hahahahahaha. That would help and fast too. Well there is something from this I will try though. Bae would open a shout /cuss basket for me. Any day I scream. I will pay some amount into the basket once it's agreed /proved i really shouted (audio evidence). After awhile we will use the money accrued to buy her a gift in apology. My bae has big eyes. As a child. I was a terror, as an adult a greater terror. The day I stood up a bank in the south East, disarmed the mobile police man and was in a stand off with his colleagues simply because he slapped me when my phone rang in the banking Hall (intercontinental bank. 2007). Was the day I decided to check my temper. I was saved by a soldier on scene who disarmed me and whisked me away. I was in hiding for months till I returned to the same bank months later to slap the same policeman, entered a bike and zoomed off. Only to go into hiding again. I realised then and there that my display was cowardice. Thus I started my philosophy of changing my behaviour.
Asides some incidents of road rage, revenge etc. I have calmed down alot. By the time I started dating bae I was technically an angel. Years have now gone. And I noticed my anger issues have surfaced. Though I don't get physical. But I raise my voice alot.
Bae is soft spoken, plus hates my screams and easy to cry,. I feel so bad whenever she cries and I always promise myself never to scream again. Yet I notice I keep doing it. She is really trying to ensure angry episodes never happen. I an trying too in my own way. I used to watch comedy series to bring out my fun side. But apparently comedy series like modern family and the rest are hard to come by.
I have alot of pent up energy in me, sex and comedy never solves it anymore like before. I need to change soon before my behaviour drives a good woman away from me. Thanks to my apparent lack of self control in anger.
Wat activities can I do to help myself. Please don't tell me to gym. I am naturally built and 6ft 4. Any other gyming would make me a bouncer look alike. I used to play soccer actively but I have stopped thanks to my job. Mature response from like minds highly required. Thanks

Please bear with me. The thread is a bit long. This thread is about me and not my friend. (lol)

i honestly need mature advise from the married and matured folks here.

I am in a very serious relationship with this lady. This is our 12th months together and i plan to propose to her in few months time.

I observe that she has hot temper. Each time we had little misunderstanding she flare up and wouldnt calm down for us to resolve and settle it amicably.

Being a gentleman i believe there are no perfect relationships. Quarrels and disagreements must pop up no matter what.

Yesterday we quarreled due to certain issue we had agreed on. I must confess i caused it but i was quick to realise it and apologise but she wouldnt listen. She made an attempt to call a friend of hers to report the issue. I stopped her. She again wanted to call her pastor too i blocked her hands and was surprise why she is inviting third parties to our matter. She was even voicing it out for people to hear us quarreling and i was calming her down to lower her voice.

This lady is the type every man needs. Religious, good cook, prayerful and she gives me advise on so many occasion.

Her parents are late and she was abandoned by her brothers and sisters due to change of religion. I dont know maybe this affected her attitude.

I myself i have my own wrong sides yet i am ready to accept her wrong and hope she do the same to me. But she wouldnt.

I have talked to her about her anger and made her understand that it is not good for us. Yet yesterdays event surprised me.

Please sorry about the long post. I just need advise or advises about how to handle this issue with my woman.

To add she is 23 and i am 29 years.

Sorry but permit me to ask (out of curiosity though) who's was the first between you guys? You or your twin? I know with twins, there's usually that silent rivalry between the 'first' who to me usually is the most friendly and joyful compared to the 'second' who is always silent and looking unfriendly which one are you?

But how I handled it , I simply ignored them and always made them understand that I cared less about all their backbiting about me.

Thank God, we are no longer under same roof anymore , we are all working in different locations. So , there's no time to understudy or backbite me.
