@Naijaking1 Are you changing your stance? it is either you are for obj investing his stolen funds and employing people to manage it, in which case you are a slowpoke, or you are against it, which means you aren't. so which is it?
BusinessRe: Obasanjo Creates 6000 Jobs In Ota Farm by bidemi12(m): 10:27pm On Oct 12, 2009
@Naijaking1 You do not know how dangerous the course you are taking. when you have enough people saying that corruption is right then you have enough people believing it. If it was football we are tlking about then no problem. But this is something that is destroying lives in Nigeria, so you cannot brainwash me. And i repeat it again. You are MORONS for even attempting to convince me of it.

@abagworo and bricks It is not as if one revels in insulting others but you make it too easy to do so. You have insulted me first by thinking i am stupid with your arguement for corruption.

@Agbagworo Jesus!!! Nobody seems to think enriching yourself with stolen funds is a crime anymore. Corruption has finally won. Nigeria is finished.

@Naijaking1 When another human being is trying to legitimise corruption and at the same time is trying to convince me of it with big english then yes, that person is a slowpoke. I will say it one more time, remove poverty from the equation and people become normal.

@Sagamite to be honest we have an unfair advantage. A lot of people like FUKE, who are experiencing poverty especially of the mind, have never seen a better option which beclouds their reasoning/judgement. Imagine offering Fuke 40,000 naira to disrupt an election. I'm sure no will not be in his dictionary. This one that he keeps logging in and out every 5 minutes, i'm sure he's in one of the cabs and using his cell phone to browse. I beg no texting while driving oooo.

@Sagamite Nice one. Do you know that repetitive information can be used to break barriers errected by the dullest of minds. I hope fuke will read it through and the information breaks his own dull mind. Really, nice one.

@Fuke If only you knew. You must be related to tpia. It is only a person related to her that is as devoid of reasoning as you obviously are. One thing i have found out about Nigeria, and i will continue to say it. Once you remove poverty from the equation people become normal.
BusinessRe: Obasanjo Creates 6000 Jobs In Ota Farm by bidemi12(m): 4:54pm On Oct 12, 2009
@Alloy emeka and texazzpete  I'm sorry for both you. It seems you do not want to discuss issues anymore. i have discovered tpia a computer virus/spam used by some very intelegent programmers to disrupt NL. I have resolved to ignore the virus/spam. I advice to do same henceforth. Any way back to issue. I have said it time and time again, remove poverty from the equation and people become sane. People are actually hailing OBJ. Incredible.

@Naijaking1 An expresident uses stolen money to enrich himself and decides to employ people to manage the industry with which he created with stolen money, and you find nothing wrong with that? Why did he not use the funds to better the lives of all Nigerians when he was in power. Have you plied otta rd? That money could have fixed that rd.

You are trying to aim high so make sacrifices. You've not started anything you are complaining. I hope you know that they make the process difficult in order to weed out people. Anyway, it's been a long time so i cannot help. I do not remember all the details anymore. What i do remember is this. There was this chap i knew one time who never received a letter but decided to go to the embassy anyway. He found out that he won but the letter never got to him. if he had not gone to the embassy he would not be in the us now.
PoliticsRe: ‘why Yar’adua Shunned Un General Assembly’ by bidemi12(m): 2:03pm On Oct 12, 2009
@Gentle4lyf  All that one na story. nobody force us send troops. That is not a measure for competent leadership nor as we have seen for reliable international recognision. Your international respect is determined by how capable you are at solving and managing the problems at home. Your house is burning and you are putting someone elses fire out. At that point they will praise you, later they will laugh at you as the case is with Nigeria.

BusinessRe: FG: Nigeria’ll Not Enter Recession by bidemi12(m): 1:29pm On Oct 12, 2009
I completely agree. We are not in a recession. Recession as a word is used by countries who understand the dynamics of economics, budgeting and all other indicators. There is no word to describe what we are in so the FG is right, we are not in a recession, we are completely in something else to be defined soon.

‘why Yar’adua Shunned Un General Assembly’  So nobody would, at close up range, see that we were being ruled by a sickly half dead man.

@fuke  The only point you have made here is that a project that ordinarily would be lauded in a place like lagos is being crucified because it is from a BAD/INEFFECTIVE GOVERNOR. Have you asked yourself why? I still do not understand why people make ridiculous comparisons here. A graduate who drives cabs in Europe (who has legal papers i might add) is not forced into doing so, but has done so by choice. A gaduate cab driver here is forced into doing so because he has no choice. This is a governor who has failed in every facet of policy and is using this as a publicity stunt. He has not done any laudable projects which will put graduates to work in his state and the first brainiac idea to come from him is this? Next we will start complaining of brain drain. These graduates if offered opportunities outside will not think twice about leaving and that is where we all lose. I'd rather be a cab driver in Europe and earn hard currency than be a cab driver in my own country, where i have paid my dues (college). If cab driving was my ambition in my country why did i  bother going to college. You dont need a degree for that.

Personaly i think our football, footballers, coaches is a reflection of what is Nigeria today. Bad management, lack of commitment, corruption, lack of focus, no discipline, half hearted input etc. sad
