The part two that talks about particulars of assets . Is this compulsory. Also the appointment date I selected online is it same as day for capturing? Or it's just a date for biometrics or submission of documents?

You don't need a guarantor if you are renewing your passport. I just did my mum's passport renewal 2 weeks ago and no guarantor is needed

I was really demoralized, I think the US embassy has turned the visa appointments or slots to a money making venture. Many applicants were rescheduled and also told that they cannot reschedule the appointment. My school will resume on August 21,2023.
Since I cannot reschedule,I have to fill a new DS 160 form, pay the visa fee and start looking for earliest appointment.
I will do that tomorrow

Please update me too. I was rescheduled twice within a week now my date is September 22 and my school resumes on 12th of August and all the 4 entries are complete which means I can't reschedule again. Please let me know if starting afresh will help me with earlier chances abeg.

The running mate point you made is spot on. Tinubu will have a problem there. He can't pick a nothern Muslim as every right thinking Nigerian Christian like me will not vote for that combination. The north won't vote for an ibo vice nor vote for a nothern Christian. PDP on the other hand won't have that kind of problem. I honestly think Osinbanjo is the best candidate for APC if they don't want to be tagged as a Muslim party.
