Kudos to Kano government, honestly, I really appreciate this, because am one of those that condemned him when he said private school should not increase their fees, I challenged him in this forum that, he should extends his directive also Bayero university or alternatively he should pay the fees of Kano indigene in the school, but today the governor has done so, kudos once again, and all Kano indigene in the school should also appreciate this kind gesture of this loving governor.

How does "Pray for Nigeria" become an abominable word to these people?
Well, I will continue to pray for my Nigeria and anybody who wishes can as well continue to curse his or her Nigeria.
Blessings follow who blesses and curses follow who curses.

Please, what many are saying is that praying for Nigeria that righteousness should reign because according to Gods world, only righteousness exalt a nation, Baba should not expect us to pray for unrighteous man, and that the ministers he has chosen are people of integrity, is also incorrect. Because among them, we have someone who laundered billions of Dollar for Abacha, governors that did nothing for their states during their tenure, and former minister who failed to appear before the parliament to give account of his stewardship. These people cannot be counted as best minister.

Thank you for given us standard duration. This is what our renew hope will lead us. How would someone in his right sense and with the level of technological development we are now, tells us that construction that suppose to last for minimum of twenty years will only last for six years under our renewed hope. These are set of looters we have as leaders, but God will definitely deliver Nigeria from their wicked schemes.

Education / Re: FG Insists Federal Universities Not Allowed To Charge Fees by benjaminlawson(m): 12:29pm On Aug 16, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
FG is right to a significant extent.

Apart from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), no other federal university has increased its fees or permitted to increase its fees.

That's the status quo for now. It shows how smart and proactive the UNILAG management is; they quickly designed a template to help them recover the increased over head costs, went through the due process , defended it, got FG approval, took the approved adjusted fees to the university unions and got the unions on board. UNILAG gained the first mover advantage as the door is shut against other universities that came late after the HOR resolution.
That's the signature brand UNILAG university culture benefit of having experienced university administrators.
Great university with smart leaders. If you no attend UNILAG, the university of First Choice and the nation's pride ehn, you don miss something very valuable.Check my signature for free stuffs!

Please stop this lying, all universities has increased their fees, starting from 2022/2023 session, it because unilag just started their own 2022/2023 session, also the fees universities are charging for the services they rendered, is it not outrageous? They do this because no one asked the VCs how they expended the internally generated income. If we see the visitation panel report, we will notice that large percentage of these income went into personal purse. So the university are expected to revert to 2021/2022 charges, because all of the has increased it in this correct session. They have to consider parents who are experiencing hard economic situation now.

Pressuring the Judges to declare someone who came 3rd in an election, could not be a reminder of responsibility.
Obi and his Lawyers had close to 2 months in the court to proof, how they won election, .

You have forgotten that Uzodima came forth, and he was declared winner, when the result is correctly tabulated and calculated, we will then know the genuine winner

Their controlling power now limited to naming and shaming banks. Did we tell them we dont know their name. Nigeria is drastically turning to a nation without law and regulation, where individual behaves the way they wants.

If not that Nigeria is turning to a lawless country, how would a public officer confessed that he is collecting money from job seekers running to millions of naira and be allowed to go home and sleep. These are the people that no one collected a naira from them to enter the service see what they have reduced public service to.

The problem of this country is not subsidy payment but, but corruption in the NNPC, and up till now the kyari is still moving freely after inflicting hardship on Nigeria, while Emefele who committed the same economic sabotage with him has been in prison up till today.

Niger does not have what it takes to stand ECOWAS.
Also I don't want this war on Niger, they are trying to find a govt that will suit them, but I seriously don't want them to think a military dictator is better than a democratic govt.

I think they have to look for a voice in Democracy than settling for military rule

How would they have voice in democracy, why the so called democratic system has turned themselves to object of suppression and intimidation using the same security apparatus to achieve this. Even all other arms of government; legislature and judiciary has been pocketed by so called democratic government. The point am trying to make should not be misunderstood that I support military government, but what am saying is that, the democratic principles must be abided be the players, so as to avoid coups. Some of these leaders also use the same security forces to perpetrate themselves in government, if that is the case what is the difference between them and coup plotters?

We really miss former President Yaradua of blessed memory, who publicly admitted that election that brought him to power was not free and fair, and he backed it up to introduce genuine reform plan. But the present one is claiming the election was the best, while the whole world is having a contrary view. The question is if can make this conclusion, how can he make any attempt to improve it.

You are completely talking out of ignorance, we two set of laws, southern law and northern law, all our constitutional law are for southerners, while the north is govern by their own suitable law. That is while some have mention it earlier that students from south will be required to produce 130 over 200 before admission to unity college, but in the so called same country, another will be required to score about 10 over 200. SURE P Version 2.0

It is stupidity to claim that only a select few benefitted from subsidy, at the same time you still acknowledge that Nigerians are suffering from subsidy removal.

If only select few gained from subsidy, why are you talking about palliative? Common sense should have told you the poor also gained from subsidy, that's why they are suffocating now that it has been removed.

Am on the same page with you on this. My appeal to me. President is that those few that scammed us on subsidy, should be arrested and charge to court until every naira they stole is collected back, because more than 200 million Nigerians are suffering because of their wicked act, mr. president cannot tell Nigerians that we should endure without making these people suffer for their corrupt act. There is no solution even in all what mr President said yet, because all those people that stole our trillions of naira in subsidy, are there to steal all the billions naira mr president is planning to be used as palliatives, will still go into their pocket, while the real beneficiary will still languishing in their poverty. The first solution for any sincere Nigeria leader in tackling our problem is to first fight corruption, if this is done, 50% of Nigerian's problems will be solved. Mr president first tackle corruption before any other thing, and reclaim our money in trillions of naira back.

To investigate the corrupt dealings of Emefiele. Or are you angry that Mr. President is fighting corruption?

For your information, the president is yet to fight corruption, he is presently fighting his foes, if someone can be charged for possession of dane gun in his house, because he is an enemy, and a supporter displayed AK 47 in public, and the same person is working free on our streets, then the question need to be asked. If the president is interested in fighting corruption, all MDAs in the country needed to be included, because all of them acted as it please them without check and discipline in the last 8 years. So Mr. President, all Nigeria are glamouring that the investigation must not be selective but must be total including INEC.

Senator Akintunde that moved the motion is a Yoruba man, he knows well an adage in Yoruba that " pele lako, o labo" means the tone you say sorry matters most. It is not their fault its all lies on people who always sells their birth right for a plate of food, and that is why they are making life difficult for ordinary citizens, so that they we will not have the mind of ourselves, but surely Good God of Heaven will deliver us from their hand. Even those in PDP and Layout Party we expect to provide reasonable opposition to their wicked policies are keeping quiet in the house, its unfortunate.
