From the common perspective of a neutral Nigeria,and not political rivalries, an accused persons who refuses to clear his name of allegations directed to his person but hide behind a finger using political tools and shamefully potray himself as an elderstatesman is a disgrace to the country and should cover his face in shame.he owes explanations to those who did not believe in politics rivalries nor blinded by using same to sweep grievious allegations under the carpet.shame.

Tinubu Is Well Aware Of All The Consequencies Therein,Now,Nigerians Are Not Concerned With The Politics In Anywaywhatsover Between Him And His Rivals Using Such Imformation Against Him,In Fact Its Not An Issue Here, He Should Explain Himself Before The Court That,Is It True That After Going Into A Full Aknowledgement Sealed And Signed Bunches Of Several Agreements With The Bereau, He Chooses To Breach The Agreement In Operating The Alleged Foreign Account Or Refuses To Declare Those Accounts On Pretence Or Hide Or Withheld Imformation Relating To Those Accounts From The Conduct Bereau Having Aknowledge The Implications In The Various Sections Of The Conduct Agreements ?.

this country is in a big mess,God knows that im not a politician but a concerned citizen of Nigeria. the judge justice umar turned himself into  Tinubu's mouthpiece as he hastily dismissed the original case and the amended case,and refused to even look into the link between the amended case,he dismissed the original case based on the fact that the leave he granted was not including the amended case,only for him to also dismiss and give a judgement on the amended case which he believed was not part of the former.
[b]The way  judge Umar seperates the evidence contained in the amended case and refusing the complainant to connect the cases shows the reclessness of our judiciary,because they the judges are also Nigerian who according to the pledge of nigeria ''to uphold her honor and glory'' there is no doubt that there are solid evidences,and since the accounts were indirectly run by Tinubu involving Billions,the court would have looked into the gravity of the offence and the monies involved which would have benefited MILLIONS OF LAGOSIANS BUT WOULD ONLY BENEFIT FEW INDIVIDUALS,the court would have allowed or overlooked the TECHNICALITY of the case and face the real grave issue instead of giving selected judgement solely based on technicality.it is often practiced in our courts today that you amend charges based on the first filling.but for justice umar to blindly render the whole case as irrelevant closing the door to further proofs shows that ''criminals would remain protected in power if we have  this  kind of judges in sensitive positions in nigeria.
Justice umar argued in defence of Tinubu that he should have been given enough time to defend himself and He the justice refuse to recognise the evidence in the first filling declaring it as shoddy,and was even canvassing more time for tinubu excluding the time of the first filling,LAZY JUDGE INDEED, tinubu would have  made it difficult to get viable imformation if he is aware of the CCT's intention,he will  close all the avenues to get viable imformation.[/b]The lesson learned here is that anyone can continue his criminal ways so far he got the money to cover his tracks,run businesses indirectly and go to sleep,NO COURT HAS GOT THE MERIT TO TRY THE INDIVIDUAL IN NIGERIA BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MERIT TO DO THAT.

''Barely 72 hours after holding a peace meeting with former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Babakura Fugu, a brother-in-law of the slain Boko Haram leader, Mohammed Yusuf has been killed.

He was killed by unidentified gunmen in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, yesterday.17/9/11.

Fugu’s death occured amid indications that the Yusuf’s family is split over the late Fugu’s meeting with Obasanjo. It was also learnt that a division might have erupted over monetary gift allegedly given to the family by Obasanjo.

The Commissioner of Police in Borno State, Mr. Simeon Midenda, confirmed the death of Fugu. He said: "The gunman pulled a Kalashnikov rifle from inside the folds of his traditional robes and shot Fugu to death. No one else was wounded in the attack and the gunman apparently walked away."

A top security source, who spoke in confidence, said: "The spokesman of Fugu family, Babakura Fugu, who, on Thursday, received ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo on Boko Haram mediation talks has been killed. The attackers were said to have been led by one of the deceased’s younger brothers.
