I have a (N1k) BIS on my glo line, which I only use for data since mtn calls work out cheaper for me. I loaded 1k for renewal today and before u can say BIS, GLO had sent me a network text mesage (something to do with getting an online tutor for children). I then got a message saying the last call cost me N4. I didn't subscribe for anything on GLO neither did I make any call. My data service was also switched off (for renewal) even though that's all I use the line for i.e data.

Now I went to buy N100 card to add to the N996 left on my phone and before I could even load it, two more network messages have entered and zapped another N8. I have been calling the GLO customer service but I keep geting the "network is congested, pls try again later" rubbish. During that time, another N4 deducted. I had to switch off the phone and use my MTN to post this, in hope of getting help on how to stop this zapping.

I have a sick father that is on sick bed. He can neither go out or welcome anybody. I learnt that bvn registration will close next month. Am afraid as this might affect his monthly pension through ATM CARD. pls advise on what to do. thanks

Sure it is meant for bigger boys and girls but I've been getting what I've been paying for since last year May without any hitch.
I hate sluggishness and failure of networks like that of yours.

They really need to be doing that especially this UBA udirect of things because the loading of
the service can be so frustrating attimes.

I know but not always the cause most time as some banks do still receive while some won't still receive NIP at the same instance.

Any genuine reason(s) for that?

Don't mind this fucking MTN as it seems they are yet to recover from the fuel scarcity effect because
GTBank webiste opened within 1 sec that I connected onto my SMILE 4G LTE Broadband MIFI.

I'm using MTN on 3G ... Let me try my SMILE 4G then and get back.

Concerning NIP,I didn't such don't happen but it seems this is
my first time seeing such when trying to send to GTBank as I normally do lots to the said bank.
