" notorious narcotics drug trafficker" Hmmmm .. one of these days, one of you ignoramuses would be made an example in a court for defamation.... wait and see. Go and ask Dokpesi and his AIT. Do not think the anonymity on cyberspace would save you when it comes....... Ofunaofu: |
You don't think everyone want to remain blind forever like you. Speaking the truth and hailing something good when you see one does not make you less of a man and does not even mean you endorse Tinubu. You just do not want to hear anything positive about Tinubu at all. As for you and your family , you would rather continue to wallow in anger and misery just because your man did not win an election In the same manner people should comment and commend Peter Obi if he did anything really commendable ( not from eye service) irrespective of if one support him or not, that is the hallmark of sincerity. I wish you well in your self-inflicted sorrow because Tinubu happens to be your President slawomir: |
The same can be said for Obidients, who always try to portray Obi as a Saint and flawless when we all know that no politician in Nigeria is squeaky clean. The earlier we realize this together and agree that we are only trying to pick the best out of the rotten the better. harsysky: |
Is it not obvious?, just to remain relevant and also project the image of a national leader that cares for everyone. He sent a congratulatory message to the girl that had the perfect GPA at LASU also. He is trying to be everywhere and show as if he cares and you can expect more of his pretentious congratulations and commiserations as time goes by. These are things he could have been doing before the election instead of running from churches to churches trying to whip up religious sentiment to get votes theophorus: |
Egbon Kassim abeg dont deny Igbo-Amaka the joy of savouring this achievement o, after all if the headline had been as follows: b]"In São Paulo, Brazil, 144 Nigerians are serving various prison terms for drug related offences. All the convicts, the NDLEA said, were from Nnewi, Anambra State.[/b] you people would have noticed that also ![]() https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2019/08/25/drug-trafficking-73-nigerians-on-death-row-in-malaysia kasim155: |
And any senator from the South ( especially those who say they are Christians) will join this so called planned show of madness and help Yari to topple Akpabio and they would still have mouth to shout marginalisation? Is it not obvious that politicians always south marginalisation only when it suits them? Imagine Kalu campaigning for Yari ahead of Akpabio? Same with Dogara who complained bitterly against Tinubu's Muslim-Muslim ticket and yet endorsed the same for Governorship in Bauchi. Is it not obvious that Tinubu has to intervene to get Akpabio elected in order to forestall a situation whereby all the top four in the hierarchy are Muslims? |
Impeach based on what! People have actually forgotten how the three arms of government work together as checkmate. How many Speakers of House of Assembly and Governors who were illegally impeached (including Peter Obi) have been reinstated by the courts? Abeg this is just an empty threat if indeed there is such a plan |
Just the sight of this man called Tinubu alone is an activator of high blood pressure for some people. They just passionately hate anything about the man......thier hatred of Buhari pales significantly when compared to Tinubu and yet all their vitriol and hate mongering speeches has had no effect on the man, he barely even knows that one Lagbaja somewhere is hating him..... Wonderfulment! Is this what you call decamping? So when you from alliances to create a new party that is decamping, waaoh! So when he ' decamped' from AD to ACN who were those left at AD? prizequest: |
Peter Obi is seeking the relief from the Tribunal to: 1. Declare him the winner after disqualifying Tinubu and nullifying the votes recorded for Tinubu as wasted 2. Declare a re-run after disqualifying Tinubu 1. For Peter Obi to prove he actually won the election and not by technicalities then all the evidences being presented must be coherent and show clearly that the result declared by INEC is a rigged one and then present the actual result from the acceptable documents which is the Form EC8s. Forget all the noise about IReV and blurred results, no sensible tribunal will cancel such an election on technicalities of IReV failed to upload real time as if that changed whats is recorded on the EC8s. No election is ever perfect and even Peter Obi's second term election was termed as flawed, Obansanjos' two elections were flawed, YarAdua's election was reported as flawed, but they were all upheld as long as the issues encountered were not significant enough to affect the overall outcome. Moreover PO has to prove that he also had more number of votes than Atiku after Tinubu's votes has been nullified. Has anyone here seen his lawyers prove this point? 2. If Obi is banking on technicalities to ask for a rerun, then the court would need to uphold the Shettima's double nomination and the 25% of FCT arguments both of which are dead on arrival. In any case, can you imagine a re-run between Atiku and Obi? Massive landslide for Atiku definitely. This case is not about sentiment, it is about proving his case beyond reasonable doubt necessary for the court to grant either of the relief he is seeking. Forget not that the Tribunal has set the tone for the hearing right from the onset... that they would not entertain intangible technicalities. So best of luck to him and his lawyers in proving that Obi actually won more votes that Tinubu and Atiku, or convincing the court to cancel the election and order a rerun, but they should be reminded that elections are not cancelled just based on the claim of irregularities.... it has to be so massive and widespread enough for this to happen

Unless I have blinked and missed it! Now in a court case when you tender an evidence, you then explain how it relates to your case. SO for instance " Your Lordship, I present to you a glove found at the murder scene, thank you" What exactly do you want his Lordship to do with that evidence. OF course his Lordship is bound to accept your evidence, but he would not do your job for you by asking you why you have presented this evidence. If you said instead "Your Lordship, I present to you a glove found at the murder scene which contains the DNA of the accused" then your evidence makes sense. Like I said it is possible I have missed it, so I genuinely want someone to tell me, but where was it said by the Lawyers of PO that for example "we are presenting this PVCs data to show you that out of the 35 million PVC collected, 23 million were used during the election and the total amount of votes declared by INEC is 28 million which is impossible unless there is overvoting" Is that not how you present and use evidences? I have read people hear say don't you think the lawyers would have ,,,,,,,,,sorry no I don't want to think I want to see that they actually did make this claim and mention the purpose of their evidences, unless we are not getting the full report from the court and please don't respond with insults we can always agree to disagree peacefully |
I always maintain that I try not to insult when discussing issues but you people are making it difficult. To be honest I am lost now because I dont really know which election results we are now discussing as it appears you people are confused. So when you say Atiku, Kwankwanso and TInubu shared the votes in the North, which result are you referring to please? Or when you say Obi won the state with largest population in SW, which result are you referring to also because if it is the same election result that you are alluding to , may i remind you that Tinubu won by over 8 million. You people want to eat your cake and still have it: let me help you out, either you reject the overall result and prove that there were massive irregularities and or You give us the alternative result which showed that Obi actually won and back it up with concrete evidence. Do not MIx and Match by quoting the result declared by INEC, when it suits you and at the same time quoting your fantasy result where Obi won, Atiku came second and TInubu came third. Stick with one so that it is clear when you make reference to results we are all clear which one you meant. AS for the Lagos votes allegedly passed to Tinubu, I believe you have concrete evidence to assist the Lawyers of Obi, just in case they might have missed those GetSenseNow: |
And you are calling someone mumu? O ga o! If Obi did not need North to win so where did he win? Because he did not win SW also.. are you telling us that the votes of SE and SS is alone to give OBi a win? Karlosorji: |
Thanks o! Everytime on every thread I have asked the question and I genuinely wanted to know how ,many votes did Obi actually poll to win the election and how many states did he win.....NOT ONE of them have ever replied.....you sometimes get answers like.. " just wait he go soon clear" but I dont want to wait.... i want to know what you knew already please tell us the actual breakdown of the unrigged votes....na lie... al you keep hearing is Obi came first, Atiku second and TInubu 3rd.........o su mi o! ![]() Bluntemperor: |
Neutral? In a case of which they are a Respondent? Common bro! And people should stop wondering why INEC is objecting to everything being tendered BECAUSE they are going to disclose their reasons when they open up their defence. I am sure that some people are unaware that this hearing is in two phases, the petitioner states his case and the defendant states his defence All the film we have been watching so far is all about the petitioner stating his case..... part 2 go start soon and only then can you start rubbing your hands in glee if you think the case is going in your favour almangid: |
Brilliant ! Just exactly what did the factfinding reveal sir?, kindly tell us the real number of votes polled and the states won. This is interesting, I am dying to see this info please share with us ignoramuses who actually thought that Tinubu won the election as declared by INEC. I can't wait ........ please dont make us wait for the tribunal sitting to end , kindly tell us now I beg you again... the real number of votes, don't even bother about the source for now IVORY2009: |
Thanks for the little education. My point however is that the American Slave owners prefer to call us Negro rather than black and so the word Negro is more synonymous with a Black Slave Wildkat02: |
I wish everyone including myself can ignore this dude, but he spews so much hatred and rubbish that it is difficult to ignore him . We can only pray for the dude and hope he does not burst a major artery very soon motayoayinde: |
You are not black but negro? So which of the two connotes slavery more? Wildkat02: |
Damn niggar again and his rantings You have a lot of contradictory points in this your write up1. So you realise that Abuja is like a state and I bet you are still on about winning 25% of Abuja to be declared the President 2. Now did you say Lagos and Abuja are the two " states" with most number of intellectuals, therefore why do we bother to conduct elections in other states, we should just poll Abuja and Lagos residents and that should do it for electing our 'national' President 3. Having conceded that Abuja and Lagos are the places with most intellectuals in Nigeria , I would love to ask you a question , which state are you from and where are you based...... because by inference, the people from those places are retards whose opinion do not matter in choosing the president 4. What is this 'obvious' truth that the youths are missing on this matter, can you expatiate? slawomir: |
I am guessing this is probably because he was accused of misusing the funds from the 2019 election when he was allegedly lodging at a 200k per night hotels |
Which evidences? vastolord4: |
Precisely the point I am making. If this was deliberate or sabotage then it should not be difficult to prove. This is hardware/software and servers usually log events ........ EmiLoKanMyAss: |
Why is it difficult to answer a question intelligently and clearly? You blurted out a claim with full confidence, and all we have done is to ask for your source, but all you can say is........." it will come out in no time" ........ 00FFT00: |
I am not a tech expert, but surely if you can prove there was no glitch, then you should be able to prove sabotage is it not?....I believe there are logs from the server that shows all events including power failure and this data are usually backed up to an external source all because of incidences like this. |
Reliably informed by whom? By Nefertiti on Twitter? You people are laughable. You just appear to pull figures from the air anyhow.......sa je n dake! It is ridiculous what you lot choose to believe...... 00FFT00: |
I was expecting this response becasue it is the classical one meant to say that you cannot be a true Obidient if you dare disagree with us in anyway or show any sort of support for the opposition. Which is true anyway of all the Obidients, but the sensible Obidients know and acknowledge that things in life is not always black or white........True Obidients are just like the Taliban, you are either for us or against us...no half way TheGoodJoe: |
Jonathan being attacked is a different case, attacking anyone supporting Jonathan is another. Anyone who becomes a leader of even a much smaller group expects to be attacked, but the ceaseless attack on anyone who supports that leader , which is the hall mark of Obidients is what is condemn able jaxxy: |
Is it not the same that was done to Ekiti people... with someone here on Nairaland actually saying death to all Ekiti people.... Na by force to vote for your candidate? That is why it is called democracy. Their disappointment with Ekiti is actually a pointer to the fact that they assumed that Ekiti State being majorly Christian would vote for Obi, alas he only got a paltry 11k votes and this irked them seriously. Have you seen Obidients curse the people of Sokoto or Gombe because they did not vote for OBi? ...No, because they never expected that in the first place. This continuous animosity to everyone who voted against Obi is not helping him in the longer run.The truth is this is Nigeria, it is difficult for anyone to aspire to rule this country based on tribal and religious sentiment. I am sure Obi has realised this now and is starting to build bridges. Expect more of his commiserations and congratulations.....which are meant to project him as a national leader that cares about everyone chuksanambra: |
