CAMEROONPRIDE: shut up . there is no way u can compare ur shitty churches with the Catholic church
I don't know why you are getting emotional in an open forum of discussion. As a matter of fact am not trying to compare the catholics with pentecostals. All am saying is that there are issues everywhere, be it in catholicism or among pentecostals. That's why God and not men should be our focus regardless of whichevet denomination one worships in.

rosy4real052: Dogs and goats can be pastors in d pentecostal church these days.it is not new to us.but tnk God that catholic church cannot ordain dogs and goats as ministers or priests.i pity those they lay hands on.warning to miracle seekers.a word is enough for the wise.beware of fake ministers
The catholic church too has issues & we've heard about them. When catholic priests go posing as if their bodies are made of wood only to drain out their emotions on young kids. How about the many kids sired by priests who see the beautiful girls around the communion tables & not to speak of the activities they engage in with the nunshuhAll am saying, is do not put your trust in the Catholic church, for it is ran by men.Humanbeings should not be trusted, they can let you down.Fix your eyes on God Only.

jle: Madam Eucharia, you should stop making mockery of christains and yourself. if ur truely a good christain not to talk of being born again, you should know that there are certain things you should not be doing again. Afterall the bible says that we should desist from every apperances of the devil which your dressing is one of them. You do not only look like lucifer with your dressing but also a witch. If your're truely born again, you should also know that old things are pass away and all things now becomes new but you still say that you're still an actress. Ok I can understand acting as an Evangelist. What a pity!
Sorrry but you sound very self-righteous and judgemental.Even when the adulterous woman was brought before Jesus, He asked anyone who had not sinned ,be the 1st to cast a stone. They left one by one.Jesus told the woman, 'Go and sin no more'.He loved her even in her sinful state but he did not condemn her.

AS a believers in Christ, none of us is perfect. We all are " works in progress".He is still working in us and on us.With that said, I dare not judge but say that heaven rejoices when one soul comes to the kingdom. If Eucharia has received a calling into the ministry, who am I to say she wasn't called? I however would just like to have a look at what the scripture says; 1 cor.10:23,"All things are permissible but not all things are beneficial. "1Thes.5:22,"Abstain from every appearance of evil.". 1 Cor8:9,"Be careful however, that the exercise of your rights does not become a stumbling block to the weak." 1Cor 6:12,"I have the right to do anything ,but I will not be mastered by anything." In other words, all things are allowed but not all things edify or build others up.We ought to build up in our deeds,in words for Christianity is not just a name, but a lifestyle. Our lives are 'books' that others are reading everyday whether we are conscious of it or not.Whatever we do,should not cause others to waver in faith because of our actions, especially the weak in the household of faith.Be it dressing , am not saying we dress like nuns cause that is another extreme, the places we frequent e.t.c. Abstinence from every appearance of evil means to stay away from everything that seems or looks bad.Anything that your conscience is not free with.I'll end with 2 Cor2:15 that says, "For we are to God the fragrance of Christ, among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing."

londoner: I am already aware of it. But judging by your previous post,it sounded as if you were trying to say its just for Nigerians, when I am aware that it also includes your beloved Ghanaians..... and others.

I suppose to mention that in your post, would not lend itself to the point it seemed you were trying to 'prove' with that piece of information.
Am Kenyan ,not Ghanian

londoner: Really, which travel requirements specifically for Nigerians are those?

The UK government does not have policies that single out one nationality of people.
Well, not just Naija but a few others as well that the UK is trying 2 get rid off, sorry I say that 4 lack of a beta word.We have a saying where am from that says, "Anyone chasing u away will never tell u to go."U must get the signs they give u.With that said, how many average Nigerians do u think will afford 3000 euros required upon entry in the UK not including visa fees and airticket?Besides, like I had said earlier all the issues Naija has been having with other countries I had mentioned previously, are they merely coincidental??
PoliticsRe: Kenyans Held In Nigeria Return Home After Jonathan Intervention by Beey(f): 4:33am On Jul 01, 2013
dimajor: Trust me there are as many nigerian drug traffickers as there are any other natonalities, but believe it or not nigerians are prime target and big fish to catch, so when you hear a nigerian has been nabbed for drugs trafficking more likely than not it will be on the front cover of thier newspapers, but if it were other nationalities it is not interesting enough, it simply feeds into thier ideology that all nigerians are bad.
Personally am not quick to judge people based on where they are from. But let's look @ things from another angle.Naija people had issues with South Africa, there was Ghana also and now Kenya. The UK too has issued some special travel requirements for Nigerian citizens travelling to the UK. So I wonder, are all these issues purely coincidencehuh

There are many Nigerians living peacefully in Kenya. The new government has zero tolerance for drug traffickers.I mean it was barely two weeks after Chinedu's deportation,Kenyans were still being held there and two other Nigerians were arrested in Nairobi J.K.I.Airport with drugs?NAIJA AGAIN!

greateros: pls dont take antibiotics after any form of sex action - in short, no take anti-biotics anyhow! It makes your body to stop being responsive to antibiotics.

Its very dangerous to abuse antibiotics!
i work in the medical field and I totally agree.Gosh! I never heard this b 4 but anyway, the body becomes accustomed 2 them and then when they are genuinely needed, the body creates resistance to them & they just won't work.Besides ,some diseases transmitted through kissing like herpes, mononucleosis, viral meningitis can't be treated with antibiotics coz viruses are in curable. They may be dormant in the body but activate when the body is under some kind of stress.Parasites that attack human body like mites, body and pubic lice can all be passed on through contact. As for fingers, once they've come into contact with infected body fluids, and someone touches their mucous membranes which are found in the eyes, lips, inside the nose and the groin, they contract the infection.Herpes of the eyes can be spread this way.Handwashing is very important or use of gloves while engaging in activities leading to intimacy.

Billyonaire: I heard he cancelled the visit to Kenya too, due to his hate towards his father.
No, it had nothing 2 do with his father. He can't ,stand the fact that Kenyans went ahead & elected a president & a V.P who both had cases pending hearing @ the International criminal Court. He doesn't want 2 seem as if he is in support of 'criminals'.He didn't even congratulate the new Kenya president after the election results. ICC had no evidence 2 back their accusations & so the Kenyan people elected the two as their leaders. The opposition leader who is from the same area where Obama's father is from, was his preferred candidate but he lost miserably in the elections. Kenyans could care less as our country is no longer a puppet 4 the west 2 pull strings as they please. Is he God or beta still, is he supplying our oxygen? If he doen't like the choice of Kenyans, he can jump into the lake coz we Kenyans don't care.

maclatunji: What would God fight his creatures for? You lot have been well brainwashed. Rules, laws and punishment are meant for people to keep order.

How many gods do you think exist? Only one God exists, there is no 'Muslim' or 'Christian' God.

You either worship him or you don't. You guys are so clueless in your arguments. God fighting?

I don't blame you, many of you believe Jacob actually wrestled God and 'won', with such thinking, why won't you post such inept questions?

Why do you go to school and work? God provides now- why not resign from work tomorrow and wait for God's provision to come and met you on your bed?

Pitiable reasoning.
I don't know how many exist u tell me but as far as am concerned,I worship one.I beg to differ on the aspect of Muslim vs Christian God,I think there is an obvious difference no matter how much people try to liken the two.And our our belief systems are obviously different. If u have an issue with God fighting, the Bible calls Him A "MAN OF WAR".Anyway I wasn't dwelling so much on the 'fight' so to speak. All am trying to say is that our God is not defenseless. He knows how to settle the scores. He doesn't require those that worship him to defend His name through punishments or by killing others all in the name of religion. And whether you call it stinking thoughts or not,the Bible says so.The Bible is not shallow as u r trying to make it sound, the same states that those who do not work should not eat.In other words, faith if not accompanied by actions, then it is dead. Some rules and laws are meant to enslave people especially those of a certain gender and to keep them from progressing and keep them under emotional blackmail.Cause them to always walk in fear and live like slaves when they ought to be enjoying their freedom.
IslamRe: Girls Face Jail For Mixing Islamic Prayer With Dancing To Pop Song by Beey(f): 9:56pm On May 15, 2013
I don't mean to belittle any religion but can't the God of Islam fight for himself?Must people always continue to suffer, all done in the name of god?My God Jesus Knows how to fight for himself and doesn't need people to apply any defense mechanisms in order to protect him from harm or insults or whatever manner of acts.

Correction, am not in the angered bunch like you are trying to conclude.Am just a patriotic Kenyan who is defending her country.Oh the masters too do become the mastered.Stop acting the saint you are not in this case and then try to demonize me, because you'll not make statements about my country and refer to my posts as infantile and expect me to shower you with praise for a job well done.Am having fun too,I don't leave the forum wearing a long face.If u check your posts too, they don't really sound emotionally detached, coz if they were, I think they'ld be free of the name-calling and all the nastiness.Speaking of big english, some people feel that by using some 'big' words, they command more respect from others. However am left wondering how well they connect with the average person.Anyway, everyone else seems done with this thread except you,who seems like there are some scores you are trying to settle with me & am honestly tired of writing back and forth.Feel like it's time to move on to something new.Am not on Nairaland to make enemies or to compete, just here to have fun.Bross, this Sisi wishes you a lovely time.
