Gbawe:Will you shatap! I asked a question and intead of answering, you started going on like a dumbo schoolgirl that has sighted her first diick, "look mummy, its a d.i.ck!" ![]() Answer the simple question: Why did Aregbesola act like a baboon and slap Fashola? |
jason123:Lol! That boy is very useless. |
namfav:I don't understand, what do you mean to say? Dude, boko haram and their political sponsors rolled the dice and it now seems that the ultimate clash is inevitable; there are only the very slightest threads of common sense holding events back (let us pray they win). So, let every man prepare for war. I can't understand why aboki's politics is always to threaten people and call them cowards; we are reaping the result now. You cannot call Warri man a coward. Its unfortunate that some people cannot read the tea leaves, they forgot that Warri is in the ND. Don't test Warri guys, cos they aren't your usual clients; if a Warri man says "I go slap you now!," just bloody start ducking, cos that slap has already started landing. |
djustice:Don't mind the buncha fools, they are only here to mill around like a pack of monkeys while deftly dodging facts. |
Boys are not smiling, but there are better ways to do things than sink to the same level as boko haram. Well, the ball has already been set rolling, so lets prepare for war. |
Gbawe:Oh shatap! You sound like a market woman gossiping about akara. ![]() Attend to the the reason why Aregbesola slapped Fashola. This is a fairly detailed account of the unfortunate event Why can't Aregbesola just stick to his state? Why live in Lagos and go about slapping its governor? Quote from: djustice |
DrummaBoy:You voted yourselves out of reckoning. GEJ tried very hard to rectify matters by giving you the leadership of House of Reps, but your Tinubu sold you for his fellow thief called Tambuwal. Today, that sale of the SW has caused it to completely lose its position in national governance; the 30million strong SW folk now have absolutely no say in whichever direction Nigeria wishes to sail in, leaving fools to romanticise bloodshed. Dream on about coups. We are quiet, determined and warlike, so bring it on; we own the place and phucking run things. |
DCAT:They are owned by "boys." ![]() Some of those boys have made it big from the trade, but they cannot waste money building better structures only for JTF to destroy them the next week; so we keep having those horribly polluting things littering the place. We desperately need some sort of legislation to look into these refineries and straighten them out into 100% legal operations for the good of the country. I sense that the PIB will sort such things out. |
I hope kpogede is on hand to explain why innocent citizens are being threatened in Warri. |
Nigeria: Boko Haram - Muslims Asked to Vacate Niger Delta Within One Week Vincent Egunyanga 19 October 2011 Benin — Following the Boko Haram insurgency in the country, a Warri-based group known as Egbesu Mightier Fraternity has ordered all Muslim communities in Niger Delta to leave within seven days. The group, in a letter dated October 10, 2011 copied to the Sultan of Sokoto Muhammad Sa'ad Abubakar, read: "Dear Muslim communities in Niger Delta, leave our land [Niger Delta] now within seven days. No basis for unity. We are compelled by the present Boko Haram's merciless bombings in the country without veritable developmental agitation. Even , there is killing going on in the north. The continuous killings of Christians in the north should be stopped forthwith. Call your brothers to order. "The tsunami of Boko Haram will not, in its sweep, skip the homes and interest of its promoters, active or passive. Book Haram has been leaving bombs around churches and other places with clusters of the innocent. If peace is pronounced a war, why can't we go our separate ways by amicable agreements? Book Haram may have its origin from whatever it likes. Its wild excesses are essentially a reaction to the presidential ascendancy of Dr Goodluck Jonathan. It has its sponsors and financiers in the north and outside Nigeria. If we are actually one Nigeria, why can't we allow other geo-political zone to rule the country? Saudi Arabia is the centre of the Islamic faith, yet there was not even a single killing of Christian faithful there. Why all these killings of National Youths Service Corps members and other innocent citizens in reaction to Jonathan's presidential victory? With this trend, we can't live together. Leave Niger Delta now. Your failure to leave at the expiration of this letter, we'll kill any Muslim we see in the Niger Delta Region. No section of this country is an embodiment of killing others. Muslims can't live in our land freely while Boko Haram will be killing our people in their land. This is our message, if you like, stay and test our ultimatum, then stay and see what will happen. We are fully ready to kill if you test us. We have tasted bloody war during the days of our agitation for equal right. Boko Haram members live among you and pray in the same mosque. So you can't claim that you don't know where the Boko Haram is". The letter was jointly signed by Okin Sele Bazoka Boys of Niger Delta, Gen Kurumah, the strike force of Izon land; Commander Okiki Kene, water force of izon land; and Gen Abu Mic Barkoromo Ogbo of Niger Delta. Confirming the threat, the chairman of the Warri Central Mosque, Prince Muftau Oyetunde said Muslims had started leaving the town as the seven days ultimatum given to them expired on Monday, adding that the Muslim communities had notified the Police Area Commander, the Joint Task Force and other security agencies in Niger Delta of the letter. Also reacting, the leader of the Hausa community in Warri, Mohammed Bello Ado, said there was no need for such a letter since the Hausas in the area had lived peacefully Niger Delta people. "The Hausas voted for President Goodluck Jonathan, not Buhari, in the last general elections. Why should people refuse to appreciate the support of the Hausas in the elections? A source within the police headquarters in Warri, who pleaded anonymity, urged the public to disregard the letter, saying it was not real. "They are just trying to create unnecessary hype, but we are taking care of the situation", the police source said. Meanwhile, soldiers are already guarding the mosque where the letter was dropped, though Muslims, particularly the Yoruba ones, are said to have been fleeing Warri and sending their family members home. http://allafrica.com/stories/printable/201110190513.html |
Ayowumie:Guy, don't make me laugh, if you were a babe with swinging hips I would be concerned. But wetin I wan take dry bones do? ![]() I am always for doing things and encouraging Nigerians to have a go. We keep approaching foreigners to build stuff for us, but here are Nigerians doing that same thing; all that is needed are encouragement, regulation, a legal supply of crude and before long we would have companies that are ready to build mammoth refineries in foreign lands. Google started in a garage, Apple computers started in a room; but a few short years later, today those companies are the biggest in the World. If only we could look at the technologies practised at street level (mainly by the the impoverished), Nigeria would be a great country, but we always want to decieve ourselves with big projects built by oyibo (for the benefit of oyibo). It is the little things that matter. |
Demdem:Dude, shut up! ![]() This is not a partisan issue, exept to the small-minded. @topic What is it with the Nigerian that we cannot be organised? You only need to take a short trip to Seme border, cross over and you are immediately in a totally different World. Benin is a poor country, but in terms of organisation they are centuries head of us. It isn't just Benin Republic alone, the story gets progressively worse as you travel to Ghana; even the little roadside mama-put sells from alluminum pots that are washed so clean, they glisten; compare that with our numerous dirty iya akara's, wiping their oily faces with their dirty wrappers and wrapping goods in dirty newspapers harvested from God knows where. Our disorganisation is down to street, household and personal level. It is the same disorganisation that causes people to beep their horns incessantly (a sound you never hear abroad), slap fellow drivers and ask the legendary; "do you know who I am?" Who gives a phuck who anybody is? We are all flesh and blood. We are not animals. IMHO, the only reason for the state of affairs we find ourselves in is our upside down "federalism." Empower the local govts, do away with states, bring back regions, enforce resource control and 100% of our problems will go away. |
PointB: After Chief Awolowo lost to Shagari in 1983 elections, it was the discontent and bad publicity in the South-West which led to the Buhari intervention. When Buhari jailed UPN governors like Ige and Onabanjo, the South-Western press castigated that good government and provided the right mood for IBB to take over power. As soon as IBB cleared UPN governors of charges against them in a politically motivated retrial, he became the darling of the South-West. When IBB annulled the primaries in which Adamu Ciroma and Shehu Yar Adua emerged as presidential candidates in the NRC and SDP, he was hailed by the South-West. When the same man annulled the June 12, 1993 elections in which Abiola was the front-runner, the South-West now became defenders of democracy. Some never learn indeed. @topic Make una bring una coup, this time you will not even see the source of the dirty slap you will recieve. Phucking useless bunch that want to sit like lazy bastards and suck on oil money. Coup? Bring it on! See how easy it is to sign your own death certificate and relocate to a shallow grave. |
As they say. . . Lady koi-koi na invisible spirit. You only hear her high heels. |
Kobojunkie:Yeah, thats how its done. Cool and deadly. |
velo10:Lol! You actually think they can rev up again? Those guys now have JTF guns firmly glued to all their orifices, they even need permission to do a shiit. |
Demdem:PDP is not ruling in Ijora. The problem of disorganisation is a Nigerian one and it is foolish for anybody to begin pointing fingers at any party, whether ACN or PDP. The crowd milling around the accident scene and complicating issues are ordinary Nigerians, the people who decided to locate a motorpark underneath that bridge are ordinary Nigerians too, so was the reckless truck driver. |
Another rubbish report while the fake refineries in Indonesia one has not been apologised for. Sahara Reporters exists for "paid for" news. |
otokx:Dude, there is nothing that cannot be cleaned up and legalised. What you see those guy's doing is practical technology and thats something Nigeria lacks. While the country phucks along importing fuel, those guys are making it and showing the way to go. I can bet you that if JTF wasn't destroying those places by the thousand and govt gave them a look in, we would have proper running industries in place. In fact, we can sort our refinery shortage by simply regulating the practice. |
obijack:That scene does not show any sign of organisation and we must as Nigerians accept the fact that we are entirely lacking in that regard. We call ourselves the giant of Africa, yet many of our tiny neighbours put us to shame organisationally. Before I go on, this has nothing to do with any state, but is a national malaise that affects us all. This is an accident scene in SA. There are no people milling around in confusion, instead there is every sign of organisation. That is what we should be striving for and which we can only get by truly empowering local govts with true federalism as is the norm elsewhere. Upside down methods in Nigeria produce upsidedown results: https://www.carblog.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/img_9899copy.jpg otokx:Yet another unfortunate sign of our inherent disorganisation. |
atiku07:Be sure of one thing; I don't log into NL looking for respect from your unrefined type that feel raining abuse like animals is a replacement for intelligence. Run along and carry your foolish quarrel eleswhere, thank you. |
Some of the refineries are pretty sleek operations: http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5iALfAo8T-h6Q4KNq4yQ4Nb10DGAw?docId=CNG.6c4645ce2c3aff875cec6a3515475b82.af1 While others are terrible, environmental nightmares: |
kulutempa:You are very right. Rather than destroy these crude refineries, they must be standardised to follow due process (technically, environmentally and in line with health and safety practices). They should be encouraged and legally supplied with crude for their operations. Such an attitude will go a long way to augmenting Nigeria's refining capacity and boosting our technological know-how and prowess. Indeed GEJ mentioned bringing the illegal refiners into the mainstream during the elections, I am hoping that we hear much more in that direction. |
obijack:There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything Frosbel said. What is the reason why our state govts can't do simple things like run ambulance services. All they can think about is how to collect oil money to enrich themselves. In the UK where Frosbel lives, ambulance services are run by by the equivalent of local govts (through NHS Trusts). The country is phucked up indeed, and we better accept it or we will never be able to rebuild it. True federalism with empowered local govts is the way to go. |
Aboki's wet dreamz. |
Gbawe! Gbawe! Gbawe! Is this what we should expect from "progressive" politics? Chei! Ezi okwu! Anu npam! AregbeRASCAL strikes AGAIN! ![]() https://images.paraorkut.com/img/funnypics/images/m/mike_tyson_fight-13075.jpg www.nairaland.com/attachments/180447_ROTFLMAO_gif3d0c775232c7f27cf80592785b9635b6 |
@Gbawe I live in Lagos. So why is it "paining" you that I can make my way with Yoruba? Na you get di language? Fada! ![]() Fashola is my governor and Lagos state politics is my politics. Why would a phucking primitive brute like Aregbesola actually raise its paws to slap Fashola? You have left that issue to tackle Beaf, because your battery is weak and your di.ck has fallen. Lol! What moral message is passed by Aregbesola's slapping of Fashola the gentleman? ![]() |
Why is it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard for these "progressives" to tell us the moral message behind Aregbesola slapping Fashola? Why? |
4 Play:It surely does. You are quite sound in financial matters, I don't expect you to be one of those making sweeping statements which do not factor in the fact that the CBN has had to fight massive battles on the forex market using dollars from the external reserve. Our external reserve is wholly dependent on the oil market, developmental projects, and CBN policies. |
NTA NEWS - Monkey slaps man! Wonders shall never sieze. The primitive Aregbesola is very lucky indeed that Fashola is a gentleman. ![]() Monkeys do what monkeys do. ![]() |
I wonder what Aregbesola will not do? Its hard to comprehend such a bushman on Nigeria's political terrain! Imagine slapping the governor of another state! |
^ Sir, if such gives you a hard on, ride right on! @Gbawe Ol' boy hansa di simple kueshion na? LOLZ! Why did Aregbesola have the effrontery to slap Fashola in his own state, Lagos? |
