When you should confront your demon, you are here crying foul. I don't know what you want from people, to cry with you? |
You have married a male man |
pickabeau1:Funny fans. I am sure many will get too emotional about the movie forgetting it is nothing but fiction. |
cococandy:If is not too late... You have population and media strength to drive traffic where you are... ![]() That being said, I am sure outside this thread, I wouldn't have anything to do with Toke and her likes. They maybe business savvy but there are things I consider as ethics in business. Taking advantage of people is no business ethic to me and no amount of possible millions can make me do it. Not everybody has a dream of becoming like Warren Buffet. Having food and raiment, I am contented. I don't like gossip news though. Call me ignorant or old skool, it was the word Vlog that made me open the thread. I couldn't process it meant video log till after seeing the video. My English is still developing.. ![]() |
pickabeau1:May their souls rest in peace.. ![]() |
pickabeau1:No too many complaints of disappointment from people about those dying. I am no fsn of seasonal movie. I don't like suspense. |
Who is Lord Baelish @Pick |
Onegai:I may be a bad market. I have never visited Linda Ikeji's blog and some other popular blogs. It sounds untrue but it is the truth. If I had known this truth you told me about her, I wouldn't have watched the video. Thank you for adding to my stay away list. ![]() |
Onegai, Thanks for schooling some of us who don't know her... I don't know many celebrities though... ![]() |
Kimoni:I have never tried that functionality in word. I don't know if it actually work. |
pickabeau1:Add me to the list too ![]() I am the only person nicknamed Bellong in Nigeria... , your prayers for me won't miss road..... ![]() |
coogar:I know the martial art is real but he always does the beating alone. He doesn't get stained even if he fights 5000 people. Makes it dull... But I do enjoy the bone breaking though.... Maybe the Dylan guy grew up watching white people shoot black men in cold blood.. ![]() Kimoni:I am serious... make sure you send early enough to beat your submission deadline so I can have time to work on it. There are two major referencing used in academics, you should let me know the one favoured by your lecturers/school. |
Kimoni:Welcome Miss/Mrs... I am always getting penalized for referencing oooo Always!!!! Both in the main body and bibliographyYou can always send me your article before final submission, will tidy the reference for you FOC. You should learn it, it is a big minus for postgraduate thesis. I will, patience is my middle name ![]() I am also wondering the kind of mind Coogar has for him to enjoy and recommend this movieI actually enjoyed it. It is my type of movie, it doesn't get boring . Probably because while growing up, I had very poor skill with English, so I understood films better by more actions involving guns and swords than those movies they keep talking without raising a finger. I used to get lost with movies, hence my interest in movies that speak volume.Wild geese Sholay etc... I could analyse the films without understanding a single word spoken in English ![]() |
coogar:That poor dude would have been better with a bullet. That guy has no iota of human emotions. Brutally killing people. pickabeau1:I would have added Steven Seagal to the mix but the fact that he does the bones breaking alone without getting stained makes me dislike his movie. He doesn't entertain like others that still receive little beating or axing before overcoming, Claude Vandamme comes to mind. |
pickabeau1:Guess I have seen sin city and the legend of bobby Z. Will check out the others.... |
pickabeau1:I love adventures and actions. My wife doesn't watch movies with me. She knows my kind of movie is full of violence. No guns, no matchet/sword is equal to No NO except I get good review from others. |
Kimoni:75 is good.. thumbs up. Meanwhile, you should read a book on research methodology (going by the lecturer's comment on your citation). Is it for a PhD? @Coogar, I saw the raid yesterday. It is a brutal movie... will see the part 2 soon |
cedaraustine:Everybody who reads stuff in this section knows my gender. |
timilehing:Which church in Ilorin? That is one of the cheapest places to organise a wedding. I had my wedding in Ilorin. If the church has a hall with seating capacity, liaise with the pastor of the church to conduct the wedding in the hall rather than the church auditorium. This will be easier for you to entertain your guest in their immediately after the joining ceremony. Buy your cow at Kara market along Ajasse-ipo road or the one at oke-oyi. Get the bag of rice, pepper etc from this market around Baboko. buy drinks directly from cocacola depot, you can arrange that they ice it for you. Organise your friends/relatives to take charge of the serving making sure that everybody present gets food and drink. Here, coordination and orderliness are key to make stuff go round. Get to know what your parents inlaw are contributing to the wedding (ideally, the bride's family takes care of the reception with contribution from you). Have a meeting with your family especially parents to inform them of your limited budget and they should be ready to take care of excess invitees on their part. After the wedding, book a three night at Bishop smith guest house or any other hotel and go directly from the wedding to the place. Don't go home as some visitors will throng your house and you will have to entertain them which is additional cost on your part. If you have any other question, you can ask. It is doable and the 500k is enough if your inlaw are in agreement with you. Meanwhile, don't fix wedding during fuel scarcity period, else you ruin your own budget. I wish you well. |
Timbuktou and Moana, Abeg, e don do. |
Timbuktou:Her advice in the video didn't address specific of her marriage. Thought it was supposed to be an explanation of the crisis. |
njokusboy: ![]() |
^^^ where will it take place? |
njokusboy:Always comprehend a post before replying to it. And only idiots take a lady they are yet to know to their house for getting to know her. You guys should at least have little sense of security. The times are evil |
Timbuktou:I actually don't know her. I care less about most of these celebrities with nothing positive to contribute to the society apart from flaunting wealth or status. If she indeed was a runz girl, then she got served what she deserves. No need of crying foul. If you sow wind, expect to reap the whirlwind. The cries of women she caused pain will never go in vain. |
lolaredvelvet: So, you mean it is "lady karma" at work? Hmmm |
If you can't be honest with a girl about your financial situation or tolerance limit on what you spend on frivolity, I guess you are not yet matured enough for a relationship. Taking out a lady is an opportunity to get to know each other and understand your limes/dislikes. If on such date, you can't stand your ground on what you can afford to buy, how can you take major decisions later with her. It doesn't make sense pleasing a lady on a date and crying wolf after behind her. Be bold and be the man. |
Who is she ![]() What is beside her that she was side eyeing throughout? I like the part that she said everybody should be responsible for his/her actions. I guess she is in a bad marriage from her opening statement. It is good that she understands that people should take responsibility for their choices. She married a wrongly (if my deduction is right) and she should take responsibility for her bad choice of a man. No need of gender pity party. Not only women go through a lot, men go through much more including animals. Afflictions and trials are not gender or mammals biased, every living thing experiences them. I hope she gets succour and comfort. |
Ewuro1: ![]() @OP, For a start, where will the wedding take place, Lagos or outside? |
stoicism:It is police character certificate they are referring to. (Police report). You can get it at Alagbon if you are in Lagos |
piusford:The last part is it. Must be on the same list and could be different profession. |
