Please pardon my question, it might be a bit insensitive.

Is this how emergency alert will be going forward? I understand it’s importance and all but I thought it was just a notification the first time so that anytime there is a province based general emergency, we will know. Now, radio, tv, phones, everything just paused and alert came on about a child last seen with a woman and to call 911 if seen. The alert even disconnects a call just to get one’s attention.

Pls is there a way one can ‘unregister’ from this alert services?

She is not a child just minor -- below the legal age set by man. Underaged girls/minors who were raped can be married to their rapists if there is mutual consent in some US states - never a girl who doos not know what she is doing. that is wickedness.

In Iran and the Muslim world, does anyone ask the girls permission before marriage? Last I heard 17 is too old, 8 is the in thing to be. In Iran it is so.
