Someone needs to teach Ben ROTF-lisberger what it means to quick release.
Key question though is that is it like a SB hangover or that there is something fundamentally wrong with the team?
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 5:20am On Dec 11, 2009
and there you have it, the Browns have upset the Steelers 13-6.  grin  grin  grin
Ben was sacked 8x  shocked
A-40 needs  a new team to support in January  grin

The Brown are handing it out to the steelers. Ben sacked 5x already  shocked grin

Steelers 3 - 13 Browns at the half.
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 11:44pm On Dec 10, 2009
There seem to be an attitude problem for the steelers; a lack of urgency to say. I think Polamalu making big plays usually helped to fire up everybody else.
Ben might still be suffering after effects of the concussion. He has not been one to get rid of the ball quickly enough in the past, and the concussion might have made it worse.
Players that won the SB a few months ago cannot have become poor overnight. I think they just need someone to step up and make 1 or 2 big plays on either side of the ball, and everyone else will rally behind him.
Whatever the source of the problem, they will need to play very well to beat the Browns, as they no longer have the mental edge.

not happening. my bears shall show up for this rivalry game.
Yes, like they showed up in week 1.  tongue
Cutler: 17/36 (47.2%) passes, 1 TD,  2.0 Sacks and 4 INTs  shocked grin  grin grin
I wonder if Jay boy will break the single game INT record this weekend smiley

Forget the bears and the Bulls (lost 9 of last 10). Not even sure which is worse.
Still its not too late for you to take the I-65 south to Indianapolis and go declare your 'unshaking' love for the top NFL franchise of the midwest. 13-0 Colts  grin
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 4:20pm On Dec 10, 2009
Its week 14  grin

Steelers v Browns - With no polamalu, gay and ward, the steelers are up against it. Add cribs returning against them in special teams, mohamed receiving, and the browns could get their second win.

Packers v Bears - Cutler v the #1 defense (#2 in takeways) = INTs galore grin  This game should help Woodsoon secure defensive player of the year with 1 or 2 'pick-6' grin

Broncos v Colts - There will be no horsing around. Mathis and Freeney should have a good game. Denver just cant put up enough points to keep pace. Look for Indy to torment the Denver aged secondary. 13-0 and AFC top seed grin

Dolphins v Jaguars -Beginning of the end for the Jags? That last AFC spot is turning into a free for all, with even the Jets looking in undecided

Bengals v Vikings - Time for Bengals to prove they are an elite team, and for Vikings to  redeem themselves. Think Vikings should win.

Pats v Panthers - Lose 3 in a row? Pats run defense seems to be struggling, but then its the Panthers  embarassed

Chargers v Cowboys - Interesting matchup. Cowboys are generally useless in december. A chargers loss + denver win will make the AFC west interesting again.

Eagles v Giants - another 2007 like run for the Giants?
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 11:45pm On Dec 09, 2009
@A-40
With Polamalu not sure of returning before the end of the season, your playoff hope is on life support and could die this Thursday.
You have my condolences  cheesy
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 6:51pm On Dec 08, 2009
Dont worry, u guys can still get into the playoffs if u win all the remaining games. Tough would be games against Packers and Raven, but luckily both are at Heinz field.
You cant afford to lose another game
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 5:21am On Dec 08, 2009
After being down 17-0 at the half, Ravens have clawed their way back into the game with 2 TDs and after Packers missed a 37yd FG ( shocked) have the ball early in the 4th qtr.

How hard can it be to kick a ball 38yds angry
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 8:40pm On Dec 07, 2009
@J'Soul
You guys need to send uncle Bill for counseling, rehab or just simply spiritual deliverance. When will the stubborn goat learn that their is nothing to gain from wantonly going for it on almost every 4th down. Did someone tell him his mother would die if he kicked a field goal or punted the ball? undecided
The guy went for it again against the dolphins and failed. The Pats have only succeeded on 8 of 16 4th downs (50%). The only other teams that have gone for it more than the Pats are: Chiefs 23, Rams 21, Bucs 18, Lions 17, and Shitskins 17. Uncle Bill is in the wrong company.
SportsRe: NBA Season 2010/11 by biina(op): 8:23pm On Dec 07, 2009
Bawo, you need to stop wasting ur prayers on these useless Chicago teams.
The Bears are ranked 24th of 32 on offense while the Bulls are ranked 28th of 32 in offense shocked. You guys cant seem to throw the ball well, neither on the court nor on the field grin
I advise you to move to one of those states without a professional sports franchise e.g. Virginia, Alabama or Nevada (or just come back to Gombe grin)

that man is bad luck.  first he ruined Tony Romo mojo then he ruined Big ben's mojo.

A-40, get some deliverance. you are a franchise killer  grin
before you go for deliverance, can you start rooting for the green bay packers  cheesy
Your Bears need more than Packer failing for them to be successful. grin

Packers - Ravens should be sweet.

how is the pats losing randy moss fault?  Yes moss is scared to go up the middle and relaxing on some plays but the man is a game changer.  You got to admit, Wes Welker would be average without moss getting all that attention.  What's killing the pats is lack of a running game since corey dillon got his ring and said bye bye
The comment wasnt about moss ability. The guy is one of the best WR of the modern era - after 12yrs he is still attracting double teams.
Rather I just feel that the guy is destined to finish his career without a ring. He has had 2 great opportunities and failed to cash it in.
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 7:20pm On Dec 07, 2009
Brady is not getting anymore rings. They blew it when they acquired Randy Moss. Some players are destined for individual stats and not team glory.

I 'll be shocked if the Colts go 16-0. Beating Denver should secure the the AFC top seed, after which I expect them to start resting the starters, particularly ones with niggles like Freeney and Addai. I think Manning wants to play all 16 though. They were 13-0 in 2005 too.

I beg make someone help us find A-40 before he hurts himself over the steelers grin

JeSoul:
I wonder who they'll blame this yr now that TO is gone. The cheerleaders? for not shaking it fast enough?
Interesting point you raised. I will have to pay more attention next weekend to the 'shaking' of Dallas Cheerleaders as compared to Saints and Colts. Who knows, they may need expert handling  wink
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 5:52pm On Dec 07, 2009
e be like say Steelers don send A-40 to emergency/ICU? cheesy

The Cardinals are possibly the most unpredictable team in the NFL. Looking at them yesterday, one wont believe that the same team lost to the 49ers and Panthers shocked

I think the Saints struggles against the shitskins was good for them, as it should have brought them back to reality. I suspect that they were at giddy heights after the win against the Pats.

Pats on the other hand should still win the division. I expect them to win their remaining games, while the Jets and Dolphins will still drop some games.

The Cowboys and Romo must be the most overrated team in NFL. Their problem stems from their baby sitting overpaid offensive coordinator, Jason Garrett, who is supposed to be the heir apparent. Their offensive success in 2007 was cos of TO coupled with a weak schedule, and Romo is yet to improve as a QB. Yet, they are always dreaming of SB glory. The earlier they fire the guy, the better.

SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by biina: 9:46am On Dec 07, 2009
Its not about mystique. it was a divisional game and the dolphins have always given them problems in recent meetings.
Any team with good pass rushers will give Pats problems. You should see the sandwich hit Brady got on his first touchdown play. He went straight to the locker room after it. grin

Didnt you see your high flying Saints struggle against the shitskins? I have said it before that its a game of matchups.

Dallas don begin their annual december collapse and have opened the door for the Giants who have the head to head advantage.

The importance of AP having a good game for minnesota was evident today. Without the running game, Brett showed his old self and was good for 2 INTs
Monkey smart, monkey smart; na tree near tree

Luck? undecided
1. Its the Carling Cup. I doubt SAF will be fielding his first 11, while Citeh will field 12 players if they are allowed.
2. Citeh have revenge on their minds
3. and even when ManU were at full strength and Citeh were missing players like Adebayor, it still took a extra inury minute goal for them to win at old trafford

Citeh will win the Carling Cup.

Arguing with you is like like arguing against a wall.
Justify the statement below, then i know you weren't expelling while making that post.
That statement is an embarrasment to even the Akolawole who keeps running from pillar to post in this argument.
I wish mods could ban people based on silly statements like the above
the statement is true; you are required to win only the finals to win the UCL. While unlikely, you can afford to draw the other 12 games. undecided

Sebi wenger wan buy striker in January? though, at the prices u guys shop, it will be difficult to find one that is not cup tied.

Playing at Anfield, Liverpool should be able to beat Arsenal, else their season is over and they should sack Rafa. Best Arsenal can hope for is a draw, and even that should signal the end for Rafa.

I beg make una leave Carlotti. The only way Chelsea would have had a chance of outplaying citeh was if they changed the formation.
A diamond midfield is narrow and will always be susceptible to wide play. Couple with the fact that Chelsea lack the creative players to maximize their numerical superiority in the center, it was always going to be an uphill task.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester City Vs Chelsea [2 - 1] On Sat, 5th Dec by biina: 8:53pm On Dec 05, 2009
Citeh is one of the best teams in the EPL. You dont get away draws against liverpool and villa, and take manU all the way, if you are a poor team.
There problem has been mental and not lack of quality. They still have a small team mentality i.e. looking not to loose instead of looking to win. Once they overcome that, they will become genuine title contenders. grin
