@Omoefe1994, This is a tough call because it is filled with many uncertainties. When is the invitation expiring? |
simia:If it is a 5 year course, you are good to go but if it is a 4 year program, it is tier 2. |
obi24:It is not difficult to get a doctor's prescription from Nigerian hospital. You should get one. Malaria is treated like a terminal illness here, if they know you are moving with malaria medication, you may be quarantined. Why not use the drugs in Nigeria close to coming and flush all the malaria parasites in your system than carrying malaria drugs around. There is no Anopheles mosquito in Australia. |
btsnm:Assess your work experience alongside. There have been cases CO requested applicant to go back and assess their work experience. Don't put yourself in such situation. |
ishiamu:It is against the labour law for any company to subject staff to inhumane treatment. If such happens, you can lodge a complaint to Fair Work Australia and it will be addressed adequately. However, some employer sponsored visa is tied to the company that sponsors you. If the company sacks you, your visa ends. If it is such employer nominated visa you intend to get, you can't resign as your resignation means your visa ends. Companies here generally treat people like human beings and fairly except for those illegal jobs. Meanwhile, I cannot comment on the authenticity of the agent or the visa he is planning to get for you. |
@GreenMavro, 1. Organisational chart is to measure the strength of your company and where you fit in the bigger picture. It is not hard to draw one on a letterhead. Provide what is requested for. 2. Why would your company put a website that does not exist on her letterhead paper? You either explain reason for the disappearance of the website or you build one very fast. I guess it is better you explain why there is no website than rushing to build one. 3. Since you have it, submit as requested. Once you provide all the requested documents, your application will be finalised. |
Creamychic:Alright... It is well. |
GiftyDiamond: ishiamu:I may not have time to respond to personalised questions but you can ask your questions here for better coverage. Thanks for the understanding. |
matuskyoo7:A. Yes you can get a work visa through two ways, either getting a job in Australia from Nigeria or through skilled migration process. There is no direct application for work visa. B. No direct work visa... Refer to A C. Yes... you can confirm authenticity of a visa using VEVO. Google would be very useful here. D. No fixed prices, changes per season and per airline... Google will help. E. No cost at the airport except taxi fare or bus fare.. not more than $60 if living too far from airport. F. You are permitted to carry $10k and below cash. If more, you need to declare it. No rule about BTA, you can leave with $0, it is up to you. Creamychic:I thought you are already past this stage. What happened? |
GiftyDiamond:Masters in Actuarial science will be a better option. |
Concate:Since my background is science, I may not be able to functionally and professionally interprete ANZSCO descriptions for your occupation. I will advice you contact someone in that field or related occupation. It is not just using language but adding the professional terms to convince the assessor in VETASSES. |
tunlex01:Is Internal Auditor your occupation? The advice was for the occupation she is nominating. For state nomination, it is on individual basis. If it is SA you are planning to apply for nomination, you are 90% sure of getting it as long as you follow their checklist. Goodluck. |
Obinnafrank:I think there should be differentiation between words to abuse a person and words to describe a person's actions or behaviour. I actually described his behaviour to be foolish and I am not apologetic about it. He asked a question which was adequately answered, only for him to return with accusations of not being helped. I have no other word to describe such behaviour aside foolishness. I don't think people are disrespected here. Thanks for the suggestions anyway. Cheers NB: We don't threaten people with ban on this thread. |
obi24:Kindy is not paid per day except in private centres. Kindy is paid per term. Between $100-300/term depending on the kindy. Government policies do not allow 4yr Olds to engage in academic activities for more than 30hrs/fortnight. What that means is that your child can only attend kindy for 5 days in fortnight in government owned kindy. Kindy times is usually between 08:45-3pm. |
Concate:In addition, to submit assessment as an internal auditor with VETASSES, be very thorough with your job descriptions. Match your descriptions action for action with the ANZSCO descriptions and also ensure you read VETASSES' instructions on their website. For that occupation, you need at least 80 points due to the competition in the number of applicants. Goodluck. |
shinefelicity:What is important about the skilled migration process is your core duties and not where you work. What are your job descriptions in the para military agency? If your job descriptions align with any occupation on the skill list, you can nominate the occupation. @Geo4646, I was only being very nice with word I used. I wonder what you want people to do after given you what you answer to the question you asked. It is pathetic we adults like you in the society. |
Mcslize:It is per day. Child care is subsidised by the government for citizens and permanent residents. Depending on your family's gross income, you might end up paying only about $30-60/day for the child care. |
wapu:Your child can only start kindergarten at 4. Your two year old will be attending child care. It is between $85-120/day depending on area. |
sassysure:No wonder, I tried to call you recently but couldn't get through. I am happy that everything works out fine for you and your family. To God be the glory... We are all good. Regards |
Geo4646:This is very foolish of you. I sent you the link but you were expecting to be spoon fed |
Geo4646:https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/busi/visas-and-migration/visa-entitlement-verification-online-(vevo) |
jones2014:For a start, why didn't you nominate agricultural consultant which is also on 189? If you can address the issues raised in the outcome letter with evidence, do it and appeal the outcome. Someone has volunteered to assist you. Goodluck. |
MYLYN:Are you a student or permanent migrant? Which area in Sydney is your business? |
desertboom:Are you planning to forge them? If you are providing the original documents, I don't think you should be worried about whether they verify them or not. |
@Jayooh, Congratulations... |
@Adesloop, Yes, you can do it. Kindly go to ACS website for further information about assessment. |
Mulang:ACT sponsors journalist. If you start on time, you are likely to get nomination before they close. Before you go ahead with assessment, go to ACT Australia Capital Territory) website for requirements to be nominated. Read the whole information then decide what to do. As per chemical plant operator, South Australia is the only state sponsoring it and it is already on special conditions. Indirectly, the occupation has very little chance of going through. |
@Alphadoor, Congratulations... Where is the party @? |
jayooh: ![]() I don't think it is what the question is about. The poster wants #gmpc |
Xenyth:I will be wary of this arrangement. According to information on home affairs website, this visa usually comes with a no further stay. It means you cannot apply for any other visa while you are onshore.. https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1/400- |
Xenyth:You have to follow the conditions attached to the visa. Being onshore does not help circumventing the process. You will still go through the same process and you may not have that time till your temporary visa runs out You are a civil engineer, start the process now rather than looking for a short cut that is really not short. |
