I believe work experience is very important for TRA assessment.

He can assess as an electrical engineering Draftsperson with Engineer Australia. He doesn't need experience, he only needs to write a CDR.

You don't need a state nomination. It is on 189 list. What is needed is the points for invitation.

TOEFL is accepted as well as PTE, OET and IELTS.

You will have to go to the website of the assessing authority for quantity surveying to find out their requirements for a positive assessment.

What you can do is to support in the payment of hospital bills if need be or provide support when they request.

Every city has opportunities for nurses. Anywhere you are, you are good to go. If you want to make more money, find job in regional areas.

To support your verifiable employment, you will need to add your payslip or bank statement or both, tax certificate, pension fund documents, Letter of employment and employment reference letter.

The years of experience to be approved is left for the assessing body to determine.

You have a good chance provided you can package your application to meet Anzsco description of the occupation you are nominating.

Go to the part one of this thread, look for those who got positive assessment from the occupation, they are quite a few, contact them and take it from there.

Thanks bellong. The certificate says "in satisfactory completion of the course and other requirements in 2011 as prescribed by the university" so I guess yes. Within that period I picked up a job to raise money to pay balance of my school fees and do my clearance. I did it till 2012 I went for service

This is a tight one. I am not completely sure but I reckon that the date of completion on the certificate will be taken as completed.

Maybe someone who has been in similar situation can clarify.

However, if there is none to clarify, I think it is safe to go with the date on the certificate. If question is asked about the disparity, you can then explain.

You can still add those years of experience from when you finish though. Let the assessing authority figure out what to leave for you.

Having a website increases its "believability and verifiability" but it doesn't mean not having will cause an issue.
Your concern should be if it is appropriately registered with the CAC and if there are other verifiable means for the farm.

When you get to invitation stage, add every documents that can proof its authenticity to your application.

As a result, my statement of result and certificate bears 2011 but my transcript says 2008/2009. Will this pose an issue with EA or DHA as I want to claim work experience from 2010? Please great people kindly help me out here

What happened between 2008 and 2011?

When the visa is issued, there is always conditions outlined on the visa type granted. If the conditions imposed a no further stay, you can't stay beyond the date except there is a life threatening condition.

Usually they impose a no further stay clause on tourist visa.

You can only use VETASSES if they are authorised to assess for the occupation.

Please from part 1 d closed thread page 1 where you explained the difference between the 3 PR pathways. In 489, does it mean that a PR holder via 489 will not get medical insurance all through his life there or after some 2yrs, then one is qualified to get d med insurance from d 489 visa.

Can a holder be able to change region after two yrs in d region dt nominated him jst as in 190?

While on visa 489, you may not be entitled to Medicare for the two years before you apply for permanent resident. Once you put in application for permanent resident after two years on 489, you get registered for Medicare.

When you buy your ticket, depending on the airline, you may be able to choose your seat 72hrs before departure. Some airlines will want you to pay for your preference while others give it free.

Whatever the case, I know that they do put children together with their parents if done by them

The minimum point is now 65. For partner's point, your spouse must assess her skills and her nominated occupation must be on the same list as the occupation you nominate
