Would give it a try. I always dreamt of staying in Jos and feel the cold on my skin. Visited UniJos, Terminus market back then but I guess they're all a shade of their past glory now sad

victorels:
Ok. I get you now.
But if you are afraid, you might never take a step. There is always tension but the police and military are doing great job to keep every body calm. If you love adventure, take the risk trusting in God for protection.

While criminology maybe a requisite or elective course for Law degree in some universities, it can also be studied as a stand-alone course which will not entitle you to be called to the bar.

Abeg lets not digress into giving this Olanrewaju man too much praise say e study this or that ...whatever he studied obviously not helping his brain. What we should be concerned with is when the sheds would be opened and enough of negative energy please ....we don't want what happened to some of the Chibok girls parents happening here ...please.

We all pray God touches the CAC's heart tomoro and allow clearing to continue.

ZACHIE:
So, a degree in Criminology calls you to bar?
Please, bottle your ignorance.
Literature › Re: Jos, December And Cold. by bigtt76(f): 8:46pm On Nov 30, 2014
Hmmm ....fear of Boko Haram abi na Fulani herdsmen sad

victorels:
The sound of fireworks every where makes you wonder were they had been all this while.
The carol songs lined up as though it is Christmas, but it is only the last day of November. Every one is eager to announce December as though it is a new year. What a phenomenon. But it is Jos. The city that is unique in all ramifications.
As the Night comes and all activities are shot down, as the new month arrive, so will the the cold wind as though programmed by a perfect time regulator. That is my Jos city.
A city where every body prepare for every thing, from the rain to the drought, from the season of abundance to scarcity, from crises to peace and celebrations to celebrations.
As the day breaks, the sun rises to a people fully dressed in winter cloths as though its going to be a snowy day. That is my Jos city. Many that are unprepared are found indoors to keep warm while some others that can't stay away from socialization are found walking in pairs, male and female, he created them all. That is my jos city.
Take a time to visit my jos city and never forget to come prepared.
Happy December.

You're spot on. We ladies always take guys for granted when they render us helps or favors which tend to make them look as if they (guys) are mugu or maga sad sad though cause many guys actually do it out piety and not for the returns.

Some babes even after the first favor still try to 'dupe' the guys by forming fake needs undecided which in turn leads the guys to be like ....ooh because I helped earlier you now think I'm a mugu eh?

OrlandoOwoh:
It's too late for Jonathan to start regreting. It's obvious he is losing in 2015. He even knows it. Is there any problem among the Yoruba people? Why this gathering on unity? What kind of gathering of traditional Yoruba rulers you only find the Ooni of Ife and the Owo Ibokun of Ijeshaland as the only prominent? Where are the Alaafin of Oyo, the Oba of Lagos, the Olubadan of Ibadan, the Awujale of Ijebu, the Alake of Egba, the Soun of Ogbomosho, the Osamawe of Ondo, the Deji of Akure, the Akran of Badagry, etc? How come the Ataoja of Oshogbo in Osun State was not present?

See hw people de take implicate demselves ...how did he know it took them at least 2 months to plan? Why hurry with cleaning up and start using the mosque? Why not wait for the police (do they even do anything?) carry out their investigations. Not as if the police will come up with anything but maybe they can come out and say it is thunder (like they accepted a flying plane control demolished church guest house grin) ....hahaha useless people for this country sef. Wonder why he did not go to the mosque that day (inside info I guess).
Travel › Re: Pandemonium At Lagos Airport As Customs, Agents Clash by bigtt76(f): 7:35pm On Nov 29, 2014
Not surprised though angry (apologies to my yoruba friends and fellow thread members) ...he's too vindictive and if only he would bother to look inside and think of how many people jobless out there trying to fend for themselves through mini imports some with loan facilities from friends and banks. Everyone is expected to pay up end of the year at least but now becos of this most cannot.

He's employed and gets his salary but many depend on selling these things to survive. It's just sad that after being at the airport for months, it only occurred to him that there are security lapses shei? All those custom boys influenced by travelers with small small change nor good to discipline na poor importers and agents e get power over.

God de watch ...he will meet his position match someday huh

MAITEMA:
Guys I've done a bit of digging and from all indications Olanrewaju is mental case who is vindictive and a hard nut to crack. He's also a lawyer by training. This reliable source informed me that he's due for transfer from the Airport by January 2015 anyway so he has nothing to lose as he will not be removed from his post as a result of this. The best way out of this snag is for the agents to accept his terms which he is claiming is in the best interest of the country. The person I spoke with is a Customs officer based in Apapa and he also said that he expects that the issue will be resolved next week.
