I bought based on this rough analysis:

Share outstanding is 5B

Tigerbrands transferred 3.285B (65.7%) to Aliko.

"Subject to regulatory approvals, DIL will provide TBCG with an immediate cash injection of N10 billion. In return, Tiger Brands will
divest its 65.7% shareholding in TBCG to DIL for a nominal consideration and write off its shareholder loans to TBCG. In addition,
Tiger Brands will assume and settle outstanding debt guaranteed on behalf of TBCG."

This roughly implies that Aliko paid ~N3.04/ share (10B/3.285B).

I bought at N1.16, which is about 62% discount to Aliko's price.

Precedents have shown that Aliko is a very shrewd business man, I am willing to hold with him ...

Dangote flour has higher EPS than Dangote sugar and Nascon, also it has faster growth in EPS than Sugar and Nascon, and might soon overtake them.

Same thing should apply to other stocks enjoying d recent rally. After results, price movement of stocks will depend largely on dividend yield. And fidelity will surely give a better dividend yield. Well it all depends on their share price then

@currentprice.I decided to ask this question.I took my time to look into all the kobo stocks with good numbers and good dividend history.I found out that almost all of them have receive patronage by investors in recent time and prices also gone high.

I have these four stocks remaining but still underprice based on Q3 2017 numbers.
They are upl,cutix,npf and caverton.I need your contribition here to make my last choice for 2018.
