I don't think this is about proper export or sending parcels abroad of which any cargo companies worth its salt already knows the process and procedure. This information is more about taking personal items and food abroad. I dont see why you think the process of sending parcel abroad is not straightforward, are you suggesting paying the like of FedEx and UPS in Naira? Yes that is done already but these are international companies and so the cost of freight is determined in dollar. Unless I don't get what you mean, how else can you simplify the process of sending parcel? Are you aware that there are a lot of small business in the cargo freight industry now and no one is forced to use any airline for their cargo, so to be honest, I do not understand your monopoly theory CodeTemplar: |
Warning for all other fake 'stolen mandate' agitators. Co-conspirators like Rudy Guillani and FOX news especially are licking their wounds after being slammed heavy fines for their unfounded allegations of rigged elections. Hope some people can learn from this, but I guess not " the hound that is destined to get lost, will remain oblivious of the warning whistle of the hunter" |
See hypocrisy of the highest order! You people did not have any issue with all your fake Pastors and their fake Prophecies that Obi was going to win the election. We have yet to see you call any of them to question or place massive billboards around saying " ALL EYES ON THE CLERGY" Your grouse is always with whomever did not say what you want to hear. All you are happy to hear is Prophecies about how Nigeria will collapse in another one year, because Peter Obi did not win election , but God pass all of you. No MOG is worthy of respect in your eyes again except those who pray for fire and brimstone on Nigeria if Tinubu is not removed for Obi |
I completely disagree with you sir that ground breaking researches are always led by whites, it is an assumption without a valid basis. I would excuse you because you have only spoken about what is known to you. Yes, ground breaking researches are happening in the western world apparently because of the facilities and funding but check out who are the researchers and you will find the bulk of them amongst ethic minority groups. Let me refer you to a tech magazine called The Engineer, you can get a free digital version online. It gives regular update on critical researches in the engineering fields currently ongoing. Read this magazine for like 3 months and come back with your findings about the Lead Scientists and other members in a research group. You will find mostly Indians, Africans, Iranians, Philipinos, Viets, Malaysians, South Americans all taking advantage of the enabling environment in the West to do their research. tasalanoni: |
They are trying to close the stable after the horse has bolted. So they now realised that only a united front (call it whatever name) could have presented a credible opposition to APC the way Tinubu rallied ACN, CPC, ANPP into an alliance that got rid of PDP. We can be sure that nothing would come out of this move of theirs because there all three of them are too egoistical to concede the ticket to another |
I have noticed that on every thread here irrespective of the topic and how good the banter is taking off, some frustrated souls will just find a way of weaving in their bitterness in an attempt to vent off their election failure anger. No be today Nigeria don dey tough, we have survived the previous hard years of SAP, Austerity etc and we will definitely survive this one too. Has there ever been any regime in Nigeria in which people have not been moaning? And point of correction secessionist agitation never start today also.... ablejesus26: |
Most times here when the issue of drug trafficking comes up, i have noticed some people are quick to come up with stuffs like you just mentioned " Tinubu's partner in crime". Out of curiosity, if indeed Tinubu is/was the drug kingpin they portray him as, why is he able to 'use' more people from a particular region than people from his own region. Does it mean they are mostly mumus in that area of the country that are easily persuaded to be drug peddlers or their penchant for quick money knows no bound. And yes maybe other tribes are also synonymous with other types of crime but here we are talking about drug peddling, why is it a popular crime with a certain people despite all the associated risks LagosFirstSon: |
Orderliness to defraud a bank of its money and you are applauding this? Everyone on that queue is a potential thief waiting for his share of the free money. Any honest person who sincerely just needed to use the ATM would have moved on to another one. Whether they queue up in orderliness or they turn the queue to survival of the fittest, what is the moral justification for what they are trying to do? Someone did sum it up in this thread earlier on, we worship the white people as if they are flawless and not human beings at all..... if this happened in Nigeria there are also people who would not see it as morally right to take such money Hananfine: |
The bank may be able to link each individual card that withdrew money on the machine to the amount actually dispensed with that transaction and carry out a reconciliation which might reflect in debit on each account. People should always beware that there is no free money anywhere. Those who had large sum of money mistakenly transferred into their account have been jailed for spending the money because irrespective of the error from wherever, the money is not yours legally. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/10/10/man-jailed-theft-766k-accidentally-transferred-bank-account/ https://igvofficial.com/man-jailed-shopping-spree-515000-accidentally-transferred-account/ https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/19741574/woman-accidentally-paid-1m-splashed-cash/ https://www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/reports/a9239563/bank-accidentally-paid-thousands-margaret-mcdonnell-spent-it/ https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/apr/13/bank-error-in-your-favor-windfall-louisiana-woman |
And there are no corrupt judges anywhere else in the world but only in Nigeria? Please enlighten me about the former House Member who confessed to coercion of a judge. Since you mention the person that came third in South East and was declared the winner by the court can we also assume therefore if Peter Obi should win this tribunal ( having come third), then the judiciary must have been bought? Or when Peter Obi won against Ngige, was the judiciary compromised? Or is it only the cases that do not favour you where you think the judiciary was compromised? Do you know the number of cases that have been ruled against APC and even the Federal government despite being the party in power? And yet you want to cite isolated cases to tarnish the image of the whole judiciary?Didn't Peter Obi who has once benefited from the judiciary said at the beginning of the PEPT sitting that he had full confidence in the judiciary? So what has changed now that you think the judiciary need to be 'reminded' of its duty? hobat4cash: |
And how about the one that came distant third in an election and wants to forcefully take over the first position? gaby: |
Unfortunately, the law does not work with the analogy you gave. If you make a claim then you must PROVE IT BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. The judge will not prove it for you or assume to know what you are trying to prove. How difficult can it be to provide the references I asked for, is that what you call dumb? Let me give you an analogy. A police lawyer trying a criminal case said " Your Lordship, this handkerchief was found at the scene of the murder, kindly accept it into evidence" What does that prove to the Judge? but if he said " Your Lordship, this handkerchief was found at the scene of the murder and has the DNA of the accused" now that is proof. Submission of boxes upon boxes of EC8A did not prove anything in court as no data was extracted from it to show us how those forms will prove that Obi had the majority of lawful votes. Ignorant people assume that because lawyers have presented this then they must be on to something, but what exactly Judek2: |
Let me also help you clear your ignorance because I am sure you are just parodying what you hear in Obidient's circle. Go to this link below therein you will find all the day-by-day court proceedings including final written addresses. Dont worry it is on google drive and it is safe, and was methodically preserved there by others. Try to read through them especially the one titled DATA OF FORM EC8As TENDERED. Once you are done going through, extract for me the places where Peter Obi proved that he won the majority vote. Do this or just keep quiet https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yjDJJUrYbbu_IsICrLMkswYikiNaBnZY Judek2: |
I will surprise you by not responding to your insult, it is a tactic of those you lack whatever is needed to put their case across intelligibly. To answer you yes we saw all the boxes of the form EC8 that were brought to court. Maybe I missed it so you can reproduce for me where in his final address where he said " as you can see ,if you recalculate the figure on those boxes of EC8 we submitted as evidence you will see that I actually won with 13 million votes and Tinubu really had 6 million votes and Atiku had 9 million vote, therefore I should be declared the winner, or are you waiting for the tribunal to do that for you. Do you understand what is called the burden of proof, I bet not. Please show me the transcript either during the submission of those EC8 as evidence or during his final address to the court where he claimed to have won the highest number of vote. Dont try to hide your ignorance under insults, just provide what I have asked and I will be glad to agree I am wrong Judek2: |
You wan hear another word Bro, ALL politicians in the current dispensation in Nigeria are corrupt and that include your Saint Obi. abi you wan make we rewind his governorship tenure all over again ni? If we are not contented with the way the country is has anyone shown you in a crystal ball that Obi is the answer ni? Tunji50: |
if you are asking this question it means you have no clue about what went on at the Tribunal. Obi never presented any case of how he 'won' the election, he is asking the court to cancel the election , disqualify Tinubu and order a rerun. If you have the part of the court proceedings where Obi PROVED that he won the election and had more votes than Atiku and Tinubu please share with us Dshocker: |
Tell me what do you know about the Nigerian judiciary that we dont know? Do you know how many court cases have gone against APC as the ruling party in the last 8 years? If you did not trust the judiciary why did you take your case to them?. Stop being dramatic and drop this your holier-than-thou attitude as if only you know and care for what is right. Subtle or overt intimidation of the judiciary will not help you retrieve your 'stolen' mandate bro Tunji50: |
I still dont get it, if you guys are confident that Obi has proved his case beyond reasonable doubt, whats the panic all about, why the need to remind the judiciary how to do its duty? After all the judges would give detailed analyses of their decisions, it is not like they would just say " petition dismissed" Unless you people are perceiving failure and trying to throw in your excuse in advance, what gives the impression that the judiciary must be reminded of what to do? If it is because of the fake news of Jackson Ude, you can rest assure that the guy and his co-conspirators have all withdrawn their unfounded allegation by deleting all their tweets and even their accounts meaning they have no evidence to support their false claim. Wetin sef? Na Obi go first lose election for Nigeria? A mo se nnkan o |
As if the judiciary can be cajoled to rule in their favour, what a waste time and effort! This much attempt to intimidate the judiciary can only mean they are anticipating failure. These obviously are the same set of people threatening Tsamanni with his family |
I am trying to understand your 'observation' , Who are the "they" that have not reported the Wagner support? Are you saying someone here on Nairaland is preventing you from uploading news about the Niger situation? You do know that news items are uploaded as thread by members like you and not the admin. So if you think some items are newsworthy, what stops you from posting them here for us to discuss GUNITGuy: |
Can we be reminded that another legacy of French imperialism in Africa is the CFA Franc. Idris Deby of Chad had previously mooted the idea of doing away with the CFA, as done by Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria and their economies were better for it. So if indeed the whole aim is to fight against French imperialism is means all the countries of the CFA region must rise up and reject the CFA and they can only do this through military coup? Is that what we are implying? It appears those who support the coup in Niger are saying only the military boys can fight imperialism, if that was indeed true I would have expected Mali and Burkina Faso to have dropped the CFA by now, after all you should not pick and choose which imperialist legacy you want to keep |
Perhaps we have not heard about Algeria supplying free electricity to NIger because it is not an official declaration but only the words of Adamu Garba and if you have reference to the official declaration by Algeria kindly supply it to us. Mind you Algeria is not only just opposed to sanctions but they are are officially opposed to the coup also. Check the map, Algeria is surrounded by Niger, Mali and Libya which are all unstable countries already putting pressure on Algeria through illegal immigration, so you would understand why they dont war war in Niger. If you think that military coup dislodging a democratically elected leadership is 'stirring' (steering) their country in the right direction then you must be very naive. Otherwise, tell us any country in modern times that has been properly developed after transitioning from civilian to military rule. The worst of a civilian regime is still better than a military rule because politicians can be held to account to an extent whereas the khaki boys are not accountable to anyone and are as corrupt if not more corrupt than politicians anyway Wisereborn: |
Claiming academic superiority for one tribe is not different from thinking the Whites are more brilliant and ingenious than the Blacks. One thing we should note is that all these best results students mostly did not school in the East and this is a pointer to the fact that certain part of the country are more educationally developed than the rest. If the theory of tribal superiority is correct more of the best results should be from the same tribe irrespective of where they schooled and therefore implying that more of them should be emerging from the east. We have seen how black and African students studying abroad outperform their white colleagues because of the exposure to better educational system which helps to develop their full potential. No doubt that the North especially is educationally disadvantaged but when you see some students from the or northern origin schooling outside their region they do perform excellently also, even though those who are studying abroad. In the same manner, students of other tribes schooling in core north areas do not tend to shine also, confirming that the educational environment is very critical to performance. and even the type of school can make a lot of difference |
And her result is more qualified for merit award than the one with the same NIne A1s and 347 in JAMB? DesChyko:

Not only the self-righteous Obidients, even their Lord and Saviour has how many Innoson vehicles in his convoy! After initially reacting like castrated bulls, now they have been shown the stupidity of their unnecessary vituperation they are sober. If only they could normally apply a bit of common sense and caution before opening mouth anyhow to castigate people perhaps they would command a bit more respect. The same way they all were blindly blaming JAMB for the Mmesoma saga before the truth was finally exposed. They never learn, watch this space they would do the same again very soon Napata77: |
Talking about certificates, we have asked this question several times but Obidients would conveniently ignore it. Can anyone show us the result of O Level or otherwise with which Saint Peter Obi gained admission to UNN in 1980? This is important because it is not part of the certificates declared by Obi and the only GCE result we saw is the one where he had 4 F9s and this would not even get you into a College of Education not to talk of the University. We all know that you need to pass WAEC/GCE 'O Level' for you to gain admission with JAMB or 'A Level' for Direct Entry. If there is nothing hidden about it can you Obidients persuade him to release it to the public after all he is the "cleanest" politician in Nigeria for now. Remember that Obama had to release his original birth certificate to the public so as to quench the conspiracy theories about his place of birth once and for all. And please do not respond by asking for the certificates of 'Amoda Ogunlere' because that is not the answer to what has been requested of you. |
Attaining sanity with military coupist? You need to go to Specsaver so you can see properly. Tell us one example of a modern day country that has prospered under military rule GO0DHardDick: |
Hyprocrisy! Yeye dey smell. Obidients no dey take nonsense only as long as Obi is not involved. Someone has rightly raised the point, how many Innoson vehicles dey Obi;s convoy, has anyone ever noticed that? Peter Obis NEXT company is one of the largest importer of goods to Nigeria at the expense of local manufacturing but you have not seen that as an issue |
And you sincerely believe you are making sense with this comment or perhaps we should take is as a joke?? Tobex31: |
