Hi,
I need a little info from anyone knowledgeable before I get a mechanic. This is my first car so I don't know much.
It has been sitting for a month now, and I haven't been around to use it. I tried starting it now. It made a very weak sound like it was trying to start and stopped. Tried a couple of times, same thing. Till eventually it didn't even make the sound anymore. More like a clicking sound.
Please what could be faulty with it now? And how much does it usually cost to fix?
I'm just looking for a fair idea to know what to expect. Also so that some hungry mechanic doesn't swindle me.
Appreciate any info anyone can provide.

Just jump start. As in...use another battery start your motor. A simple neighbor can help you. Or 1k for rewire boy.
Put back your battery.

It's a big cross that you ve carried. Fortunately or unfortunately your wife is the first daughter. There z nothing you can do at this time. They are always over caring. They most at times carry the burden of the family on their shoulders. They ll just need your support. You are actually an answered prayer to someone/ somepeople.

She will choose her family if it comes to that. Just work hard and pray you have more money to feed a nation. You will also be getting blessings from giving. You are lucky they are many, see them as your own too. Like my grandma will say...he that feeds a belly saves a life.

Thank God na just food they are eating. In my cousins case, the brothers fought him too.

On another note, you would have seen this before marriage too. My girlfriend does same thing. She works too. Salary finishes before month end. Now I am making plans to have 2 of them busy with school and skills.

One anonymous already told us even before the govt remembered to release a statement that the students that were not kidnapped were taken to army facility.
Then fiam there z a statement released to the media. They already told us online here too that only females were abducted.

What i suspect is you recently changed one of your front shafts or CV joint and since the ABS light is erratic then it means the gear teeth where the sensor reads the signal is either not of the same size as others or defective or dirty with grease or so. Please try to remember if you changed the shaft and follow that line.

This is only if this happens on motion but if it happens stationary then the ANS module has been affected and needs to be changed

Had this experience last time on my 09 camry.
Changed 2 shafts, replacements didnt come with Abs sensors...kazeem was unable to fix new sensors correctly due to rust....so many errors came up
ABS
CeL
Speedometer error
Brake shaking.
Kazeem said the car will be scanned. I refused and pointed him back to sensor. He brought a rewire who said he ll perform Electronic BLEEDING on the car. I refused. He got tired.
Another mechanic confirmed its linked to the AbS sensor.
Las las everything became OK

I am contemplating getting one of these as my next car. I need owner reviews from individuals who use these vehicles in Nigeria . My main concern is the availability/pricing of parts and the ability of the vehicle to stand the daily challenges of daily use in lagos traffic. I already have a competent mechanic that can handle all these.
