I have been married for 14 YEARS and 'we' have 3kids(all boys) but none of them belongs to me.

5years before I met my wife, I was involved in a car accident together with two of my friends. We were traveling from Lagos to Abuja and our car skidded off the road.

I have been living with this situation for the past 8 years and I am beginning to get irritated by both the children and my wife.
My wife pretends to be a good wife. She goes around preaching to women in the church about the need to remain faithful to their partners but she has had 3 children by another man or men I don't know.

I want to confront her, but I am confused as to how to go about the situation.
I am just angry and irritated by everyone in my house lately. I feel like a total stranger in my own home.

The constitution is only interested in whether a candidate was convicted by a court or not.there is no chance conviction,just a forfeiture.

Forfeiture of illegal money from drugs is is the same as found guilty of criminal offence. It does not necessarily mean that anyone found guilty of an offence goes to prison.

So you just imposed plea deal on the case. If there is no evidence of a plea deal, there's no need to suppose it. Court deals only with facts.
Besides, in a drug crime case, a plea deal doesn't mean you wouldn't serve your prison terms. If you have examples to the contrary, you can post it here.

No one ever denied it was about illicit drug business but rather was Tinubu involved in it to warrant a criminal forfeiture plus jail? or he just innocently kept money for his client in America who was involved, which would then amount to only a civil forfeiture of the funds without further Penalties?
