You can help yourself to more since you are intent on arguing & I'm just not interested in pointless debates that won't go anywhere!!

when you are done, check each countries economy base, amount of Taxes the citizens are levied!! & the Laws guiding the conducts of the citizens & adherence to laid down procedures..

As for the minimum wage issue, check the per capita & GDP of each!! Pay is relative to a nations productivity!!!!

The south going by voter strength couldn't have muscled the north, Jona & his handlers are aware of this fact and did the next best thing, "pad" what's coming from the south, it was done to perfection in 2011, 2015 to them would be a walkover!!Don't be fooled, 1/2 of that 12m was either bought or padded!!!

the truth that there was an unprecedented heavy loss awaiting PDP in the SS especially despite the ' investments' GEJ put in many of the empty politicians and thugs who claimed to be stakeholders....but when the reality of APC exposing their ' we are in control' trash they have been feeding the president with hit them, they went into panic modes and unleash violence on the opposition causing deaths and pains -the model that thugnor brought to Ekiti but which couldn't b replicated in the state Osun .
It would have been a huge embarrassment to them if PMB had won about 40% in GEJ's home base hence they did everything unholy to defend the lies they have been feeding GEJ's with. But didn't God expose them?

ISLAMIZATION OF NIGERIA- A POSSIBLE REALITY
One of the greatest irony, which I see as a practical delusion is the mentality by southern Nigerians that no President can Islamize Nigeria. Muslims are people over the years that strategically occupy cities and nations and over rum them suddenly. They come as slaves with the intention to rule; they come appearing vulnerable but show their strengths afterwards.
In terms of temperament,, they are proud, patient, calculating, subtle, courageous and they have very long memories. They are capable of masking their thoughts and emotions very well but they will never forget a sleight. Most importantly, unlike most, they are capable of recognizing a common group cause and consequently they are in a better position to further the political and economic interests of their people more than any others. To a Fulani, interest of his people and their collective cause is more important than anything else.

On October 2nd, 2014 edition of Pointblanknews Magazine, Alhaji Aliyu Gwarzo, a prominent Fulani leader from Kano, said the following words
“when I say that the presidency must come to the North next year, I am referring to the Hausa-Fulani core North and not any Northern Christian or Muslim minority tribe. The Christians in the North, such as the Berom, the Tiv, the Kataf, the Jaba, the Zuru, the Sayyawa, the Bachama, the Jukun, the Idoma and all the others are nothing and the muslim minorities in the North, including the Kanuri, the Nupe, the Igbira, the Babur, the Shuwa Arabs, the Marghur and all the others know that when we are talking about leadership in the North and in Nigeria, Allah has given it to us, the Hausa-Fulani. They can grumble, moan and groan as much as they want but each time they go into their bedrooms to meet their wives and each time they get on their prayer mats to begin their prayers, it is we the Fulani that they think of, that they fear, that they bow to and that they pray for.
Some of them are even ready to give us their wives and daughters for one night’s sport and pleasure. They owe us everything. This is because we gave them Islam through the great Jihad waged by our father, the great Usuman Dan Fodio.
We also captured Ilorin, killed their local King and installed our Fulani Emir. We took that ancient town away from the barbarian Yoruba and their filthy pagan gods. We liberated all these places and all these people by imposing Islam on them by force. It was either the Koran or the sword, and most of them chose the Koran. In return for the good works of our forefathers, Allah, through the British, gave us Nigeria to rule and to do with as we please. Since 1960 we have been doing that and we intend to continue.
No Goodluck or anyone else will stop us from taking back our power next year. We will kill, maim, destroy and turn this country into Africa’s biggest war zone and refugee camp if they try it.
Many say we are behind Boko Haram. My answer is what do you expect? We do not have economic power or intellectual power. All we have is political power and they want to take even that from us.
We must fight and we will fight back in order to keep it. They have brought in the infidels from America and the pigs from Israel to help them but they will fail. The war has just begun, the Mujahedeen are more than ready and by Allah we shall win.
If they don’t want an ISIS in Nigeria then they must give us back the presidency and our political power. Their soldiers are killing our warriors and our people every day but mark this: even if it takes one hundred years, we will have our revenge.
Every Fulani man that they kill is a debt that will be repaid, even if it takes 100 years. The Fulani have very long memories”.
President Muhammadu Buhari himself in 2013 when he said that if what happened in 2011 during the presidential elections happens again in 2015 and he ends up losing to President Goodluck Jonathan, who happens to be a southern christian, “the dog and the baboon will both be soaked in blood”.
Another Elder statesman of the North, Alhaji Lawal Kaita, said, before the presidential election in 2011, that “power must return to the North otherwise we (meaning northerners) would make the country ungovernable”. Jonathan went ahead to win the election and Lawal Kaita and co. went ahead to honour their word: from 2011 till 2015, making the country ungovernable they certainly did.
These are shocking and deeply troubling utterances from these Fulani leaders and the implications of their threat-filled words are self-evident. They need no further analysis or explanation here.
They are using the Fulani herdsmen are a standing army. They are highly protected by the government in power.
The truth remains that Nigerians especially the Christians in the North and the rest of Southern Nigeria are under occupation. If it is not the Fulani herdsmen that are tormenting them, then it is Boko Haram. If it is not Boko Haram, then it is Armed Forces who are under orders from our oppressors.
Most Nigerians are in denial of what is going on and some are just too intimidated and cowardly to acknowledge the problem, let alone to speak out against or attempt to resist it.
When Al Jazeera questioned President Buhari on the implication of his action as regards the Saudi Coalition, about the fact that this move could cause immense anxiety and apprehension to the Christian Association of Nigeria and to the massive Christian population in the country, He responded by asking why he should be concerned about the views of those “religious bigots” and that instead of complaining “the Christians should organize themselves and go and fight against terrorism and the militants in the south”.
Such an insulting, and aggressive response confirms the fears that Nigerian government is not only interested in establishing an ethnic Fulani hegemony but that they also wish to Islamize the nation and put into effect the stated intention, dream and objective of the late Saurdana of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello, of “dipping the Koran in the Atlantic ocean”.
One of the strong strategies of President Buhari is to make Nigeria a failed state whereby anarchy and survival of the fittest will seem to prevail and under such an atmosphere, he will mobilize their forces under the pretense to stop the situation; which will give way to a grand Islamization of the nation. Already, Boko Haram has been positioned in the North, and the Herdsmen Militia in the South, the Government already is in a coalition that can provide them all forms of assistance in the event of an outbreak of war against the infidels ( as they call the Christians); the Armed Forces are in their commands. Leaving the Christians and other Southners very vulnerable. UNLESS GOD INTERVENES THROUGH YOUR PRAYERS

I don't think I'm given to calling these people "Herdsmen". These are plain terrorists and should be treated as such.

I didn't, for instance, see any of the "boat crossers" with any cow..just a bunch of armed men speaking what appeared to be Hausa or Fulani language and also looking like them.

Tagging them "herdsmen" could sent a very wrong signal to the general public. They are terrorists, simple.
it is deliberately being used by the terrorists sponsors to create an impression because the president is a Fulani but we go surprise them..

You have said it several times that the governor messed up, it's of no use going around in circles then heading off in a tangent.

You can blame the president for not doing enough in vocally condemning the Fulani herdsmen, but ultimately the lives lost on that fateful night rest in the hands of the security forces on ground with the Governor as the CSO.

If the few thousands in that community were warned of an impending natural disaster say earthquake for example, and of course they had hours of forewarning, are you saying they can't be evacuated? This is part of the training all security forces get, from the fire service, to civil defense, navy, police, Army, hell, even boys scouts!

As a trained personnel, you can figure evacuation with local intel in 5-10 mins -- it's the training you get -- it's almost as instinctive as an aircraft pilot's reaction to emergency. If you don't have the training, you don't, but those that have it know what to.

There are a lot of hidden stuffs to this whole Fulani episode. Remember, not everyone who walks with a staff and a few cattle, wearing plastic shoes with baggy trousers are "Fulani herdsmen".

Not saying they don't, but a part of me tells me there's an angle to this stuff that isn't in the public domain yet.

Time will tell.
I swear I tot it s only me thinking like this.

1. a newspaper had reported the event before it happened n even talked about recruits coming from Nasarawa....how did it know? when did it share the info with the security agents and who?
2. it was also reported that d community leaders held meetings with Fulani leaders who had confirmed the rumored attack...who are these Fulani leaders? who n who were at d meeting?
3. what security measures did d village put in place that dz '500fulani' overcame? who counted them?
4. police station dey d village? when did they become aware of the massacer? etc.
We need to reconcile plenty figures, time, phone calls, names and places. something is definitely wrong somewhere....

Obviously your lack of home training can't be helped .....abusing your betters especially when you don't know them nor have never met them.

I don't wanna waste my time telling you about economics and character like what presently obtains in most schools of higher learning globally - where 'character and learning' is the mantra. Sadly that training didnt sip through you or how do I explain your insulting persons who have not offended you nor have you met them b4 but just because their opinions are different from yours?

If in the time of bumper harvest ,a manager is not saving nor is he investing in preparation for an unpredictable future, but promoting stealing which he doesnt see as as corruption, then wise people/followers wouldn't wait till he mortgaged them totally before changing such manager especially when the failure of his leadership was already putting the whole nation on autopilot descent to ignomy.. reasonable Nigerians who saw that with the falling price of crude coupled with PDP looting spree Nigeria was in danger rallied to look for a better manager with a strong character, love of Nigeria and firm resolve as well experience to save the nation hence our bringing PMB. It was an emergency!

3rd economy in the world by whose rating? it is as useless as the paper on which it is written! 3rd economy and Nigerians gleefully changed such government that brought a wonderful miracle of a 3rd economy? nonsense!

The truth is that with the fall in crude's price and PDP s unbridled stealing culture GEJ wouldn't have been able to manage this nation now cos he lacks the character and the will to confront the looming socioeconomic crisis ahead. or how do you want me to explain waiting for 18 days before ascertaining that chibok girls had been kidnapped by the C-in -C? or giving waivers to rice importers n in the same breath talking about promoting local production? is it the inability to make a refinery work for 6 years? or his submitting his government to Dasuki ? or his 'PhD' not robbn off on petchie'?

Sorry we Nigerians have submitted this sovereignty to PMB to salvage in the next 4 years and he hasn't even spend a year . Some folks spent 6 or 16 years and put us in this mess that PMB is cleaning presently ,and he needs no distraction . God bless Nigeria!

Stop asking foo.lish question and support the mission.

Btw, it is in APC extended manifesto. Nobody forced APC into adopting it.
maybe u shd look at una stewpid reasoning of telling the president to do it now! with all of una bad intention s, PMB has more serious issues to deal. When we are ready ,we know what to do and doesn't need any prompting from the clueless team. u get that?

LadyExcellency:
Opposition to regional government is not a party affairs rather a North and South divide.

It will only takes the North to actualize the dream without crises and bloodshed.
so y couldn't he , a deputy senate president, influence that for 16 years when he had all the opportunities in d world? nonsense.

Super1Star:
You are all gradually coming back to the proposition of the Yorubas. We told you when you are all tired of call for secession, resource control and one Nigeria maxim, you will come back to Regional Integration as th only peaceful and viable alternative to this current wasteful, corrupt, inefficient structure that promotes mediocrity over excellence.

That is the only way forward, a smooth and peaceful path to final disintegration.

It will also bring unimaginable progress in all parts of the country as a whole, due to healthy or unhealthy competition.

At least we can have regional police that will protect us from the menace of the fulanis instead of hopelessly and endlessly waiting for the FG.
why didn't Ekweremadu's PDP do it for all their 16 years in power? mtcheeeew...nonsense noise!
PoliticsRe: Fulani Herdsmen Kill 20, Raze Church In Enugu Community - Punch by Babacele:
How did the newspaper know they were planning the attack, recruiting people from Nasarawa? Was such serious security information shared with any security agency and when? was Enugu state government alerted and when? who are the fulani leaders that confirmed the rumored impending attack and when ? who counted the Fulanis to be 500 and nobody could take a snapshot? we want a public enquiry because something is not right with all these stories... we want photos, time, phone calls, dates and numbers scrutinized.
