It was my first time driving out of town and I can confidently say driving through the scenic mountains of Arizona was the scariest moment of my trip. You see, money that doesn't come from a legit enterprise means the fraudster committed something illegal to earn it. In other words, he stole money that wasn't originally his.

Lemme break it down. Bros, if you steal my #200k, I will report you to the police because you stole from me. The only reason the police won't pick you up is if I/they don't have evidence that you actually stole it.

That means, they will keep an eye on you until they have enough evidence to nab you. The day they can establish that you stole that money, they will pick you up and prosecute you.

Therefore, whether you flaunt your wealth or not, the day the authorities can establish you broke the law, they will pick you up. It doesn't matter how long that takes. It could also be several people reporting that you defrauded them. Whether you flaunt it or not, their eyes are already on you.

That's how the law works everywhere in the world. The only thing that can save you is if you have powerful people who can help you weather the storm when it rains.
