PoliticsRe: DSS Quizzes Sheikh Auwal Shariff For Criticizing Tinubu Over Hardship by benjaminlawson(m): 11:55am On Feb 13, 2024
shortgun:
The awakening taking place in Northern Nigeria is heart warming. Tinubu has succeeded in uniting the northern Christians and Muslims with bad Governance and mismanagement of the economy, they have now realised that bad leadership affects everyone irrespective of their faith.
Gone are the days when Northerners are deceived in the name of religion by their religious and political leaders and told to support candidates on religious grounds. Northern Muslims have become increasingly vocal about elections not being an Islamic principle but a manipulative concept that keeps them impoverished.
I totally disagreed with your above assertion, the only reason why northern Muslim and Christian are united was that a Southerner is in power, and northern Muslim does not regard Southern Muslim. If it is a Northern Muslim is in power they will never criticise a Muslim fellow from the north, with the exception of few objective one. So don't let us fall into this deception that they all united against bad government.

But Tinubu was swimming in poverty, you people should defend your pay master intelligently, to justify the money you have received. All these arguments bring out more senselessness in you people.
PoliticsRe: Afenifere Has No Regrets Supporting Tinubu To Be President – Secretary by benjaminlawson(m): 8:58am On Feb 11, 2024
It is only the that corrupt leader who broke away from original Afenifere, that laid his caused hand on his bad head. This is because he has received emilokan bribe. Baba Adebanjo and Obasanjo, wherever you are today I think you can raise your head high now. Those who manipulate election cannot manipulate good governance, because it requires genuine intelligent which they lack.

The food that will be shared to top civil servant and politicians and at last the food will find its way to the market without any poor people getting a cup of it. Government of proper grander and lies. God will judge you people for bringing this untold hardship on us due to your corrupt and self-centered ambition and dancing to world bank and IMF dictate. No matter the amount of wealth you have accumulate through corruption, you and your children will suffer ten times what you made ordinary Nigeria to suffer, I want there supporter and people facing hardship to say a bigger Amen.
PoliticsRe: Opposition Parties Behind Minna, Kano Protests - APC by benjaminlawson(m): 7:42pm On Feb 06, 2024
Firstly, I was thinking the statement was made by any government official, but when I see the person, as party man, I cool my temper a little bit. The simple question I have for that illiterate lawyer is simple; Occupied Ojota in Lagos was organised by PDP and Jonathan government? Your answer will show the level of your foolishness. You can only fool foolish people like you.
EducationRe: Massive Protests At Michael Okpara University, Umudike by benjaminlawson(m): 7:01pm On Feb 06, 2024
Please let someone close to the vc and the dean students' affairs of that institution how much they pay when they are in university. If those vc's in their time is as corrupt as they are today, will they enjoy that benefits. Their yatch always opened whenever efcc or icpc visits their institutions. The students union government in that school should ask him this question and never give in to any fee increment, because they are meant to be embezzled.
PoliticsRe: Gridlock As Fuel Queues Resurface In Lagos by benjaminlawson(m): 6:45pm On Feb 06, 2024
Until that wicked man called himself NNPC MD is sacked, the truth in that organisation will not be revealed. Because they took financial control from him which is a right step in the right direction, he wants to create confusion. Let him be fired with immediate effect.
PoliticsRe: JAMB under Oloyede made ₦‎50 Billion for FG in one year — Shettima by benjaminlawson(m): 12:19pm On Feb 01, 2024
system21:
How much is jamb fees during those years? Do you know that N500 million in those years is more valuable than this N5b in APC cancerous years
Prof Salim, is a person that feel for people, during his time nearly everything was cheap in JAMB, so that is why he did not pay billions to government purse. After all, the money will even be embezzled by someone else. What is then is the celebration of paying billions of naira into government account.
PoliticsRe: JAMB under Oloyede made ₦‎50 Billion for FG in one year — Shettima by benjaminlawson(m): 12:11pm On Feb 01, 2024
All this nonsense JAMB made 50 or 100 billions naira should be stopped, is JAMB established for the purpose of making money to government covers? If nnpc or cbn is running at a loss, is it jamb that suppose to make money? This is the reason why Nigerians are poor. The body has become an agent of extortion and hardship. Anything Nigeria students want from them are obtained under heavy burden for the parents. Can you imagine an online examination papers costing each candidate 7200 naira for 4 subjects. Apart from this, all other services under them are also too cost e g. change of course is 3500 naira, change of name 5000 naira, printing of original result and admission letter 1500 naira each. These charges may be small in their eyes because they want to make money that nnpc cannot make for the government, poor parents are going through their nose before they can afford these charges. Out of this money from poor parents, the vice president who is announcing it is going to benefit 15 billion naira to build a house for him in Abuja. Let all appeal to jamb to let the cost of form be 2500 naira and other charges be free, and firs, nnpc, cbn, npa and other income generating establishment continue their work delivery.

I pray God will never allow you to open again, because you are part of our economic crises, let Dollar only be in banks. You people are the save heaven for our corrupt politicians which makes Dollar so scarce for genuine users. All of you should pack up. You people conduct you business without proper records, but in banks proper records must be kept.
CareerRe: January Salaries Of Federal Civil Servants To Be ‘delayed Beyond Normal’ – Memo by benjaminlawson(m): 11:29am On Feb 01, 2024
Something is not clear to me, is it the President that wants to spoil his name and government or some people are definitely doing some things to give him bad name? I cannot understand what they really mean, that during this hash economy and hyper inflation where salaries cannot meet even some basic necessities of life, they are still delaying it. Not only this, if you want to give information, you give it in a way that will not lead to an unnecessary tension. When you attached the word beyond normal to the delay, it messed up the whole information.
PoliticsRe: Onanuga To Atiku: Your Statement Is Reckless, Tinubu Is On Top Of The Situation by benjaminlawson(m): 10:14am On Jan 31, 2024
You people in apc said election is over is now time to govern - Keyamo, but what surprise is that whenever the issue of governance is raised you same people we still refer to election loss. Which means you lack idea of what is being raised or you people are just being mischievous in your responses, as government spokesperson, you need to enlighten the people on what you doing not insulting Nigerians whether they contested election with you or not.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Directs Crude Oil Sales To Be Handled By CBN, No Longer NNPCL by benjaminlawson(m): 4:28pm On Jan 29, 2024
lexy2014:
off point. you have not answered the questions.

is it the job of CBN to sell anything?

how was the old arrangement responsible for the weak value of the naira?

who are the powerful people you accuse of hiding the forex?
Please mr man stop being foolish, the nnpc will continue in their operational activities, why the money will go to CNN which is federal government bank. Have you not being to a company where you have to go and pay for any good or supply to the bank account of the seller? Crude oil does not belong to nnpc, it belong to Nigerians, any one that wants our crude must be abide by our made of payments. If the man failed to comply or play any game, he must be fired immediately and made to account for his stewardship. Where were you when former cbn governor made a statement sometime ago that nnpc must bring our our dollars, the man was collecting dollars and continue to pocket it.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Directs Crude Oil Sales To Be Handled By CBN, No Longer NNPCL by benjaminlawson(m): 4:08pm On Jan 29, 2024
Kudos to President Tinubu for this decision, as someone have wrote before me, what we want is total sack on its MD, Melee Kyari. The man is the one that put this country to this economic hardship, how can a so called private company continue to dictate how other companies must sell their products. Immediately subsidy was removed, the man came to air to announce the new price, how he even arrive at that was unknown to us. The man has made himself the highest authority in our land, whose operation is not subject to any checks and balances from any where , that is the reason the man was misbehaving. The question Atiku asked were pertinent questions, how are we going to borrow 3.3 billions dollars and pay it back with 12 billions dollars, according to the price at which crude oil will be exchanged for the loan. No other government agencies has any input in the arrangement except one man - Kyari. They must ensure that no single barren of crude oil dollar is paid to any other account except in CBN as directed by the President. Mr. President well done for this, we are eagerly waiting for when the man will be sack and made to share the same room with elefele.

Kokomaster69:
Everyone can see how the northern leaders are always challenging Tinubu whenever their interest is threatened whether good or bad.
Unlike the southern leaders who are always ready to betray their people for a plate of porridge.
Thank you for this observation, it is also a lesson for Tinubu, and other southern leaders who blindly supported their own candidate in 2015 without any negotiation, you can see that every he took is being oppose by this people. This gives a false sense of the so called Nigeria unity.
PoliticsRe: Relocate Katsina Airport Project And Risk 2027, Katsina Elders Warn Tinubu by benjaminlawson(m): 9:16pm On Jan 26, 2024
Are they the only people in Nigeria that has the key of vote in their hands or why are they threaten every body who came from south with votes. Nigeria will never move forward with this type of action.

oliverwrites:
Tinubu is a known criminal but even though it is weird, it looks like he will do well for this country. He will definitely steal but he will do well from all indication.

Yes, naira is now 1400 to a dollar but that will be a lame way of analysing things. More than 75% of his steps so far has been good steps unlike Buhari.

I pray he succeeds as my success as a Nigerian is much more and better when the country succeeds.
People like you is what makes Nigeria to be where we were today. How would someone in his right sense claimed that 75% of steps taken by this supreme ruler has been good step, is the subsidy removal or exchange floating benefited the masses and good for us. Contrary to your assertion the president himself said he knows Nigerians are in pain. The inflation level can be described as hyper one. By the time people like you started selling your family members to eat, then you will realize that they are very bad steps. To government spoke person, saying that the excess will be refund is an overstatement, and this can only happen in a situation where leaders are accountable to people not in Nigeria of today. The man also made untrue assertion that our financial expert have conducted an analysis on it, I completely disagree with this, only NNPC MD just came to air one day and announced that they have borrow more than 3 billion dollars, to strengthen the naira, who approved it, who negotiated the term, when was the money released and the impact of that borrowing is not felt on naira and our economy. People like this MD has make Nigeria rulers a set of criminal enterprise and syndicate. But as I always say God will deliver this country from the hands of this wicked set of people.

Thank you for this question, this is the question I was asking myself when the match was going on. You will see their opponent very aggressive input 18 yard box, but ours is to move back as if we are not aiming at goals. And I think our coach is at fault in this
PoliticsRe: Insecurity: FCT Lacks Equipment To Track Criminals - Wike by benjaminlawson(m): 9:58pm On Jan 22, 2024
I pity this country, how would a person in a position make things happen, will tell Nigerians that they lack equipment to track criminals, but the same man can budget 15 billions naira to build official residence for VP who is not even homeless in abuja. But cannot budget security equipment to tackle insecurity. God will judge all these rulers who are so selfish and less concern about the plight of ordinary Nigerians on the street.
PoliticsRe: NNPC: Why We Adopted Lower Oil Price Benchmark For $3.3bn Crude-for-cash Loan by benjaminlawson(m): 12:03pm On Jan 22, 2024
I have said it before in this forum, am still saying it again, NNPC and it MD is no one wicked organization in this country and they are the one that has put us in this economic mess. The money they claimed they borrowed, what is the impact of that borrowing on our naira? Why must they borrow at double digit interest rate? Why must they planed repayment at as low as 65 dollars? Why are they take themselves to be all and all in that organization that, their actions are not subject to any check from any higher authority? With this, they have put Nigerians deep into further poverty. That MD should be sacked by president without further delay please enough of Mele Kyari's mal-administration.

PoliticsRe: Protest Erupts In Lafia Over Supreme Court Verdict Affirming Apc's Sule by benjaminlawson(m): 3:11pm On Jan 19, 2024
Inec is the cause of all these litigations and public unrest, if people see that the election is free and fair, they will willingly to accept defeat, but a situation that allows manipulation and rigging, this will definitely lead to unrest. Inec should be well policed in future elections for peace to reign in our nation. Nasarawa people should accept the verdict and move on to prepare for nest election and make sure they secure their votes against mandate thieves.
PoliticsRe: Few People Looted Nigeria Through Subsidy In The Last 40 Years - Tinubu by benjaminlawson(m): 9:18am On Jan 16, 2024
Sule Lamido have said it all, that Nigeria elite have united in looting our nation. Mr president just confirmed it now. How can a sitting president declared in a public function that that few people have looted our country through subsidy scam, and because of these few people, more than two hundred million Nigerians must suffer by buying petrol at high prices which now leads to hyper inflation. Why cant me president investigate them and send them to prison as he has done to Emefele. Or is he telling us that these people are more citizen than others, that they can commit crime with impunity. That is why I regarded Emefele' s ordeal as persecution not prosecution, because the law that put him behind bar, should also be applied to subsidy scammers.

You asked a right question, but if they cant sleep at night, they will not be buying cars for themselves worth millions of naira, buying yatch for vacation on the sea, allocating money for house renovation and building library they will not use and construction of car park, anyone who couldn't sleep at night cant be thinking on all these.

PoliticsRe: Ex-Minister Pantami’s Friend Donates ₦50M To Rescue 5 Sisters Kidnapped In Abuja by benjaminlawson(m): 9:44am On Jan 15, 2024
My questions are, is the Inspector General of Police, Chief of Army Staff, Director DSS, and other heads of security agencies do hear this type of news? What is the essence of all these security outfits? Do we have two government in Nigeria, that some people within the geographical boundaries of our nation will be acting against our peace and security and all these agencies that were established for this purpose fold the hands and allow it? What is the justification for huge budget allocation given to them? These the question that our government should try to answer.
PoliticsRe: I Will Support Tinubu Without Apologies – PDP Chieftain, Bwala by benjaminlawson(m): 9:00am On Jan 11, 2024
Jagaban himself, what the man said about forming opposition coalition moved the president to act fast and destroy the move, because he knew that was what he did to defeat PDP in 2015, inorder not to allow it, that is why he invited him and lobby him with appointment.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Ranks 22nd In Cheapest Petrol Prices Globally - Global Petrol Prices by benjaminlawson(m): 8:52am On Jan 08, 2024
This clearly shows that our rulers in Nigeria are bunch of wicked souls. Why must we be on number 22, when we have abundant crude oil in this country, why cant we be at par with Saudi or Egypt. And also we are also poor to the extend that we are referred to as capital of the world poverty. But instead of this people allowing us enjoy this God's given resource, cheaply, they make us pay through our nose before we can get it. The money they are making were being used to corruptly enrich themselves, that is why you hear in Nigeria that a Government official embezzled trillions and billions of naira even with impunity.
