Snoring can easily be cured. Just engage in physical activity like running or working out in the gym . my elder brother used to make noises like a freight train at night but as soon he started exercising on a regular, it stopped. Running is especially beneficial.

Self medication is a dangerous thing. Exercise does not cure snoring.

I got this recipe during my vacation in Hawaii. It so good.
