This is a very sensitive issue and common in Nigeria. personally, i don't see any problem with it since we all have our destiny different from one another. As the elder one, i wont find it disrespectful and and the younger, i will try to make my family members understand my time has come.

Mothers, i had a serious pain in my upper abdomen. It was for about an hour. I drank pap and it subsided. Is it normal? My next appt is tuesday. Do i wait til tue before seeing my doc. I still feel it but slightly.

In my 6-8 wks, smtimes i can't even sit up cos of pain in my bak and tummy bt doc never gave me any drug, dont wory, all d pain will subside as time goes by. @honey86, i think am in a similar situation, wen i had my scan at 10wks, d baby was found low in ma pelvic area. It took him time to find it. And now i do feel d bump around dat area. Wil confirm in my next scan.

Nigeria, always focusing on less important matters. when we have alot of foreigners without papers in Naija, we havn't deported them, we are deporting ourselves. nawa ooooooo. it is so bad we have some of this foreigners in federal government parastatals and million of jobless Nigerians.

Dont know when you took your tt shot.
A day after l took mine, took the antimalaria drug same day, l noticed serious cramp like pain on my left thighs (took the shott on left arm), mine was so uncomfortable that l left office, l was scared, but the next day l was all well without taking anything.

l dont know oo, but some have innocent leg cramps in pregancy, if you feel you need to contact your doc pls do.

took my TT shot 2 weeks ago. i had a similar pain when i was 5 weeks and the doctor that attended to me said i shdn't stand for too long or trek long distance. she only prescribed pcm and told me not to use it for more than 3 days. i didnt use anything and it went away then only to return yesterday afternoon.

i feel better now o but it hasn't gone completely.

I am having serious pain in my right thigh and infact, i am limping. Please i want to know if its normal, am 12wks. And if it is, what can i do to reduce it.

mine wasn't painful at d point of shot but it swole up gradualy and became very painful. I was adviced by an xperience moda to use ice on it and am ok now. Didnt know of d ice before it got outta hands

i am a first timer too but registered at 10 wks, am just 11 wks. d doc told me its beta to regista early as a beginer so if any issue can be identified on time and rectified

Maybe you should try to eat in bits, don't eat a lot at once, that way the body would have started digesting the previous one before you eat another one. Babycenter said our food takes more time to digest because the body keeps the food a lot longer so the baby can get what it needs. Another thing that has been helping me is pepper. It increases my metabolism. Ndo.

@udoka,i am in support. i have tried eating in bits and its helping, infact as low as a slice of yam for about an hr then hunger will call again and i will take little more food. i think you should try it too

byvan: At 28weeks mine somersaults,he can barely differentiate between day and night,very hyperactive.I remember complaining to the Gyno to advice me on what to take to slow down the movement, as too much movement makes me hyperventilate.after the complaint, my dear unborn refused to kick any longer, even when he does,its very few times a day.Funny but I started apologising to the baby,promised never to complain about his movement again,Its ridiculous but my baby commenced his usual kicks after my apologies.

4 all dat has succesfully dropped their bundle of joy, CONGRATULATIONS. Am 10wks now and the nausea is becoming worse and i now get hungry suddenly and sometimes its frustrating cos its so sudden. I dnt know how to handle the hunger. Dat is why i am not fasting

I heard they are slaues in other countries but kings in naija. God wil help us. @op, ur health is d most important. U can leave them on health grounds.
