That is not psoriasis. Psoriasis is characterised by a silvery white surface, which bleed when you peel it (Autspiz sign). Look up CREST syndrome (limited scleroderma) and diffuse scleroderma

It's not transferrable between individuals or infectious to another person. It is caused by a recessive gene/hormone inherited in some people which when triggered to active state by several factors, results to this disease. It is incurable but it can be treated and greatly reduced.
