here.
Everyone has opinion. What is public opinion on legal issues compared to what legal luminaries who have spent all their lives in the legal profession decides upon. Law is one thing, interpretation is another. Not everyone is qualified to interpret the law. The organ of government for the interpretation of law is the judiciary not the media that Jafar belongs to.
If the Nigerian judiciary can be bought, what is stopping Atiku or Obi from buying too. You cannot get judgement all the time. Whenever it does not swings your way, you should move on and stop acting like a fucking sore loser. |

You research is not complete yet too. You need to start your comparison of prices of commodities from let say when Abacha was the Head of State, to proof the nonsense points you are trying to. Bla bla bla. Show us your own father. If your father had not absconded and wait to fulfil his fatherly responsibilities on you, you would have gotten the necessary home training from him and not be all over social media insulting other peoples fathers over an election loss. Tinubu is your President until 2031 whether you dont consider him fit to be a class captain is entirely your own sorrow and you should drown in your own sorrow. Collegelove: Your criminal father does not feed me. Why should I get worried? I have nothing against him though but honestly, he is not qualified to be a local government chairman, talk more of president of a country. |
