Jealous of the bulls shocked
While I have nothing against the bulls, there is nothing to suggest that they are a great franchise. Jordan won six championships, and he just happened to have been playing for the Chicago Bulls. Until the bulls can create another dynasty, they are no better than the likes of san antonio or houston. Even the detroit pistons are more deserving.

There are only two great franchises: Boston Celtics and LA LAkers. Sadly, I am not a fan of either team.

I don't have to spell it out for you.(Consolidation)
Nigerian Mint (remember!)
Electronic Banking reforms.(Efficient Banking)What more do you need.
I am not interested in your echo of political accolades. As per your list above, I would rather you be specific and provide details.

1. Consolidation: Firstly, Soludo did not consolidate the banks, rather the banks merged in a bid to meet the capitalization requirements. To the achievement itself, please tell me what problem 'consolidation' solved or what positive effect it has directly/indirectly had on the economy.

2. The Nigerian Mint: What aspect of the mint is the responsibility of the CBN and what were the achievements?

3. Electronic Banking Reform: List specific achievements. For example, did he introduce electronic banking? or what were the specific reforms that he enacted that were not evolutionary?

Absolutely not. Im not that petty. Just that I do not believe that the sharia thing is relevant. I saw it as absurd that it always kept being mentioned along side the guys qualification. (as the only first class and foreign degree he had)
I also noticed that this was due to fact that the resume is relatively lightweight so it was being padded up with an irrelevant qualification. Next they might add that he has a black belt in Karate.
Whether he is Muslim or not, the guy doesn't have as much a pedigree to run the CBN and steer the  Nigerian economy as much as his predecessor.
This guy has been the best CBN governor you've ever had . Take it or leave. His shoes are too large for this lightweight to fill. The performance of our financial sector (the only shinning light in our economy attests to that)
With Islamic banking and global recession, I wont even bother to comment on that. Other readers will just have to make up their minds on your level of intelligence.
What has Soludo achieved as CBN governor that warrants him a second term? (Please take your time before responding)

Ibrahimovic currently earns a salary of 12 million euros per annum, and would want more from barca. For someone, who has failed to deliver on the biggest stage, that is too much money.

Christianity EtcRe: Could It Really Be That A Person Can Be Born Gay? by biina: 4:56pm On Jun 06, 2009
@topic
Is it possible to be born gay? NO

Is it possible to be born with a potential to be gay?Yes. In fact, we all are. Everyone is born with the potential to become anything. For example, each has the potential to become armed robbers, but few ever become one. Why? Primarily because society discourages it. If society operated based on 'might is right', you would have more criminals today.

People that are gay, made themselves gay, by refusing to follow societal norm, but typical of humans, would rather shy away from taking responsibility for their decision.

There is no such thing as being born gay, as there is no such thing as being born a pedophile. It is either you are mentally deranged or you accept responsibility for being an aberration.

All that being said, no one should be persecuted for being gay, nor do homosexuals have rights to demand concessions from the majority.

No2Atheism:
Why does a Pastor need to go to church considering that even the Messiah himself decided to pay tax.
I think there was a typo in the above statement: church instead of court. You guys might have had a simple misunderstanding of what the other was trying to say.

@topic
I think the first step is to have the churches tender their accounts. They should submit their audited books like any other institution.
Then we would be in a better position to address the taxation question.

KnowAll:
It is unfortunate his(Soludo's) re-denomination of the naira policy was not allowed to see the light of day. Although Yaradua initially said that the policy might be revisited but up to the last few minutes of soludo Governorship nothing was mentioned. I hope sanusi will not hijack this commendable policy which would have yanked Nigeria out of the unneccessary over devalution of her currency.  Even though some economic pundits say sanusi is a man that can cut it in finance I wonder what a man who has qualifications in Islamic studies and Arabic studies from sudan in his later years has to contribute to the economic growth of Nigeria, I might however regret this utterances, but we wait to see sanusi's opening gambit.
On the contrary, we were very fortunate that it didn't see the light of day, as it would have simply damaged the economy further. It was bad enough that they introduced the 1000 Naira note. Revaluing the Naira would have given an initial cosmetic lift, which would have no sooner been washed away by the harsh rain of reality.

The Bianconeri have already signed defender Fabio Cannavaro from Real Madrid, midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino from Udinese and playmaker Diego from Werder Bremen.
On the other hand Trezeguet, Tiago, Christian Poulsen and Mauro Camoranesi will all be sold if the right offer comes along,

PoliticsRe: Tax: Lagos Pastors Go To Court by biina: 6:37am On Jun 06, 2009
If it is sold, it should accrue tax. What you in turn use the profit for is irrelevant.
Sales is not a religious function, else we can argue that bookshops or publishers that specialize in religious materials should also be tax exempt.

1. She  retain my dignity by not fighting for any man (in this case, poster was humiliated)
Resorting to fistcuffs, most often than not, costs you your dignity, irrespective of what you were fighting over. She lost her dignity because she debased herself to the level of physical violence, and not because it was over a man. She would have still lost her diginity even if she was fighting over the body of Christ.

2. She gained experience
Experience is only valuable if something is learnt. There is a difference between having six years of experience, and having one year experience six times.

3. She doesn't have to go through the worries of the possibilities of her bf (now ex) cheating on her with "Rose" anymore.
and would it remove the possibility that her next boyfriend will not cheat? No it wont.

4. Single life ain't that bad. And who knows, she might actually meet a better man.
and she might never meet someone as good (or anyone at all). One should not plan their lifes on ifs and maybes. A bird in the hand. . . . . . .
Being single is good, but being a couple is much better.
