Navy blue short. You can sew it if you don't get to buy. Make sure they're comfortable enough to run in.
Get pockets cause of your phone and money, etc
Elastic waistband is advised.

If you've registered for national ID card and you've gone for capturing, there's a slip they give you that's like a temporary identification which carries your NIN before you get the actual card. That's the acknowledgment slip.
