What's this one saying? That only one person believes the election was rigged. It is obvious to even a fool that the election was rigged in favour of Buhari . Till nowthe INEC is yet to explain to Nigerians why the total votes cast did not tally with number of accredited voters, when there was simultaneous accreditation and voting.
With the military and INEC hierarchy on your side, you can rig any where, just as it happened.
