Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) narrated that Allah (swt) said: “My love is guaranteed for two who love one another for My sake; My love is guaranteed for two who visit one another for My sake; My love is guaranteed for two who help one another (financially) for My sake; My love is guaranteed to two who uphold ties with one another for My sake.” [Ahmad 4/236 & 5/236; Ibn Hibbaan, 3/338; Sahih] |

It was Yahya ibn Mu'adh [ar-Razi] (may Allah bestow His mercy upon him) who said: "Sincere devotion [ikhlas] means keeping one's religious practice uncontaminated by imperfections, as in the process of milking a ruminant, when the milk must be preserved from contamination by the animal's droppings and blood." |
[center]"When it comes to my provisions, I rely upon Allah, my Creator And I know with certainty that He will no doubt provide for me. Whatever’s in my due, will not pass me by, Even if it were to be in the depths of the sea. Allah the Exalted will bring it forth by His Grace, Even if I were to remain silent over it. So, what can a soul feel sorrow over, When the Most Merciful has set the provisions of the creation?" - Imam al-Shafi’i[/center] |
Narrated Abu Sirmah: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If anyone[b] harms[/b] (others), Allah will harm him, and if anyone shows hostility to others, Allah will show hostility to him." [Abu Dawood No. 3628] |

Imaam Shaafi (rahmatullah alayh) states that Imaam Maalik (rahmatullah alayh) told him, “O Muhammad! You should practice in proportion to flour (in bread) and your knowledge should be the salt.” That is, much action must be carried out on little knowledge. Here action refers to etiquette. |
"There is no believing servant who supplicates for his brother in his absence where the angels do not say, 'the same be for you' " [Muslim] |
“O you who believe! Do not destroy your charities by reminders of your generosity or by injury…” [Surah Baqarah, 264] |
It is reported that, the Prophet (S.A.W) said: "The Muslims in their mutual love, kindness and compassion, are like the human body when one of its parts is in agony the entire body feels the pain both in sleeplessness and fever." (Bukhari and Muslim) |
"You cannot direct the wind but you can adjust the sails." ~ Sheikh Reda Bedeir ~ |
Hadhrat Abu Zar (Radhiyallaho anho) narrates that once the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) came out of his house. It was autumn and the leaves were falling off the trees. He caught hold of a branch of a tree and its leaves began to drop in large number. At this he remarked, "O, Abu Zar! (Radhiyallaho anho) when a Muslim offers his salaat to please Allah, his sins are shed away from him just as these leaves are falling off this tree." In autumn, usually, the leaves of the trees fall in large numbers, so much so that on some trees not a single leaf is left behind. The same is the effect of salaat performed with sincerity and devotion. All the sins of the person offering salaat are wiped off. It should, however, be remembered that according to the verdict of the theologians, it is only the saghaa'ir (minor sins) that are forgiven by the performance of salaat and other services. The kabaa'ir (major sins) are not pardoned without repentance. We should, therefore, in addition to saying salaat, be particular about doing taubah (repentance) and istighfaar (seeking forgiveness). Allah may, however, pardon, by His bountiful Grace, even the kabaa'ir of any person because of his salaat. |
On the authority of Abu Harayrah (RA), who said that the Prophet (SAW) said: Allah the Almighty said: "I am as My servant thinks I am. I am with him when he makes mention of Me. If he makes mention of Me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assemble better than it. And if he draws near to Me an arm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed. " --[Bukhari] |
Ibn Al-Jowzee said, “If this World was not a station of tests it would not be filled with sicknesses and filth. If life was not about hardship, then the Prophets and the pious would have lived the most comfortable of lives. Nay, Aadam[As] suffered test after test until he left the World. Nuh[As] (Noah) cried for 300 years. Ibrahim [As] (Abraham) was thrown into a pit of fire and later asked to slaughter his son. Ya’qub[As] (Jacob) cried until he became blind. Musa[As] (Moses) challenged Fir’own and was tested by his people. Isa[As] (Jesus) had no provision except the morsels his disciples provided him with. And Muhammad sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam met poverty with patience, his uncle, one of the most beloved relatives to him, was slain and mutilated and his people disbelieved in him, And the list of Prophets and the pious goes on and on.” |

ifyalways:Some ppl falsely accuse innocent companies of funding the war. I just wanted to exclude that. |
ifyalways:If the profits of these companies find their way to Israel. I will boycott them. I don't have a detailed information on Palestinian Isreal problem.Do u have an unbiased information, pls share. It is war against Islam, hiding under the political hood. Israel have captured basically the whole of Palestine. They have their soldiers patrolling, they destroy civilian property, impose sanctions and oppress innocent people. Some palestinian groups retaliate, but israeli army is far far powerful. Couple of years back they launched an attack on Palastinians in Gaza strip and killed thousands. The U.S. and U.N. did not interfere. I saw the photos of the victims, it broke my heart. Since Israel is one of the major weapon exporters most of the countries keep silent on their atrocities. So least we can do for our brothers n sisters in Palestine is boycott the product of companies which Fund their enemies. |
Zayd Ibn Thabit narrated that the Prophet (saw) said, "May Allah brighten the face of the person who hears what I say and retains it, then conveys it to others; for sometimes one who hears from another remembers it better than the original hearer himself." (Related by Ahmad and Tirmithi) Abu Hurairah (Ra) reported: The Messenger of Allah(Saw) said, "He who does not acquire knowledge with the sole intention of seeking the Pleasure of Allah but for worldly gain, will not smell the fragrance of Jannah on the Day of Resurrection.'' [Abu Dawud]. |
"The keys to the life of the heart lie in reflecting upon the Qur'aan , being humble before Allaah in secret, and leaving sins." [Ibn Qayyim al Jawziyyah rahimahullah] |
@ify I hope you are aware of the Israel-Palestine conflict. Israeli Jews have been torturing and oppressing the Palestinians for decades. Since lot of these Multi-Million Dollar food companies are owned by them, Many are of the opinion that we should try to boycott them. |
