How can you invite a Judge, sitting on a criminal case involving the Senate President, to come and appear before the Senate, at the same time he has a Court Sitting?

I suspect these Criminals in our Senate will wake up one day and pass a Law saying 'You cant try any Senator for corruption (immunity)..... just to protect one of their thieves called Saraki!

Now, let me put it straight to these DAFT Senators: You are just one arm of the "Three Legs of Government" and based on the principle of Separation of Powers, You can only make Laws..... It is the Executive Arm of Govt that can ENFORCE such Laws.... and they cant even enforce it until the JUDICIAL Arm of Govt (Court and Judges) "INTERPRET and PRONOUNCE on the LEGALITY AND VALIDITY of such LAW.

We all need to sit back and read the above again!
The implication is that "The Senate is just wasting its time, trying to intimidate the Judge, because of Saraki's trial.
They have no control over the Police nor over the Court that can order the Police to do anything!

Their best bet is to try to impeach the President ....... (if he refuses to fire the Police I.G, who will refuse to act on their instruction to arrest the Judge, because the President has vetoed such instruction! ) ...... and this would not fly because not all Senators see nor agree with the rubbish acting out in the Senate, at the moment.

Infact, they are doing more damage to Saraki's already "dirty" reputation as a ROGUE!

I see where events are headed- judge refuses to honour the invitation, then Saraki in like manner refuses to show up in court with his defence being that if Umar can't appear before the Senate, then why should he appear before "Umar"? Eventually, a bench warrant might be issued for the arrest of Saraki should he decide to play hardball.

It is so depressing seeing the senate become such a shameless gathering of Abobakus even with such overwhelming evidence against Crookola.
