@embolden Sorry but what kind of employer do you have?

Omogbadunola:
Good morning house
Please I really need advise on my application as I need to reapply again
I applied for UK visiting visa to visit my fiance sometimes in November in which I was refused with the reason stated:
I am not satisfied you have sufficient funds available to cover your cost whilst in the UK without working or accessing public funds and also I am not satisfied that your sponsor can and will provide sufficient for the intended duration you stay in the UK
I actually did the application myself but what I notice was wrong was our statement of account.
I work and I earn N69,000 monthly,I got a reference from my employer,I got my pay slip, I am also a student but I didn't state it in my application so at the time I printed my statement of my account i only have available balance of N70,000 thinking my fiance statement of account and payslip and all his permanent residence document and tax slips and all his document is enough to speak for me
My fiance earn 2300 pounds monthly and this was seen in his offer letter and all but the statement of him i use was having a balance over draw and I stated I will be spending N500,000 for my trip and he will be sponsoring N450,000 while I pay just N50,000 in which I have limit I can I have in my salary account at work. I can't have more than (N200,000 )else I get an approval to get more than that which will involve lot of interrogation
So now my fiance want me to reapply by next year march so I come for Easter and I can build a statement of mine in which my salary account is bank A while I have another personal account that's in Bank B and presently I have just N30,000 in it so he said he will pay some amount of money in my account from now till when I will be going for next submission but I am confused and scared of how the embassy will see the judgement in relation to my salary,and how the money is been build up and also I want to add now that I am a student in my new application,because the initial one I applied I only mention the son I have for the tie I have in Nigeria.
Also please I need a break down of the amount and document i will need to add as a student and working person should have since I will be accommodated in his house and he will be the one sponsoring the trip or is it advisable I get another sponsor here from Nigeria with him to sponsor the trip while I maintain my salary account with the maximum of N200,000 in it
Please I am so scared of rejection now
Please I need a serious advise on how to reapply meanwhile when I was initially rejected a lawyer collected money from me to help do a reconsideration letter which was responded too and I was to reapply but to address the issues raise against me.
I look forward to great response.

Doesn't she bank part of the funds realized from sales?

Looks complicated though because she would need to show strong ties to her home country Nigeria. Though her son-in-law is footing the trip, she also needs to show that she will return back to Nigeria at the end of her trip and not retort to accessing public funds especially for health.

The son-in-law needs to provide all documentation including but not limited to mortgage documents (or contract for apartment rental), bank statements and letter of invitation.

On Thursday December 20th, popular police officer, Dolapo Badmus led her colleagues to reward motorists with up-to-date car particulars in Lagos.

Badmus who champions the course for a better image for the Nigerian police, handed Christmas gifts to road users with valid particulars. She shared some pictures and videos on her IG page and wrote;

It’s Yuletide season and we at Zone 2 Command decided to reach out to members of the public.

We randomly stopped vehicles and ask for their particulars, anyone with detailed particulars were gifted our packed ? gift! I was elated with people’s reactions! They never believed police can give them gift! Why not?! We can give gift! It was an eventful session, reactions were superb... I heard a lot of “wooows” most of our recipients expressed their shock and at the same time gratitude. We at Zone 2 Command will continue to reach out to members of the public positively and continue to show them that we appreciate every law abiding citizens while we won’t relent in trailing the ones at conflict with law.
Thanks to all and sundry who obey law and order thereby lessening our burden. Police is your friend!

Bolded part messed up your application undecided do not allow deposits you can not correctly account for via your pay slip or employment contract, be made into your salary account. Forget all the crap that inflows and outflows boost your chances for a visa... It doesn't.

All ECOs want to see is that you are getting a steady salary or income stream that can pay for your trip and still have enough to fall back on when you leave the country you visited.

You have a variable income stream which doesn't seem like a steady income stream and except you explain to the ECO via a cover letter your situation or any deposit other than your salary, s/he may believe you're not entitled to get the visa.

You need strong justification for you to get a 2 year visa on first application, but then as a resident of Australia, it might be possible to get it.

BrownCarton:
Thanks bro... I ve just applied and paid for the visit visa(priority). Got a date for the 28th December in lagos. However, I applied for a 2years visa and its my first visa to UK and prior to that, I ve only travelled to Australia as a PR which is where I reside. I m being told I should have applied for 6months, as a first time visa of two years will not be granted or will lead to longer processing time. I am traveling for an employer(Australian) sponsored training in UK. I am looking at cancelling and reapplying if this information is true. Pls kindly advise with your experience on this
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by bigtt76(f): 5:21am On Dec 21, 2018
You placed yourself in a difficult position. You shouldn't have appealed the decision to refuse you visa in the first instance but rather prepare ahead for a fresh application.

Now you will be scrutinized with care when next you apply and without guaranty you will get it.

Avoid all those quack immigration lawyers.

adeniyy01:
Good evening house, i want to share my experience with you concerning the judiciary review that immigration lawyers always tell people who gets refused .. there's nothing like that.. this lawyers will just collect your money without doing anything good. 5Ebiscoo:
The Presidential Candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has reacted to presentation and details of the 2019 budget by President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday at the National Assembly

Buhari had on Wednesday presented a proposed N8.83trn fiscal 2019 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly.

In the budget, oil prices was estimated at $60 per barrel while production was 2.3m per day.

“The 2019 Budget proposal is based on the following assumptions:Oil price benchmark of $60 per barrel;

b. Oil production estimate of 2.3 million barrels per day, including condensates;

c. Exchange rate of N305/$;

d. Real GDP growth of 3.01 percent; and

e. Inflation Rate of 9.98 percent.

“With regard to oil production, I have directed the NPPC to take all possible measures to achieve the targeted oil production of 2.3 million barrels per day,” Buhari said.

But, reacting, Duke took to his Twitter page criticising the proposed oil price and production by President Buhari.

The former Governor of Cross River state noted that the forecast of oil price and production by the President shows his government is not taking Nigerians forward.

He also condemned President Buhari for presenting 2019 budget in December.

Duke wrote: “Submitting a budget in December for 2019, assuming an oil price of $60 when current prices are mid $50’s, forecasting oil production at 2.3m a day when this years average is 1.9m tells us these folk in government are taking us nowhere.”

Are you into business or an employee? Did you include the correct document showing how you earned this money monthly?

The ECO is satisfied with your available funds for the trip, the only concern is that s/he not sure if at the expiration of your trip you would be willing to come back to Nigeria because s/he not sure you will still have a source of income to fall back to.

If you're into business submit the relevant bank statements, business registration documents etc.

If you're an employee, submit letters from your office stating your rank and entitlement to annual leave as well as possible resumption date back to work.

Doesn't make sense to believe the buttons are for your assessment of dressing or how you look. What if that's the case and they ask me to press Black and I press Green instead?

I don't doubt that you are assessed but that is done through cameras installed at vantage positions in the center.

Nigerian born UK Lawmaker and not UK based Nigerian lawmaker. She's not a Senator or rep in Nigeria but rather an MP in the UK angry

dably:
A UK based Nigerian Lawmaker, Fiona Onasanya, will now be sentenced with her brother after she was found guilty of lying to the police.

The UK based Nigerian Lawmaker who is a former Labour whip, was found guilty of perverting the course of justice following an Old Bailey retrial for lying to police to avoid a speeding charge. The MP who was elected in June 2017 but stood down as a Labour whip last month, was accused of colluding with her brother Festus after her car was clocked going 41mph in a 30mph zone in the village of Thorney near Peterborough, England.

The 35-year-old solicitor who was found guilty of one count of perverting the course of justice three times to avoid speeding points following a retrial at the Old Bailey, will be sentenced with her brother on a date yet to be determined.

A Labour Party spokeswoman who confirmed that the UK based Nigerian Lawmaker will be sentenced with her brother, said:

“The Labour Party is deeply disappointed in Fiona Onasanya’s behaviour. It falls well below what is expected of politicians. She should now resign.

“Fiona Onasanya is being administratively suspended from the Labour Party and therefore the whip with immediate effect.”
