And then what the policemen suffer is simply 'Termination of Appointment'! Oshi!
What do you mean you never heard of it? The BBC did a documentary on it and the Corruption in Nigeria. It's on YouTube. And people were castigating Buhari for Saying what everyone in the world knows is true. Nigerians love denying the obvious.

Haba no. There's a level of intrusion that is regarded as 'going too far'. Like this one. Anyways, u may not understand.
I think i do. I believe mostly shallow people use facebook and the likes especially when they don't restrict their visibility settings to private. I get it. You want to keep in contact with friends and family but when you start posting/showing off the new bag you just bought or shoveling snow from your car with family and people you don't even know, then you are asking for more trouble than you bargained for. You are fair game. I have never had one and i never will. I like me and my family's privacy too much. Look at Annie Idibia. She's trying to fix a marital issue on social media. On what planet does that seem normal? The computer age has made people more stu.pid than at any other time in history. My wife has facebook but with one mutual understanding. Zero pictures or information of me and whatever we do as a family.

He has a point. Give him the chance to prove it. When the president was busy shortchanging his people he did not know that they hold what he might need to move Nigeria forward. Right now Uba wants to prove to him that "if you know this one, you may not know the other". Those accusing Uba of being unpatriotic should know that patriotism is not remembered when Uba's kinsmen were abandoned at the bus stop when the bus still has empty seats. Uba wants reintegration and then the economic woes will be over. Lesson: Don't underrate anybody, group or tribe in a theatrical setting like Nigeria. God bless Uba!
You are funny. I can tell you all who are responsible. It's too easy. Here they are;

1. All your leaders past and present.

2. Your over dependence on oil.

3. Supply and demand.

4. Speculators all over the world. I'd like to see how you are going to hold them accountable.

Now, how do you go about arresting all these people and or factors?

MY aim aint to get married but to stay in the marriage

what prolly happened

AY: But you said there was no pepper in the food

MABEL: I really didn't put much

AY: why cant I feel my tongue
Tips for achieving that;

1. Don't be in a rush to get married.

2. Sow your wild oats thoroughly. No be when you marry you go start.

3. Don't go looking for virgins.

4. Make sure your would be wife has tasted life somewhat. I don't mean marry a wh.ore but she needs to experience life before marriage. Not start when she's married.

5. Always communicate.

6. Never go to bed angry with each other.

7. Help each other to get better physically, psychologically, and spiritually. If one partner is more enlightened than the other, it might create problems which is why you have to grow together.

You'll thank me later.

May you continue to have the leaders you've had in the past in Jesus name. And what's this nonsense called "ECONOMIC TEAM" you all keep saying? Those are just big words. All a country needs is it's finance minister and CBN governor or in the case of the U.S, The Federal Reserve Chairman. Fred Berananke helped the U.S get out the worst recession they'd ever seen. If anyone is not cutting it then you fire them. We just like doing things in a weird way in Nigeria. Committees, councils, "economic teams", probes, etc Recessions are not new. America has had more than a score since the country came into existence. The only problem with Nigerians, based on history, is that they do not know how to handle issues.

I said it long ago,a time and a season shall come when the monster of 'street boys culture' in Lagos would become a national security crisis, just the way Almajiris in the North is now a source of man power to boko haram.
Is so painful that able bodied young men wld stand in the street, extorting other hard working and vibrant Nigerians, directly or indirectly with the tacit support of their ruling class, who believes that some how, these boys who are occassionally used as political touts, deserves some freedom to feed from other peoples sweat.Thereby creating a big national crisis, these boys should be rounded up and be treated like the criminals that they are,all the Alayes,Area boys,Omoniles and the numerous jobless wanderers in Lagos, who often moves around the various markets to tell traders that 'eye wey see go chop',believing its their right.
They shld all be deported to their states......learnt most of them are either from Osun,Ondo,Ogun or Ibadan.
And people were crucifying Buhari for Saying Nigeria is corrupt. He was just saying what can be easily confirmed by the outside world. To most Nigerians, it probably is a way of life, but for Normal people, it is not. How can extortion exist with impunity and the police force are powerless in handling it?

Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers on Monday announced the suspension of three local government caretaker committee chairmen for failing to attend scheduled security town hall meeting.

The governor announced the suspension at Omoku, headquarters of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni council area of the state.

He listed the affected chairmen to include those of Abua/Odual, Ahoada West and Ahoada East council areas.

It would be recalled that the governor had scheduled a town hall meeting following recent cult clashes, killings and a near breakdown of law and order in the Orashi region of the state.

The Orashi region is made up of four area councils of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Abua/Odual, Ahoada West and Ahoada East.

The governor said that the chairmen’s failure to attend the meeting showed that they were insensitive to the current issues of violence and crime that had recently enveloped the areas.

Wike used the forum to urge security agencies to clampdown on cult activities and all forms of crimes in the four local government areas.

He said the meeting was to enable government to empathise with the communities affected by the state of insecurity that had engulfed the area.

“It is our duty to protect the lives and property of our people; I must tell you that we are also prepared to do so.

“We have directed security agencies to do the needful to ensure that calm returns to the affected communities,’’ he added. (NAN)

I for fear. The headline is misleading. They are caretaker chairmen not LG chairmen which is why he could suspend them.
HealthRe: 6 Diseases That Could Embarrass You In The Public by banmee(m): 7:42pm On Feb 22, 2016
SaintHephzibah:
There are varieties of infirmities that can really cause you an embarrassment in the public. The various of these infections are stated below.

1. SCABIES - scabies are skin infections caused by a tiny micro organism called the "itchmite"
if you have been infected by itchmite, these organism will bore thru your skin and deposit millions of eggs in your skins which will lead to irritation in your skin, private organs, armpits, bottom (nyash) leading to an extreme itch and rash, you will scratch your those aforementioned parts heavily, even in the public, when the itching seems severe, you'll scratch and scratch, causing severe embarrassment. This happened to a lady once in the road and she felt so downcasted. Scabies could be contacted through contact with the infected persons and sharing of clothes, and also through sex.

2. SORE &ITCHING THROAT - this is an extreme irritation in the throat which leads to itching inside the throats as you will find all possible means to alleviate it but all to no avail.

3. PILE - when a severe pile hits you up it will lead to a perpetual purging and defecation of blood. You will go to toilet times without number and even in the school, work or any public place, the urge to make use of the toilet is so uncontrollable.

4. BRONCHITIS/PNUEMONIA i remember vividly when i was affected by this disease, my respiratory organs had no rest as the doctor diagnosed a lung leakage in my body, this affected me through out the whole of a semester in my school. When i felt the pains of it in my lungs i will squat down and make several turns in my body to the amazement of the public viewers.

5. CATTARH - this is one of the most disgusting, irritating and nauseating infection, the release of the yellowish mucus by the mucuor membrane through the nose is so egregiously nauseating to the next person close to you. To make matters worse, if youre affected with an extreme severe catarrh, try and go out without your handkerchief.

6. HERPATITIS - if youre diagnosed with this sickness, the white of your eyes will metamorphose into yellow, your skin will look pale and you will loose much weight and you will be tantamount to an hiv patient.
These 6 aforementioned diseases are so egregious and could cause you an embarrassment in the public.
You can add yours.
Small time now, the OP go begin ask for Buhari result. "In the public". Really?

Yes, we'll all die when it's our time..naturally. Smoking does things to your lungs we both know about, but hey, you're still alive so smoke on! wink
What people don't understand is, when you drink alcohol, smoke and whatever vice you do, you need to detox. The best way of doing that is by exercise. You need to burn calories and sweat out all the crap out. Good thing the organization i work for makes it mandatory to do just that every single day. Another funny thing is the focus on cigarette forgetting that alcohol does way worse to one's body.

Xposer:
other governors need to emulate this
When i first read your post, i wanted to insult you but realized that is not the best approach. You don't know so you need to be educated.

1. Where is the money coming from?

2. If it is state funds, was it budgeted for?

3. Is it his personal funds?

4. If it is how can he afford it?

Nigerians are too emotional and do not ask tough questions. The economic realities have clouded the way they think. Governors shouldn't go about donating money like this. If he has to, he can set up an NGO, and source for funds from the private sector to take care of widows. There are so many things wrong with this. Remember Dasuki was going about donating to everything and everyone. At the time, people like you were saying "i wish more people would do this". What is the reality now? You all need to wake up and start smelling the coffee.
