Life is a mystery. Stealing goes on in Nigeria every day. Government workers of the same level and step earning different salary. NHF giving loan to enrich the rich, while the poor civil servants contribute to its sustenance. People carrying out the same task - one is a staff, the other is a casual. The injustice in Nigeria is gross. We need a set of good Angels to deliver us.

Education › Re: Alleged N8bn Fraud: EFCC Closes In On JAMB Directors, Employees by banio: 3:28pm On Aug 04, 2018
#8billion fraud. Let EFCC visit oil and gas firms and see monumental fraud.
All jobs in oil and gas are now on contract, only the directors are staff. The directors getting billions as kick backs per year. While the Contract signed between NNPC and oil majors specific that they are operators joint venture partners. Yet the operations still has 90% contract staff in there.

A good lawyer needs to sue all IOCs in Nigeria for enslavement.

She might be saying the truth.
Or she might be lying.
Don't assume, have your facts in place, then conclude on what to do. Else you might end up punishing an innocent girl.
You are a senior man. Nice reasoning and straight up.

If their defection is illegal and unconstitutional, then their winning in 2015 were illegal.
So everything about them is illegal. The political parties are also illegal. The INEC that gave them return letters is illegal. The law that supported them is illegal.

well I said you cannot you say the gov can, well why don't you show me where is is stated the FG could force a private company to employ people. The law only stipulate for how long you are allowed to have a person under temp, but once this time expires the company renews it for said time again. Besides temping is good to some people, But still, Show me where it states in law that states the FG can force coys to employ people.
Thank God U have idea about the law stipulating how long U can keep a person or job under contract. So by implication if that period elapses the company can be compelled to staff.
If government is serious they will compel companies to staff after the stated period of casualising a job. Its just that the government is not serious.

On the other hand can U see what is happening to Mobil, is that not a classic example of government forcing companies to employ.

You cant force a company to Employ, if it is that easy Maybe Government Agencies should employ more, cant you see the fault in your reasoning?
Who told U that U can't force or compel companies to employ. Go and read Nigeria labour Law and tell me if companies can't be compel to stop casualisation and contract staffing. Its like U are part of them keeping people on casual labour without medical, vacation etc.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 7.9 Million Nigerians Became Unemployed In 21 Months – NBS by banio: 8:14am On Jul 30, 2018
All the government needs to do is check companies profit and force them to employ accordingly. Work and profit meant for 100 people will be done and shared by 9 people.

Government should implement labour laws and see unemployment disappear. Banks, IOCs and other sectors MUST stop casualisation of Nigerians.

Useless IOCs. Go to their plants and see 99% slavery. When IOCs, with all the billions of free monies, refuse to employ. Who will employ.

Government should compel IOCs to use 70% staff in all their jobs.
