Sorry about the delay. Defer admission and plan towards summer or fall session.

Update your cgi profile with the new DS-160 confirmation number,
Print out the new appointment confirmation slip.

Complete all the above 3days to your appointment date.

Hello Gurus pls I need your advise :

1: My school is resuming on the 12th of January and my visa interview is on the 14th of January, my school said they cannot update my I-20 to reflect a late arrival but can only send a supporting document of late arrival separate from the 1-20. Is it going to be accepted at the embassy ?

2: My school fees deadline is on the 11th of January few days before my visa interview . Is it advisable to make payment before getting the visa and if yes can I pay school fees through western union payment solutions from Nigeria?

3: Is anyone going to Sam Houston State University this spring or fall?

1. Yes. A supporting letter detailing your late arrival is OK for interview, and at POE.

2. Paying tuition fees doesn't guarantee visa approval and since you don't mind completing the course online, then it's fine. Reach out to school for payment options.

I just got a graduate assistantship in a school I applied to last year and I have an interview for another school in abuja next week which I was only offered a scholarship of 18k which was splitted into 9k each for the 2years. I’m confused on what to do.

I'd go for GA over that scholarship. Check mail.

Good day. My original place of appointment was abuja. I requested for surge date in lagos and it was approved and I went for the interview which was denied. I still have my appointment in abuja intact on my page. Has anyone experienced this. The appointment was not cancelled. Should I cancel it myself or should I go for the interview on the appointment date.

Pay another visa fee and try getting another date. You can't outsmart the system.

For several weeks now,Ive payed my Agent service fee which he said he has payed and the receipt is yet to drop(as he says) pls could this be true? He said it takes over 4wks at times for the receipt to be issued out after payment. Could this really be true?
