wow, congrats! Now that's what I like to hear, not how life is hard cos one is female and then sitting back. The fact that some find your ambition and success intimidating don't mean shyte. As for the difficulty of juggling career and family, well... There's only one thing I never argue with - nature. There's a reason ladies are the ones with the ability to conceive and give birth. But it is not compulsory to; it's there just in case you'd like to use it. Basically, everyone has the same 24hrs/day, and what each one is able to achieve with theirs is down to choice not so much about gender.
