redsun smokes a lot of weed and chats a lot of shiit. ![]() |
Una still de here? Some people are laughing at those with better skills who are deciding their lives and their childrens tomorrows. Luckily, we are in good hands. If you can't get a man, chase after his family, its the hallmark of losers. Somebody scream, yippee!!!! |
FACE:Thats really interesting! In the Benin legend, he had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, is it the same in Owere and Mbaise? If it is the same, there must be a link between the two peoples, maybe travelers or migrations. Who knows? Its definitely interesting though. |
maasoap:Hmmm! So you have hope in empty words and promises? Thats a new one. . . A really strange one. ![]() I guess the man can continue living in Lagos, bankrolling politics in Alimosho LG and Alausa with your money and telling you fibs. |
^ Go and play with monkeys in your state. Your useless king, Aregbesola is calling you. blink182:So you agree that you have no point! Dude, only fools open their mouths when they have nothing to say. By your own admission, your grouse is with Uduaghan. Can you point at any sentence on this thread where I have defended him? But here you are making up your own fools argument with yourself. One thing is clear, you have an abysmally low opinion of your roots. That is why the same bunch of Yoruba boys always have you wrapped around their little finger and you tag along like a puzzy fly. We call it born trowe, you know the meaning. These are the same boys that will die for their gorvernor who lives in another state and treats them like shiit. These are people whose states look like a mad persons farm, you drive through and goats are everywhere on the road; yet you make yourself into a fool for them because of politics. Your low self esteem will kill you. Will you sell your mother? If you didn't speak Urhobo the other day, I would have sworn you were from elsewhere. Shame on you. By the way, I am only Reno Omokri to the fools on NL. He must be laughing as hard at you clods as I am. Born trowe. |
^ Even hyena's from the forest wish to point fingers at Delta. I don't blame you, it is those with low self esteem like blink182 that can give you strength. All anyone can count in your state are goats and trees, yet here you are laughing out of ethnic bigotry at a state that is better than your forest home, how much more foolish can you get? texazzpete:Have you seen me defending the story or are you just enjoying the id!ocy you've taken to in recent months? I have said it quite plainly that the story is obviously incomplete and inacurate; so have other people without an ethnically or politically bigoted bias. |
^ Lol! I see you have no point to make concerning the topic. Dude, reserve your tears for yourself and yours. Why do unintelligent people always resort to tearful tactics? Its a real mystery! There is nothing in all the rubbish you are talking that can be connected to anything I have said on this thread; perhaps I burst your pity party and thats why you're crying loads of crocodile tears. Face the topic or scram. |
FACE:Hmm! I always thought that was a Benin legend (as Olukuku though). Interesting, do the artworks simply narrate the legend or is that part of the local culture? |
TBrownAuto:Are you the one that released Bankole? I can't understand why you would call another person a fool when your words are false and his are true. |
blink182:You and yours will first be shot like dogs. Why do you talk like one of those primitives from outside the state that run their mouths but can't stand their ground? Whats wrong with you? Are you really sure you are from Delta, cos you talk like a little girl and thats not our culture (we know those that do that). ![]() Respect yourself. |
^ Lol! Eko toILEt. A to ile! ujchief:And who exactly will get the hospitals working? Those flying abroad to treat headaches or get bruises plastered? You will be in for a very long wait indeed, you clearly don't grasp the distance between the average politician and the average Nigeria. the only people who would cough at this development are politicians and their families, people who have grown used to such "perks" at the expense of the suffering citizen grinding out a living, belly rumbling and always at most, an inch from death. |
PDP is being persecuted!!!!!!!!!! ![]() LOL! |
^ Yes, it would be more efficient to use machines, but I believe it would make better economic sense to employ people to sweep manually, just to get them off the streets and alleviate poverty. |
There is peace in the Niger Delta now, so all offices concerned with oil and gas need to leave any unnatural locations and move back. Its a welcome development, more will surely follow. |
cjfavour:Abeg, mind your side jare. I am very happy with my choice and so are millions of other Nigerians; there are some who nothing can make happy, even if GEJ was to turn stones into fish and feed whole cities free. |
The roads are beautiful, but what I can't understand is why they are not swept. Its something we don't do in Nigeria, yet it could provide an easy means to employ thousands. |
I am quite happy I campaigned for GEJ, so many good things have bobbed up, from the signing of the FOI bill to these new plans for medical treatment (just as Nigerians are beginning to see changes in power supply). Thats not to mention the myriad positive changes that have occurred in the petroleum sector. We've got a thinking President. |
Idiocy. The average Nigerian lives below the poverty line, yet some misdirected govt official thinks its best to jail the hard slugger on the street for cutting down tree's. Have they given the citizen the means to make money to buy gas or kerosene? What a funny country we have, where all sorts of ninnies and semi-crazies can claim to be leaders! ![]() This is the sort of tomfoolery that causes riots. |
lagcity:Your bullet don hit small pikin! ![]() You mean the Middle Belt, not North (or core-North). The bulk of our foodstuff comes from Benue, Plateau and Adamawa. |
Can you imagine a man with a 13 year old wife being recommended as an adviser? A phucking paedoph!le! |
I really don't see how this can become an SE vs SW issue on NL. IMHO, both sides miss the real target when they start fighting. |
Poor Eko Ile! Dude rolls shiit just like a scarab beetle. ![]() I see him sacrificing his freedom to do Tinubu's coming coming acquaintance with the walls and bars of Kirikiri. Any good lapdog would, its the life they live. |
Comedy. |
Jonathan Urged To Appoint Yerima As Adviser On Religion Austin Atibile's picture Sun, 02/10/2011 - 6:45am | SHUAIB SHUAIB https://leadership.ng/nga/sites/default/files/articleimages/sani.jpg Ahmed Sani Yerima A coalition of non-governmental organisations on Saturday, sent a request to President Goodluck Jonathan to appoint former governor of Zamfara State, Sen. Ahmed Sani Yerima as a special envoy and presidential adviser on religious harmony in the northern part of the country. The Conference on Security, Development and Democracy in Nigeria (CSDDN), a coalition of 79 civil society groups, made the call in a communique jointly signed by the national cordinator, Olufemi Aduwo and its treasurer, Ramatu Bala Usman, and released after a meeting of its governing council. The CSDDN communique stated that, “The choice of Yerima is duly informed by his acceptance across the north as a political and religious leader. He stands in the position to educate those calling for the practice of Sharia’a law in the north.’ The Boko Haram malice, CSDDN said, “should not be misconstrued as opposition of the north against President Jonathan. We therefore call on the Niger Delta militants threatening to retaliate if Boko Haram carries out bomb attacks as more of war than the peace every Nigerian is yearning for.” The coalition also suggested that politicians who were incapable of winning elections by the ballot were behind the Boko Haram in anticipation of the 2015 general election, and that they are “in support of the president’s proposed constitutional amendment to limit the tenure of future presidents and governors to single six-year term said the proposal was,” as a “pointer to the peaceful co-existence of all nationalities in the country and would address what Nigerians want.” |
Aregbesola, is the most useless governor to hit the streets in 9ja! ![]() That man can show his anus and attempt to convince the World that it is the smiling face of a luscious babe. This is a link to the story on Oshun state govs website: http://www.osunstate.gov.ng/view-all-news/159-osun-to-benefit-n50bn-youth-empowerment-fundworld-bank-lauds-oyes-initiative-pledges-support.html If you are the investigative type, you will find absolutely nothing you can hang a story unto there. Instead, you will find from other sources that Oshun invited the World Bank and the World Bank is studying their case. Where the story of the N50 billion World Bank/ Federal Government youth empowerment fund comeis in is any ones guess. . . .419. |
Best Dad:It is because they see Nigeria in terms of a failed state similar to Somalia. Thanks to Zaki-Ibwam, Odi, Niger Delta slavery, Jos, boko haram and the other primitive issues we have nurtured into full blown industries. |
Lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! The only business for the political elite in the core-North is FG work; they don't believe in building industries or even educating their own people. Thats why they wish to cheat everybody off their rights. The SW must rise to challenge them, and seize what is rightfully theirs. Nonsense. ![]() |
. . .And Warri continues to explode in positive ways. The place has improved much more since this thread was started. ![]() |
Bauchi State Governor, Isa Yuguda, on Friday declared that the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, were grossly misunderstood by their fellow Nigerians. In other words, like 80% of core-Northern politicians, he is a boko haram chieftain. |
^ If you check what I wrote in brackets, you will find the bits I highlighted in nuff British accounts of Nigeria. I don't engage in rumour. The country only exists because of palm oil. Nigeria has always been about oil in one form or the other and its economy has always been centred around the ND. The British anti-slavery policy in the region involves boosting the trade in palm oil (a valuable product which gives the name Oil Rivers to the Niger delta) to replace the dependence on income from the slave trade. It transpires later that this is somewhat counter-productive, causing the upriver chieftains to acquire more slaves to meet the increased demand for palm oil. But it is nevertheless the philanthropic principle behind much of the effort to set up trading stations. |
cre88tivit:As far as Tinubu is concerned, the real governor of Lagos state is Aregbesola. That is why Aregbe controls Lagos politics to the exclusion of Fashola; in the meantime, they are all hanging unto Fashola's track record for survival. Fashola must realise that it is him people look up to and take the bull by the horns. |
Agbo2:If you cannot help your fellow man while you are capable, then you are wicked. IMHO, you seem to be looking for excuses not to help by talking rubbish about your tithe. Does God go to the market? I remember once in Ghana, I was talking to a friend and he told me the meaning of some music we were listening to. It was about a stranger who asking directions, he asked a "man of God" who answered, sorry I am late and in a hurry to church. If you don't understand what that story infers, then you are far gone. |
